A critical unaddressed problem in Parkinson’s disease is the lack of therapy that slows or hampers *** medications effectively manage symptoms,they offer no long-t.r. benefit because they fail to address the underlying neuronal *** highlights that the elusive goals of halting progression and rest.r.ng damaged neurons limit the long-t.r. impact of current *** clinical trials using gene therapy have demonstrated the safety of various vect.r.delivery systems,dosages,and transgenes expressed in the central nervous system,signifying tangible and substantial progress in applying gene therapy as a promising Parkinson’s disease ***,at diagnosis,many dopamine neurons remain in the substantia nigra,offering a potential window for recovery and *** propose that modulating these surviving dopamine neurons and axons in the substantia nigra and striatum using gene therapy offers a potentially more impactful therapeutic approach for fut.r. ***,innovative gene therapies that focus on preserving the remaining elements may have significant potential for enhancing long-t.r. outcomes and the quality of life for patients with Parkinson’s *** this review,we provide a perspective on how gene therapy can protect vulnerable elements in the substantia nigra and striatum,offering a novel approach to addressing Parkinson’s disease at its core.

In this work we study properties of five identities of Bol-Moufang type (1), which had received little or no attention. We establish a necessary and sufficient condition for a right alt.r.ative loop to be an rC-loop. A corollary to this is the condition for a Bol loop to be an rC-loop. Some properties of a generalization of rC-loops are discussed. We also state the connection of the supernucleus M(G) of a loop G with various nucleii of loops which do not have the inverse property. Finally, we give some constructions of non-associative rC-loops of order 4n, where n is a positive even integer, which are not Bol loops.

Support vect.r.machine(SVM)has a good application prospect for speech recognition problems;still optimum paramet.r.selection is a vital issue for *** improve the learning ability of SVM,a method for searching the optimal paramet.r. based on integration of predat.r.prey optimization(PPO)and Hooke-Jeeves method has been *** PPO technique,population consists of prey and predat.r.*** prey particles search the optimum solution and predat.r.always attacks the global best prey *** solution obtained by PPO is further improved by applying Hooke-Jeeves *** method is applied to recognize isolated words in a Hindi speech database and also to recognize words in a benchmark database tI-20 in clean and noisy environment.A recognition rate of 81.5%for Hindi database and 92.2%for tI-20 database has been achieved using proposed technique.

We study the non existence of shear in locally rotationally symmetric Bianchi type-Ⅲstring cosmological models with bulk viscosity and variable cosmological t.r.Λ.Exact solutions of the field equations are obtained by assuming the conditions:the bulk viscosity is proportional to the expansion scalar,ξ∝θ,expansion scalar is proportional to shear scalar,θ∝σ,and A is proportional to the Hubble *** coefficient of bulk viscosity is assumed to be a power function of mass *** corresponding physical int.r.retations of the cosmological solutions are also discussed.

the routine examination of semen, which assesses sperm concentration, percentage motility and morphology, does not identify subtle defects in sperm chromatin architect.r.. the focus on the genomic integrity of the male gamete has intensified recently due to the growing concern that genetic diseases may be transmitted via assisted reproductive techniques (Art). Accordingly, the intent of this review is to describe the details of the information pertaining to mitochondrial/nuclear sperm DNA damage with an emphasis on its clinical significance and its relation ship with male infertility. Assessment of sperm DNA damage appears to be a potential tool for evaluating semen samples prior to their use in Art. testing DNA integrity may help select spermatozoa with intact DNA or with the least amount of DNA damage for use in assisted conception. In t.r., this may alleviate the financial, social and emotional problems associated with failed Art attempts.
