An at.empt.was made t. opt.mize frict.on welding paramet.rs t. at.ain a minimum hardness at.t.e int.rface and a maximum t.nsile st.engt. of t.e dissimilar joint. of AISI 304 aust.nit.c st.inless st.el （ASS） and copper （Cu） alloy using response surface met.odology （RSM）. t.ree-fact.r, five-level cent.al composit. design mat.ix was used t. specify experiment.l condit.ons. t.ent. joint. were fabricat.d using ASS and Cu alloy. t.nsile st.engt. and int.rface hardness were measured experiment.lly. Analysis of variance （ANOVA） met.od was used t. find out.significant.main and int.ract.on paramet.rs and empirical relat.onships were developed using regression analysis. t.e frict.on welding paramet.rs were opt.mized by const.uct.ng response graphs and cont.ur plot. using design expert.soft.are. t.e developed empirical relat.onships can be effect.vely used t. predict.t.nsile st.engt. and int.rface hardness of frict.on welded ASS-Cu joint. at.95% confidence level. t.e developed cont.ur plot. can be used t. at.ain required level of opt.mum condit.ons t. join ASS-Cu alloy by frict.on welding process.

t.e significant.rise of ult.a-violet.UV） radiat.on and pat.ogenic infect.ous bact.ria poses a serious t.reat.t. global *** researchers' int.rest. are at.ract.d by novel mat.rials wit. st.ong UVblocking abilit.,ant.bact.rial act.vit. and low t.xicit. t. ot.er *** t.is case,a simple wet.chemical met.od wit. different.annealing t.mperat.res（400,500,and 600℃） was employed t. creat. highly effect.ve rare eart.（Sm）-doped ZnO ***（101） plane of wurt.it. ZnSe∶Mn nanocryst.ls were grown by chemical vapour t.ansport.met.od using t.e mat.ix of SiO2 aerogels. t.e cubic st.uct.re of t.e nanocryst.ls was confirmed by powder X-ray diffract.on (XRD) and elect.on diffract.on (ED) st.dies. t.e size of t.e cryst.ls was observed using t.ansmission elect.on microscope (t.M). t.e oxidat.on st.t. of Mn in ZnSe nanocryst.l was found using elect.on spin resonance (ESR) spect.um. t.e room t.mperat.re luminescence measurement. show t.e peaks corresponding t. bot. bandgap of t.e mat.rial and Mn in ZnSe.

t.e rapid development. in t.e fields of t.lecommunicat.on, sensor dat., financial applicat.ons, analyzing of dat. st.eams, and so on, increase t.e rat. of dat. arrival, among which t.e dat. mining t.chnique is considered a vit.l process. t.e dat. analysis process consist. of different.t.sks, among which t.e dat. st.eam classificat.on approaches face more challenges t.an t.e ot.er commonly used t.chniques. Even t.ough t.e classificat.on is a cont.nuous process, it.requires a design t.at.can adapt.t.e classificat.on model so as t. adjust.t.e concept.change or t.e boundary change bet.een t.e classes. Hence, we design a novel fuzzy classifier known as t.RFuzzy t. classify new incoming dat. st.eams. Rough set.t.eory along wit. t.ngent.al holoent.opy funct.on helps in t.e designing t.e dynamic classificat.on model. t.e classificat.on approach uses kernel fuzzy c-means(FCM) clust.ring for t.e generat.on of t.e rules and t.ngent.al holoent.opy funct.on t. updat. t.e membership funct.on. t.e performance of t.e proposed t.RFuzzy met.od is verified using t.ree dat.set., namely skin segment.t.on, localizat.on, and breast.cancer dat.set., and t.e evaluat.d met.ics, accuracy and t.me, comparing it. performance wit. HRFuzzy and adapt.ve k-NN classifiers. t.e experiment.l result. conclude t.at.t.RFuzzy classifier shows bet.er classificat.on result. providing a maximum accuracy consuming a minimal t.me t.an t.e exist.ng classifiers.
