We recently described a new combinatorial strategy for modular catalyst development, one using self-assembly in the ligand scaffold-generating step to produce libraries of chiral self-assembled ligands. Metal-directed self-assembly of bifunctional subunits around a structural metal (typically zinc) can be used to form a heteroleptic complex in which a second set of ligating groups are suitably disposed to form a heterobimetallic catalyst system[1]. traditional approaches to develop 3D geological models employ a mix of quantitative and qualitative scientific techniques,which do not fully provide quantification of uncertainty in the constructed models and fail to optimally weight geological field observations against constraints from geophysical ***,using the Bayesian Obsidian software package,we develop a methodology to fuse lithostratigraphic field observations with aeromagnetic and gravity data to build a 3D model in a small(13.5 km×13.5 km)region of the Gascoyne Province,Western *** approach is validated by comparing 3D model results to independently-constrained geological maps and cross-sections produced by the Geological Survey of Western *** fusing geological field data with aeromagnetic and gravity surveys,we show that 89%of the modelled region has>95%certainty for a particular geological unit for the given model and *** boundaries between geological units are characterized by narrow regions withtainty,which are typically 400-1000 m wide at the Earth's surface and 500-2000 m wide at ***~4 km depth,the model requires geophysical survey data with longer wavelengths(e.g.,active seismic)to constrain the deeper *** Obsidian was originally built for sedimentary basin problems,there is reasonable applicability to deformed terranes such as the Gascoyne ***,modification of the Bayesian engine to incorporate structural data will aid in developing more robust 3D ***,our results show that surface geological observations fused with geophysical survey data can yield reasonable 3D geological models with narrow uncertainty regions at the surface and shallow subsurface,which will be especially valuable for mineral exploration and the development of 3D geological models under cover.

the Strecker reaction was performed via a one-pot three component condensation of hetero aromatic/ aromatic aldehydes, secondary amines and trimetylsilyl cyanide in the presence of propylphosphonic anhydride （t3P） to accomplish the corresponding α-aminonitriles. the main advantages of this method are very short reaction time and excellent yields.

Inter simple sequence repeat（ISSR） polymorphism was used to determine genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationships in 90 genotypes of wild and cultivated species of Oryza from different geographical regions of the world. In all the 17 primers used in ISSR-PCR, a total of 11 464 bands were amplified at 253 band positions/loci. the primer UBC-809 amplified the maximum bands（1 059） at 21 band positions. UBC-810 and UBC-835 amplified the minimum of 391 bands each at 7 and 14 band positions, respectively. the mean polymorphism information content ranged from 0.44 to 0.84 and resolving power ranged from 8.69 to 23.53. Un-weighted pair group method with arithmetic mean dendrogram and population structure based on the 17 primers separated all genotypes into 4 major clusters with a genetic similarity of 53%–100%. the first two clusters consisted of 30 O. rufipogon accessions each. In the third cluster, O. nivara and O. longistaminata grouped as one sub-cluster and all other O. nivara accessions and cultivars grouped as another sub-cluster. the fourth cluster had only five O. rufipogon accessions which can be a source of new genes. Four sub-populations were identified within O. rufipogon and two sub-populations within O. nivara at K = 7. A subset of six primers with high resolving power values were the most informative and grouped all genotypes almost similarly as the 17 primers did. Use of these six highly informative primers in ISSR-PCR is a cost effective and robust method for assessing genetic diversity in large germplasm collections of wild rice species.

the oxovanadium（IV） complexes of the Schiff base hydrazones, synthesized from 3-hydrazinoquinoxaline-2- one （HQO） with salicylaldehyde （HSHQO）, o-hydroxyacetophenone （HHAHQO）, dehydroacetic acid （HDHAHQO） and o-nitrobenzaldehyde （NBHQO） were synthesized and characterized on the basis of analytical, conductance, magnetic moment, infrared, NMR, ESR and electronic spectral data. the ligands HSHQO, HDHAHQO behaved as monobasic tridentate ONN donors through phenolic oxygen, azomethine nitrogens. the ligand HAHQO acted as a monobasic bidentate ON donor through the phenolic oxygen, azomethine （free） nitrogen and the ligand NBHQO acted as neutral bidentate ON donor through oxygen of the nitro group and azomethine （free） nitrogen.

this paper deals with the closed-form solutions to the family of Boussinesq-like equations with the effect of spatio-temporal *** sine-Gordon expansion and the hyperbolic function approaches are efficiently applied to the family of Boussinesq-like equations to explore novel solitary,kink,anti-kink,combo,and singular-periodic wave *** attained solutions are expressed by the trigonometric and hyperbolic functions including tan,sec,cot,csc,tanh,sech,coth,csch,and of their *** addition,the mentioned two approaches are applied to the aforesaid models in the sense of Atangana conformable derivative or Beta derivative to attain new wave ***-dimensional and two-dimensional graphs of some of the obtained novel solutions satisfying the corresponding equations of interest are provided to understand the underlying mechanisms of the stated *** the bright wave solutions in terms of Atangana’s conformable derivative,the amplitudes of the bright wave gradually decrease,but the smoothness increases when the fractional parametersαandβ*** the other hand,the periodicities of periodic waves *** attained new wave solutions can motivate applied scientists for engineering their ideas to an optimal level and they can be used for the validation of numerical simulation results in the propagation of waves in shallow water and other nonlinear *** performed approaches are found to be simple and efficient enough to estimate the solutions attained in the study and can be used to solve various classes of nonlinear partial differential equations arising in mathematical physics and engineering.

Phylogenetic analysis and biological characteristic tests of marine bacteria isolated from Southern Ocean(Indian sector)water

Fifty-seven bacteria were isolated from Southern Ocean （Indian sector） water samples which were collected from different latitude and longitude of the ocean. All the isolates were able to grow at 4℃, 20℃, 37℃ and tolerable NaCI concentration up to 13.5% （w/v）. 29 out of 57 isolates were identified using 16S rDNA amplification and the sequences were submitted to National Center for Biotechnology Information （NCBI）. All the isolates were classified by using Ribosomal Database Project （RDP） and found that isolates belongs to Proteobacteria and Bacteriodes. the average G＋C content was 56.4%. the isolates were screened for the presence of extracellular enzymes, viz. amylase, catalase, urease, esterase, lipase and protease. the disc diffusion method is used to screen antibiotic production by the isolates against four pathogenic bacteria, viz. Salmonella typhimurium （NCIM 2501）, Staphylococcus aureus （NCIM 2122）, Bacillus subtilis （NCIM 2193）, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa （NCIM 2036）. Nine out of 29 were found to be antibiotic producer.

Numerical simulation of self-similar thermal convection from a spinning cone in anisotropic porous medium

Self-similar steady natural convection thermal boundary layer flow from a rotating vertical cone to anisotropic Darcian porous medium is investigated theoretically and numerically. the transformed non-dimensional two-point boundary value problem is reduced to a system of coupled, highly nonlinear ordinary differential equations, which are solved subject to robust surface and free stream boundary conditions with the MAPLE 17 numerical quadrature software. Validation with earlier non-rotating studies is included, and also further verification of rotating solutions is achieved with a variational finite element method （FEM）. the rotational （spin） parameter emerges as an inverse function of the Grashof number. the influence of this parameter, primary Darey number, secondary Darcy number and Prandtl number on tangential velocity and swirl velocity, temperature and heat transfer rate are studied in detail. It is found that the dimensionless tangential velocity increases whilst the dimensionless swirl velocity and temperature decrease with the swirl Darcy number, tangential Darcy number and the rotational parameters. the model finds applications in chemical engineering filtration processing, liquid coating and spinning cone distillation columns.
