BACKGROUND Direct-acting antiviral(DAA)therapy regimens are highly effective at eliminating hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection but rates of sustained virologic response(SVR)are lower in patients with decompensated cirrhosis or hepatocellular *** many of these patients will be referred for liver transplant,they will require retreatment after ***/velpatasvir/voxilaprevir(SOF/VEL/VOX)is recommended by guidelines as the preferred regimen to treat HCV in DAA-experienced patients following liver transplant however there is limited *** SUMMARY We present the cases of six liver transplant recipients who had previous treatment failure with sofosbuvir-based DAA therapy prior to transplantation and who then received SOF/VEL/VOX after *** this case series demonstrate the real-world efficacy and safety of SOF/VEL/VOX in the post liver transplant *** was successful with all patients achieving SVR,it was well tolerated,and there were minimal drug-drug interactions with their immunosuppressants.

A Feynman diagram theory for acousto-optic (AO) interactions is established, which provides a general method to calculate the scattering amplitudes and intensities for both single-frequency and multifrequency AO interactions. the method is based on counting the number of allowable Feynman diagrams. the following important assertion has been proved rigorously in this paper. the ratios of the numbers of Feynman diagrams allowable in various Bragg diffractions (isotropic, nondegenerate birefringent, and degenerate birefringent) to that in Raman-Nath diffraction are independent of the number of different acoustic frequencies, being a function only of the order of the Feynman diagram and the diffraction order of the final state. General expressions for these ratios are obtained. Based on this, complete perturbation solutions for the scattering amplitudes and intensities are obtained for any kind of AO interactions, any number of acoustic frequencies, and any final state. this theory gives all results obtained previously by the theory of coupled-wave equation. the theory is also verified by comparing with experiments.

the aim was to apply medetomidine sedation for electrophysiological measurements in mink (Neovison vison). Adult animals (N = 15) of standard type were used. Initially, sedation with an i.m. injection of medetomidine (Dorbene 0.20 ml, 200 micrograms) was used. However, sufficient sedation was not reached. the next step was to sedate with 0.8 ml of medetomidine (Dorbene 0.80 ml, 800 micrograms). these animals woke up and the experiment needed to be interrupted. the next animal was injected with 1 ml of medetomidine (Dorbene 1 ml, 1 mg) but it never got sufficiently sedated. the fifth and sixth animals were sedated with combination of 0.8 mg medetomidine and butorphanol (Butador) (2 mg in one mink and 4 mg in another). these animals got sedated to some extent so that the electroencephalography (EEC) recording was possible. the further animals (N = 9) were sedaded with the combination of the 0.4 mg medetomidine (Dorbene 0.4 ml, 400 micrograms) and 10 mg tiletamine with 10 mg zolazepam (Zoletil 0.2 ml). the combination of Dorbene (0.4 ml) and Zoletil (0.2 ml) were mixed within one syringe and injected intramuscularly. the rest of mink got the same combination of anesthetics and all animals reached the sufficient level of sedation to measure properly electroencephalography (EEC), electrocardiography (ECG), respiratory rate and brainstem auditory evoked responses (BAER).

Finding available subclasses in high-dimensional medical databases using clustering techniques is considered as very important one in medical field. Due to similar intensities between the datapoints in high-dimensionality cancer medical database clustering techniques have failed to cluster the available subclasses with less error. therefore this paper presents suitable fuzzy-based clustering techniques to find available subclasses in high-dimensional prostate and breast cancer databases. In addition this paper presents prototype initialization algorithm to avoid random initialization of initial prototypes. In order to evaluate the performance of proposed clustering techniques experimental study has been performed on benchmark databases. Finally the proposed methods have been successfully implemented to find the subclasses of cancers in prostate and breast cancer databases. the clustering results of proposed methods have been validated by evaluating clustering accuracy.

the impact of the E×B flow shear stabilization on particle transport and density peaking at JEt is analyzed in the framework of integrated modelling with the CRONOS *** that purpose,plasmas from a power scan which show a significant increasing of density peaking with the injected neutral beam injection power have been used as a modeling *** means of simulations with the quasilinear model GLF23 for the heat and particle transport,a strong link between the particle confinement and E×B flow shear stabilization is *** is particularly important close to the pedestal region where the particle pinch direction becomes strongly inward for high E×B flow shear *** impact introduces some non-negligible deviation from the well-known collisonality dependence of the density peaking,whose general trend has been also obtained in the framework of this modelling by performing pedestal density scans.

Present long range interactions for signals, as well as large scale rare phenomena at Earthquakes are subjects of wave dynamics with large impact. Here, that will be addressed in a general (science fiction) format. the method used is based on energy balance for a continuum and kinematics of noncircular orbits, nco. Released vortex formation in a process invoking escape velocity for beamed up Dinosaurs, is modeled with fluid dynamics of a Helix. It is found that elasticity in terms of volumetric changes and vorticities interact giving large velocities and interchange of potential and kinetic energies. the model is an example of atmosphere integrative physiology.
