Due to the excellent self-centering and load-carrying capability,curvic couplings have been widely used in advanced aero-engine ***,curvic tooth surface errors lead to poor assembly *** physical-master-gauge-based indirect tooth surface error measurement and circumferential assembly angle optimization methods have the disadvantages of high cost and weak *** unknown tooth surface fitting mechanism is a big barrier to assembly precision prediction and ***,this work puts forward a data-driven assembly simulation and optimization approach for aero-engine rotors connected by curvic *** origin of curvic tooth surface error is deeply *** 5-axis sweep scan method,a large amount of high-precision curvic tooth surface data are acquired *** on geometric models of parts,the fitting mechanism of curvic couplings is uncovered for assembly precision simulation and prediction.A circumferential assembly angle optimization model is developed to decrease axial and radial assembly *** results show that the assembly precision can be predicted accurately and improved *** uncovering the essential principle of the assembly precision formation and proposing circumferential assembly angle optimization model,this work is meaningful for assembly quality,efficiency and economy improvement of multistage aero-engine rotors connected by curvic couplings.

Mineral processing wastewater(MPW)with large discharge and high toxicity affects environmental safety,and the realizing zero discharge of MPW is of great significance for reducing environmental pollution,saving water resources,and promoting the sustainable development of the mining *** this study,we reported natural marmatite(NM)as a low-cost and efficient photocatalyst for the treatment of MPW to help zero wastewater *** photocatalytic activity of NM was evaluated by the removal of total organic carbon(tOC)from MPW under visible-light illumination,and the optimal degradation conditions were *** showed that superoxide free radicals(^(·)O_(2)^(-))were the dominant active species responsible for organic pollutants degradation,and 74.25%tOC removal was obtained after 120 min reaction under the optimum treatment ***,the wastewater treated by NM photocatalysis can be reused in the flotation system without adverse impact on the product *** on these findings,a model of zero wastewater discharge for flotation with the help of photocatalytic treatment was established,it indicated that the water of the whole system can be balanced without affecting the ore dressing index,which showed that visible light-driven photocatalyst has a promising application prospect in the treatment and recycling of industrial wastewater.

thrust estimation is a significant part of aeroengine thrust control *** traditional estimation methods are either low in accuracy or large in *** further improve the estimation effect,a thrust estimator based on Multi-layer Residual temporal Convolutional Network(M-RtCN)is *** solve the problem of dead Rectified Linear Unit(ReLU),the proposed method uses the Gaussian Error Linear Unit(GELU)activation function instead of ReLU in residual *** the overall architecture of the multi-layer convolutional network is adjusted by using residual connections,so that the network thrust estimation effect and memory consumption are further ***,the comparison with seven other methods shows that the proposed method has the advantages of higher estimation accuracy and faster convergence ***,six neural network models are deployed in the embedded controller of the micro-turbojet *** Hardware-in-the-Loop(HIL)testing results demonstrate the superiority of M-RtCN in terms of estimation accuracy,memory occupation and running ***,an ignition verification is conducted to confirm the expected thrust estimation and real-time performance.

Nitrogen,one of the most crucial nutrients present in grapes and musts,plays a key role in yeast activities during alcoholic *** influences are imposed on yeast growth and fermentation performances including the formation of secondary *** cerevisiae,the main yeast responsible for fermentation,has been studied extensively regarding nitrogen *** the other hand,a similar study for non-Saccharomyces yeasts,whose contributions to winemaking have gradually been acknowledged,remains to be fully explored,with a few studies being *** review starts by discussing nitrogen impacts on non-Saccharomyces yeast growth and fermentation kinetics in different case scenarios,then proceeds to summarize the nitrogen preferences of individual yeast strains with regulation mechanisms elucidated by recent *** discussions on the influences on the production of volatile compounds and proposed pathways therein are made,followed by future work suggested as the final *** summarizing the nitrogen impacts on non-Saccharomyces yeasts throughout alcoholic fermentation,this review will be helpful in obtaining a more comprehensive view on these non-conventional wine yeasts in terms of nutrient requirements and corresponding volatile *** gaps will therefore be elucidated for future research.

Reliable monitoring and thorough spatiotemporal prediction of meteorological drought are crucial for early warning and decision-making regarding drought-related *** utilisation of multiscale methods is effective for a comprehensive evaluation of drought occurrence and progression,given the complex nature of meteorological ***,the nonlinear spatiotemporal features of meteorological droughts,influenced by various climatological,physical and environmental factors,pose significant challenges to integrated prediction that considers multiple indicators and time *** address these constraints,we introduce an innovative deep learning framework based on the shifted window transformer,designed for executing spatiotemporal prediction of meteorological drought across multiple *** formulate four prediction indicators using the standardized precipitation index and the standard precipitation evaporation index as core methods for drought definition using the ERA5 reanalysis *** indicators span time scales of approximately 30 d and one ***-term indicators capture more anomalous variations,whereas long-term indicators attain comparatively higher accuracy in predicting future *** focus on the East Asian region,notable for its diverse climate conditions and intricate terrains,to validate the model's efficacy in addressing the complexities of nonlinear spatiotemporal *** model's performance is evaluated from diverse spatiotemporal viewpoints,and practical application values are analysed by representative drought *** results substantiate the effectiveness of our proposed model in providing accurate multiscale predictions and capturing the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of *** of the four drought indicators accurately delineates specific facets of the meteorological drought ***,three representative drought events,namely flash drought,sustained drought and severe drought,

Internal solitary waves(ISWs)change the roughness of the sea surface,thus producing dark and bright bands in optical ***,reasons for changes in imaging characteristics with the solar zenith angle remain *** this paper,the optical imaging pattern of ISWs in sunglint under different zenith angles of the light source is investigated by collecting optical images of ISWs through physical *** experiment involves setting 10 zenith angles of the light source,which are divided into area a the optical images of ISWs in the three areas show dark-bright mode,single bright band,and bright-dark mode,which are consistent with those observed by optical remote *** addition,this study analyzed the percentage of the dark and bright areas of the bands and the change in the relative gray difference and found changes in both areas under different zenith angles of the light *** MODIS and ASAR images display a similar brightness-darkness distance of the same ***,the relationship between the brightness-darkness distance and the characteristic half-width of ISWs is determined in accordance with the eKdV theory and the imaging mechanism of ISWs of the SAR ***,the relationship between them in the experiment is almost consistent with the theoretical result.

Accessing high-order multiphoton excited fluorescence(H-MPEF)materials is challenging yet and needs complicated synthesis *** this study,we successfully assembled plasmonic Au nanorods(Au NRs)with multiphoton responsive metalorganic frameworks(MOFs),resulting in a significant several-fold enhancement of *** extent of multiphoton enhancement was found to be strongly dependent on the degree of overlap between the multiphoton excitation wavelength of MOFs and the localized surface plasmon resonance absorbance of Au NRs,indicating the importance of plasmon-induced resonance energy ***,plasmon-induced hot electron transfer played a vital role in enhanced multiphoton activity as ***,the optimum H-MPEF enhancement occurs at the second near-infrared(NIR-II)region,which provides a promising platform for fluorescent *** findings provide a feasible and practical method to fabricate optimized H-MPEF materials for biological imaging using tissue-penetrating NIR-II light.

Optical remote sensing has been widely used to study internal solitary waves(ISWs).Wind speed has an important effect on ISW imaging of optical remote *** light and dark bands of ISWs cannot be observed by optical remote sensing when the wind is too *** relationship between the characteristics of ISWs bands in optical remote sensing images and the wind speed is still *** influence of wind speeds on the characteristics of the ISWs bands is investigated based on the physical simulation experiments with the wind speeds of 1.6,3.1,3.5,3.8,and 3.9 m/*** experimental results show that when the wind speed is 3.9 m/s,the ISWs bands cannot be observed in optical remote sensing images with the stratification of h_(1)∶h_(2)=7∶58,ρ_(1)∶ρ_(2)=1∶*** the wind speeds are 3.1,3.5,and 3.8 m/s,which is lower than 3.9 m/s,the ISWs bands can be obtained in the simulated optical remote sensing *** location of the band’s dark and light extremum and the band’s peak-to-peak spacing are almost not affected by wind ***-significant wind speeds can cause a greater gray difference of the light-dark *** provided a scientific basis for further understanding of ISW optical remote sensing imaging.

Surface Water and Ocean topography(SWOt)is a next-generation radar altimeter that offers high resolution,wide swath,imaging *** has provided free public data worldwide since December *** paper aims to preliminarily analyze the detection capabilities of the Ka-band radar interferometer(KaRIn)and Nadir altimeter(NALt),which are carried out by SWOt for internal solitary waves(ISWs),and to gather other remote sensing images to validate SWOt *** effectively detects ISW surface features and generates surface height variation maps reflecting the modulations induced by ***,its swath width does not completely cover the entire wave packet,and the resolution of L2/L3 level products(about 2 km)cannot be used to identify ISWs with smaller ***,significant wave height(SWH)images exhibit blocky structures that are not suitable for ISW studies;sea surface height anomaly(SSHA)images display systematic leftright *** optimize this imbalance using detrending methods;however,more precise treatment should commence with L1-level *** analysis based on L3-level SSHA data indicates that the average SSHA variation induced by ISWs ranges from 10 cm to 20 *** disturbed by ISWs record unusually elevated SWH and SSHA values,rendering the data unsuitable for analysis and necessitating targeted corrections in future retracking *** the normalized radar cross section,Ku-band and four-parameter maximum likelihood estimation retracking demonstrated greater sensitivity to minor changes in the sea surface,making them more suitable for ISW *** conclusion,SWOt demonstrates outstanding capabilities in ISW detection,significantly advancing research on the modulation of the sea surface by ISWs and remote sensing imaging mechanisms.
