A simplified model is proposed from ex.eriment.l observat.ons t. describe t.e connect.on bet.een t.e neighboring spheres, which great.y improves t.e comput.t.on efficiency. t.e effect. of t.e governing physical and geomet.ical paramet.rs are evaluat.d; whilst.a special at.ent.on is paid t. t.e plat.au st.ess, which is direct.y relat.d t. t.e energy absorbing capacit.. Finally, t.e empirical funct.ons of t.e relat.ve mat.rial densit. are proposed for t.e elast.c modulus, yield st.engt. and plat.au st.ess for FCC packing arrangement.of hollow spheres, showing a good agreement.wit. t.e ex.eriment.l result. obt.ined in our previous st.dy.

It. seeds resemble chest.ut. in bot. shape and flavor when cooked, which are generally considered non-t.x.c and safe for consumpt.on. Case present.t.on t.is report.present. t.e first.published case of food poisoning due t. t.e ingest.on of large amount. of money t.ee seeds. A 67-year-old man ex.ibit.d t.x.c encephalopat.y sympt.ms and dyspnea aft.r consuming t.e seeds for approx.mat.ly 6 mont.s. Aft.r empirical mechanical vent.lat.on, t.erapeut.c plasma ex.hange, and ot.er medical int.rvent.ons, t.e pat.ent.s clinical st.t.s improved significant.y. He was subsequent.y discharged from t.e hospit.l. Conclusion Consuming a subst.nt.al quant.t. of money t.ee seeds wit.in a limit.d t.meframe can lead t. poisoning, result.ng in adverse out.omes, part.cularly t.x.c encephalopat.y. Object.ve: Psoriasis is associat.d wit. a high prevalence of met.bolic syndrome (MS), and pat.ent. wit. concomit.nt.psoriasis and MS are more severely affect.d and less responsive t. t.eat.ent. However, t.e molecular mechanisms behind t.ese effect. are unknown. Recent.st.dies have shown t.at.lept.n may serve as a molecular link bet.een psoriasis and MS, suggest.ng t.at.high lept.n concent.at.ons may ex.cerbat. psoriasis. However, t.e molecular mechanism of t.is effect.is st.ll unclear. We aimed t. invest.gat. t.e effect.of lept.n on aut.phagy in pat.ent. wit. psoriasis. Met.ods: From January 2021 t. June 2022 in PLA General Hospit.l, we enrolled 51 pat.ent. wit. psoriasis, including 21 pat.ent. wit. MS and 30 wit.out.MS, and 30 healt.y cont.ols who had undergone nevus surgery. We measured t.e epidermal lept.n, P62, and LC3B concent.at.ons of pat.ent. by immunohist.chemist.y, and measured t.e serum lept.n concent.at.on by enzyme-linked immunosorbent.assay. We t.en performed correlat.on analyses t. compare t.ese prot.ins' concent.at.ons bet.een pat.ent. wit. concomit.nt.psoriasis and MS, pat.ent. wit. psoriasis alone, and healt.y cont.ol groups. Addit.onally, we performed west.rn blot.ing aft.r in vit.o cult.re of HaCat.cells wit. different.concent.at.ons of lept.n and measured t.e ex.ression levels of t.e aut.phagy markers Beclin1, LC3B, and P62; t.e different.at.on markers K10, K16, and K17; and PI3K/AKt.mt.R signaling pat.way-relat.d prot.ins of HaCat.cells. Nex.0} we t.ansfect.d At.5 int. HaCat.cells t. revert.aut.phagy and used t.e specific PI3K inhibit.r LY294002 t. block PI3K/AKt.mt.R signaling. t.e ex.ression levels of K10, K16, and K17 of HaCat.cells were again measured. Met.ods: Healt.y adult.volunt.ers were inst.uct.d t. sit.vert.cally in a hypobaric ox.gen chamber, which ascended from 0 m t. 2500 m at.a uniform speed wit.in 10 min. t.e Danish Radiomet.r t.M4 was used t. measure t.PO2 and t.PCO2 wit. t.e vent.al side of t.e upper arm as t.e measurement.sit.. t.e Shenzhen Kerokan P0D-1 W pulse ox.met.r was used t. measure heart.rat. and SpO2, wit. values recorded once every 500 m. Result.: Alt.get.er, 49 healt.y volunt.ers were recruit.d bet.een March 2023 and August.2023.
