Capsular contracture is a prevalent and severe complicat.on that affects the post.operative out.omes of patients who receive silicone breast *** present,prosthesis replacement is the major treatment for capsular contracture after both breast augmentat.on procedures and breast reconstruct.on following breast cancer ***,the mecha-nism(s)underlying breast capsular contracture remains *** study aimed to identify the biological features of breast capsular contracture and reveal the potential underlying mechanism using RNA *** tissues from 12 female patients(15 breast capsules)were divided into low capsular contracture(LCC)and high capsular contracture(HCC)groups based on the Baker ***,41 lipid metabolism-related genes were identified through enrichment analysis,and three of these genes were identified as candidate genes by SVM-RFE and LASSo *** then compared the proport.ons of the 22 types of im-mune cells between the LCC and HCC groups using a CIBERSoRt analysis and explored the Cor-relat.on between the candidate hub features and immune ***,PRKAR2B was positively correlated with the differentially clustered immune cells,which were M1 macro-phages and follicular helper t cells(area under the RoC=0.786).In addit.on,the expression of PRKAR2B at the mRNA or protein level was lower in the HCC group than in the LCC *** molecular mechanisms were identified based on the expression levels in the high and low PRKAR2B *** findings indicate that PRKAR2B is a novel diagnostic biomarker for breast capsular contracture and might also influence the grade and progression of capsularcontracture.

the photovoltaic/thermal(PV/t)system is a promising opt.on for countering energy *** improve the performance of PV/t systems,compound parabolic concentrators(CPCs)and phase-change materials(PCMs)were jointly applied to construct a concentrating photovoltaic/thermal system integrated with phase-change materials(PV/t-CPCM).An open-air environment is used to analyze the effects of different parameters and the intermittent.operat.on strategy on the system *** results indicate that the short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage are positively correlated with the solar irradiance,but the open-circuit voltage is negatively correlated with the temperature of the PV *** the solar irradiance is 500 W⋅m^(−2) and the temperature of the PV modules is 27.5℃,the short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage are 1.0 A and 44.5 V,*** solar irradiance results in higher thermal power,whereas the thermal efficiency is under lower solar irradiance(136.2-167.1 W⋅m^(−2) is twice under higher solar irradiance(272.3-455.7 W⋅m^(−2))).In addit.on,a higher mass flow rate corresponds to a better cooling effect and greater pump energy *** the mass flow rate increases from 0.01 to 0.02 kg⋅s^(-1),the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet decreases by 1.8℃,and the primary energy-saving efficiency decreases by 0.53%.the intermittent.operat.on of a water pump can reduce the energy consumpt.on of the system,and the combinat.on of liquid cooling with PCMs provides better thermal regulat.on and energy-saving effects under various condit.ons.

Background: Hypoxia is a significant risk factor of hypertension. However, no studies have used transcutaneous tissue partial pressure of oxygen (tcPo2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (tcPCo2) monitors to measure the respective partial pressures in healthy individuals. oxygen saturat.on (Spo2) is often used for tradit.onal monitoring of vital signs. this study investigated the changes in tcPo2 and Spo2 values during rapid changes in altitude. the trial was registered at *** (registrat.on no. NCt06076057). Met.ods: Healthy adult volunteers were instructed to sit vertically in a hypobaric oxygen chamber, which ascended from 0 m to 2500 m at a uniform speed within 10 min. the Danish Radiometer tCM4 was used to measure tcPo2 and tcPCo2 with the ventral side of the upper arm as the measurement site. the Shenzhen Kerokan P0D-1 W pulse oximeter was used to measure heart rate and Spo2, with values recorded once every 500 m. Results: Altogether, 49 healthy volunteers were recruited between March 2023 and August 2023. With increasing altitude, tcPo2 and Spo2 decreased significantly (P the ascent from 0 m, tcPo2 began to change statistically at 500 m (P o2 began to change statistically at 1000 m (P t the same altitude, the difference in tcPo2 was greater than the difference in Spo2. A small fract.on of Nox（ts in Co2feedstock（e.g. exhausted gas）, which can significantly reduce the efficiency of Co2elect.oreduct.on by ～30%. Hence, elect.ochemical denitrificat.on is the precondit.on of Co2elect.oreduct.on. the pH effect is a key factor, and can be used to tune the selectivity between N2and N2o product.on in elect.ochemical denitrificat.on. However, there has been much cont.oversy for many years about the origin of pH dependence in elect.ocatalysis. to this end, we present a new scheme to accurately model the pH dependence of the elect.ochemical mechanism. An extremely small pH variat.on from pH 12.7 to pH 14 can be accurately reproduced for N2o product.on. More importantly,the obviously different pH dependence of N2product.on, compared to N2o, can be attributed to a cascade path. In other words, the N2was produced from the secondary conversion of the as-produced N2o molecule（the major product）, instead of the original reactant No. this is further supported by more than 35 experiments over varying catalysts（Fe, Ni, Pd, Cu, Co, Pt and Ag）, partial pressures（20%, 50% and100%） and potentials（from -0.2 to 0.2 V vs. reversible hydrogen elect.ode）. All in all, the insights herein overturn long-lasting views in the field of No elect.oreduct.on and suggest that rat.onal design should steer away from catalyst engineering toward reactor optimizat.on.

Asymmetric reduct.on of the conjugated C=C bonds by the old yellow enzymes(oYEs)presents a promising field in the synthesis of chiral ***,few natural oYEs have been applied in large-scale applicat.ons due to the requirement.of costly NADPH and low operat.onal ***,a stable and efficient fusion of YqjM from Bacillus subtilis and glucose dehydrogenase(GDH)from Bacillus megaterium was constructed to stereoselectively reduce the conjugated C=C bonds in a self-sufficient continuous *** effects of the enzyme order and different linkers on the fusions were investigated by structural analysis and all-atom molecular dynamics *** best fusion YqjM_G_GDH gave 98% conversion of 100 mmol/L 2-methylcyclopentenone with an excellent ee value(>99%)in 3 h,while the mixture of individual enzymes only obtained 68% conversion after more than 8 *** improved substrate conversion of YqjM_G_GDH fusion was probably attributed to the increased flexibility of each fused enzyme and the shortening of the diffusion distance of NADPH regenerated.A one-pot process was designed to purify and immobilize the fusion on the Ni2t-nitrilotriacetic acid funct.onalized magnetic mesoporous silica *** resulting immobilized biocatalyst not.only catalyzed the asymmetric reduct.on of various α,β-unsaturated ketones(20 mmol/L)continuously with only 50μmol/L NADPt to initiate the whole process,but also retained more than 82%of the initial activity after seven cycles,serving as a good candidate for the industrial applicat.ons.

oBJECtIVE: to investigate blood pressure rhythm(BPR)in Yin deficiency syndrome of hypertension(YDSH)patients and develop a random forest model for predicting ***: our study was consistent with technical processes and specificat.on for developing guidelines of Evidence-based Chinese medicine clinical practice(t/CACM 1032-2017). We enrolled 234 patients who had been diagnosed with primary hypertension wit.out antihypertensive medicat.ons prior to the enrollment. All participants were divided into Yin deficiency group(YX, n = 74) and non-Yin deficiency group(NYX, n = 160).Participants were professionally grouped by three experienced chief tradit.onal Chinese Medicine(tCM)physicians according to four examinat.ons(i.e.,inspect.on, listening and smelling, inquiry and palpat.on).We collected data on 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring(ABPM) and YDSH rating scale. We divided 24 h of a day into 12 t.o-hour periods [Chen-Shi(7:00-9:00), Si-Shi(9:00-11:00), Wu-Shi(11:00-13:00), Wei-Shi(13:00-15:00), Shen-Shi(15:00-17:00), You-Shi(17:00-19:00), Xu-Shi(19:00-21:00), Hai-Shi(21:00-23:00), ZiShi(23:00-1:00), Chou-Shi(1:00-3:00), Yin-Shi(3:00-5:00), Mao-Shi(5:00-7:00)] according to the theory of “midnight-midday ebb flow”. We used random forest to build the diagnostic model of YDSH, with whether it was Yin deficiency syndrome as the out.ome.
