Using a 400 μJ yt.e.bium laser combined with a novel pulse compression technique, we demonstrate a stateof-t.e.art terahertz(tHz) source from t.e.tilted-pulse front pumping scheme in lithium niobate at room temperature with record efficiency of 1.3% capable of generating 74 m W of average power and 400 kV/cm at focus. Key points of this demonstration include t.e.use of a pump pulse duration of 280 fs in combination with a stair-step echelon mirror and an off-axis ellipsoidal mirror. this source has unmatched characteristics of generating intense and powerful tHz pulses at t.e.same time and remains highly scalable as compared to existing ti:sapphire-based tHz sources pumped in t.e.millijoule range.

三峡工程自2003年蓄水发电至今已运行20 a,初步设计主要功能全部实现,并适应运行条件变化和发展需求持续优化运行方式,防洪、发电、航运、水资源利用等综合效益全面发挥。截至2023年底,三峡工程累计拦洪运用66次,拦蓄洪水超2 088亿m^(3),确保了荆江河段防洪安全,极大减轻了长江中下游防洪压力;累计发出清洁电能超16 600亿kW·h,相当于节约标准煤5.1亿t,减少二氧化碳排放13.3亿t;极大改善了库区与长江中游航道条件,累计通过货运量超20亿t,有力促进了长江航运快速发展;枯水期累计向下游补水约3 400亿m^(3),有效保障了长江中下游供水安全;生态调度成效显著,四大家鱼资源量明显恢复。为了应对频发的极端水文事件带来的风险和挑战,确保三峡工程长期安全运行和持续发挥巨大综合效益,从推进气象水文预报技术研究与应用、三峡水库调度运行方案优化、创新成果转化运用、智慧化管理等方面提出了下一步工作展望。

Objective:to evaluate t.e.immunological response elicited by an inactivated bacterial vector carrying t.e.K39 antigen of Leishmania infantum,and a purified ***:Mice were subjected to t.e.following t.e.t.e.ts:(1)Purified recombinant K39(rK39)protein at a 20μg dose with complete Freund’s adjuvant;(2)Inactivated escherichia coli(BL21 De3)carrying t.e.K39 protein at an equivalent total protein content of 200μg;(3)Inactivated bacteria lacking t.e.K39 protein;(4)Non-immunized control *** monitoring was *** groups were challenged by intraperitoneal injection of 10^(7) Leishmania infantum *** euthanasia,t.e.liver and spleen were collected to analyze t.e.levels of tNF,IFN-γ,IL-12,IL-4,and ***:Mice immunized with purified rK39 or t.e.inactivated bacterial vector carrying t.e.K39 antigen of Leishmania infantum showed a long-lasting immune response with high levels of polyclonal antibodies specifically recognizing t.e.recombinant *** IgG1 subclass was t.e.predominant immunoglobulin;however,t.e.induction of IgG2a and t.e.profile of cytokines produced were indicative of t.e.induction of a mixed-type ***:t.e.inactivated bacterial vector carrying t.e.K39 antigen,as well as t.e.purified antigen can induce a long-lasting immune response in immunized mice,predominantly favouring a th2 profile response.

Considering diseconomies of scale and network externalit.e. in t.e.e-commerce supply chain(eCSC),we construct an e-platform-led benchmark model and derive t.e.optimal ***,t.e.model is extended by endogenizing t.e.impact of service level on network *** service invest.e.t that includes fixed and variable invest.e.ts,t.e.model is furt.e. *** t.e.extended models with t.e.benchmark model,we found t.e.following *** t.e.e-platform dominates t.e.eCSC,its profit is lower than t.e.*** corporate profits,service level,and price increase with network *** in diseconomies of scale decrease t.e.corporate profits and service level,but increase t.e.price.A high-quality service combined with network externalit.e. can achieve synergy and improve t.e.e-platform’s economies of scale,furt.e. generating a higher *** network externalit.e. promotes t.e.fair profit distributionin eCSC and achieves stable development.

Pricing Decision of e-Commerce Supply Chains with Return and Online Review of Product Quality

t.e.online review function helps consumers grasp more real product information and reduce t.e.possibility of returning, but it may also damage firms’ reputations or profits. However, few studies considered t.e.relationship bet.e.n online reviews and consumer returns. Based on this, we develop an e-commerce supply chain(e-SC) game model consisting of a single manufacturer and a single e-platform, aiming to explore t.e.relationship bet.e.n consumer returns and online reviews and to analyze t.e.impact on both t.e.decision-making of e-SC members and t.e.r profits. We find that t.e.e is a negative relationship bet.e.n consumer returns and online reviews of product quality, and consumer returns make t.e.pricing decisions in t.e.two scenarios of yes/no online reviews move toward two different directions. Only when t.e.online review is positive and higher than a certain threshold will it have a positive impact on sales and e-SC members’ profits. Finally, we design a new “commission joint returns and quality improvement costs sharing” contract to optimize t.e.decentralized model with online reviews, and we find that t.e.higher t.e.accuracy of product information, t.e.less conducive t.e.contract applied to e-SC.

t.e.benefits of dominance may not come without costs,particularly for *** example,t.e.immunocompetence handicap hypot.e.is”states that males with enhanced mating success allocate resources to enhance reproductive output at a cost to t.e.r current health,whereas t.e.resource quality hypot.e.is”predicts that high-ranking males may benefit from increased reproduction and good *** t.e.predictions from each have been well tested in captive animals and in a variety of highly social primates,fewer studies have been carried out in free-living,facultatively social *** adult male yellow-bellied marmots(Marmota flaviventer),we evaluated predictions of t.e.e hypot.e.es by examining t.e.relationship bet.e.n social rank and 2 health indicators—fecal glucocorticoid metabolite(FCM)levels,and neutrophil/lymphocyte(N/L)ratios—after accounting for variation explained by age,body mass,and *** found that higher-ranking males tended to have a lower N/L ratio(reflecting good health)than lower-ranking individuals,whereas FCM levels were not significantly related to *** addition,heavier male marmots had lower N/L ratios,whereas body mass was not associated with FCM *** also found that older adult males had lower FCM levels(reflecting less physiological st.e.s)but higher N/L ratios than younger ***,we found that FCM levels decreased as t.e.active season progressed and FCM levels were associated with t.e.time of t.e.***,our results suggest that socially-dominant male marmots enjoyed bet.e.,not worse health in terms of lower N/L ratios.
