The Francevillian Group in Gabonese Republic was recently established as a typical sedimentary sequence for the ***,its age is rather poorly constrained,mainly based on Rb-Sr and Nd-Sm *** study reports new zircon data obtained from Chaillu massif and N＇goutou complex,which constrain the protolith age of the basement orthogneisses and the igneous age of an intrusive granite,*** zircons from the orthogneisses are blue and exhibit oscillatory zoning in cathode-luminescence *** with lower common lead abundances tend to be distributed close to the concordia *** age clusters around 2860 Ma and 2910 Ma are found in zircons plotted on the concordia *** on the Th/U ratios of zircons,these ages correspond to the protolith ages of the orthogneisses,and the zircons are not metamorphic in *** and granites were collected from the N＇goutou complex that intrudes into the FA and FB units of the Francevillian *** granitoids exhibit chemical composition of A-type granite *** of zircons separated from the granite are non-luminous,and the remaining half exhibit obscure internal textures under cathode-luminescence *** zircon grains contain significant amounts of common lead;the lead isotopic variability is probably attributed to the mixing of two components in the *** zircon radiogenic ^（207）Pb/^（206）Pb ratio is 0.13707 ± *** to a ^（207）Pb/^（206）Pb age of 2191 ± 13 *** constrains the minimum depositional age of the FA and FB ***,the FB unit consists of manganese-rich carbonate rocks and organic carbon-rich black shales with macroscopic *** on our age constraints,these organisms appeared in the study area just after the last Paleoproterozoic Snowball Earth event,in concert with global scale oxidation event encompassing the Snowball Earth.

AIM To investigate whether the liver resection volume in a newly developed nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) model influences surgical *** For establishment of a NASH model, mice were fed a high-fat diet for 4 wk, administered CCl_4 for the last 2 wk, and administered T0901317 for the last 5 d. We divided these mice into two groups: A 30% partial hepatectomy(PH) of NASH liver group and a 70% PH of NASH liver group. In addition, a 70% PH of normal liver group served as the control. Each group was evaluated for survival rate, regeneration, apoptosis, necrosis and DNA expression after *** In the 70% PH of NASH group, the survival rate was significantly decreased compared with that in the control and 30% PH of NASH groups(P < 0.01). 10 of 32 mice in the NASH 70% PH group died within 48 h after PH. Serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST) levels and total bilirubin(T-Bil) in the NASH 70% PH group were significantly higher than the levels in the other two groups(AST: P < 0.05, T-Bil: P < 0.01). In both PH of NASH groups, signaling proteins involved in regeneration were expressed at lower levels than those in the control group(P < 0.01). The 70% PH of NASH group also exhibited a lower number of Ki-67-positive cells and higher rates of apoptosis and necrosis than the NASH 30% PH group(P < 0.01). In addition, DNA microarray assays showed differences in gene expression associated with cell cycle arrest and *** The function of the residual liver is impaired in fatty liver compared to normal liver. In this paper, we propose a new packet routing strategy that incorporates memory information for reducing congestion in communication networks. First, we study the conventional routing strategy which selects the paths for transmitting packets to destinations using the distance information and the dynamical information such as the number of accumulating packets at adjacent nodes. Then, we evaluate the effectiveness of this routing strategy for the scale-free networks. From results of numerical simulations, we conclude that this routing strategy is not effective when the density of the packets increases due to the impermeability of the communication network. To avoid this undesirable problem, we incorporate memory information to the routing strategy. By using memory information effectively, packets are spread into the communication networks, achieving a higher performance than conventional routing strategies for various network topologies, such as scale-free networks, small-world networks, and scale-free networks with community

为实现核电厂隔震结构在静载阶段隔震层具有小位移的同时,动载阶段具有较好减震效果的目的,提出一种由水平隔震单元和高静低动隔震系统(由斜置橡胶支座和负刚度装置组成)组成的核电厂高静低动三维隔震系统。基于静载和动载阶段的斜置橡胶支座、负刚度装置的变形特征提出了核电厂高静低动三维隔震系统竖向理论模型,分别对斜置橡胶支座、负刚度装置以及高静低动隔震系统进行静力加载试验,结果表明斜置橡胶支座具有较好的承载力和较大刚度,负刚度装置呈现明显负刚度特性,高静低动隔震系统在动载阶段滞回曲线饱满,具有较小动刚度特征。理论模型与试验结果的对比表明所提出的高静低动隔震系统理论模型能较好反映该装置系统力学特性。进一步对核电厂高静低动三维隔震结构进行地震响应分析,结果表明该结构在静载下的变形为102.02 mm,从地震作用下核电厂上部结构和内部设备的三向加速度变化来看,该隔震结构具有良好的减震作用,减震率达到40%以上,提高了核电厂在三向地震作用下的安全性。

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disorder characterized by exacerbations and remissions. The degree of inflammation as assessed by conventional colonoscopy is a reliable parameter of disease activity. However, even when conventional colonoscopy suggests remission and normal mucosal findings, microscopic abnormalities may persist, and relapse may occur later. Patients with long-standing, extensive ulcerative colitis have an increased risk of developing colorectal cancer. Ulcerative colitis-associated colorectal cancer is characterized by an early age at onset, poorly differentiated tumor cells, mucinous carcinoma, and multiple lesions. Early detection of dysplasia and colitic cancer is thus a prerequisite for survival. A relatively new method, magnifying chromoscopy, is thought to be useful for the early detection and diagnosis of dysplasia and colitic cancer, as well as the prediction of relapse.

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a chronic inflammatory bowel disorder characterized by exacerbations and remissions. Some UC patients remain refractory to conventional medical treatment while, in others, the effectiveness of drugs is limited by side-effects. Recently, cyclosporine and leukocyte removal therapy have been used for refractory UC patients. To predict the efficacy of these therapies is important for appropriate selection of treatment options and for preparation for colectomy. Endoscopy is the cornerstone for diagnosis and evaluation of UC. Endoscopic parameters in patients with severe or refractory UC may predict a clinical response to therapies, such as cyclosporine or leukocyte removal therapy. As for the patients with quiescent UC, relapse of UC is difficult to predict by routine colonoscopy. Even when routine colonoscopy suggests remission and a normal mucosal appearance, microscopic abnormalities may persist and relapse may occur later. To more accurately identify disease activity and to predict exacerbations in UC patients with clinically inactive disease is important for deciding whether medical treatment should be maintained. Magnifying colonoscopy is useful for the evaluation of disease activity and for predicting relapse in patients with UC.
