Chronic obst.uct.ve pulmonary disease （COPD） is a highly relevant.disorder t.at.induces respirat.ry muscle dysfunct.on. One prevalent.sympt.m of COPD is resist.ve breat.ing which causes respirat.ry muscle t. significant.y increase t.e magnit.de of cont.act.ons, result.ng in react.ve oxygen species （ROS） format.on and oxidat.ve st.ess. t.rough cellular signaling cascades, ROS act.vat. molecules such as mit.gen-act.vat.d prot.in kinases and nuclear fact.r-kB. t.ese signaling molecules st.mulat. t.e release of cyt.kines which in t.rn cause damage t. t.e diaphragm, involving sarcomeric disrupt.ons. In response t. COPD induced fat.gue, t.e diaphragm undergoes a beneficial fibert.pe shift.t. t.pe I muscle fibers, which are more resist.nt.t. hypoxia t.an t.pe II fibers. t.e lung hyperinflat.on t.at.occurs in COPD also causes int.rcost.l muscle dysfunct.on, t.ereby exacerbat.ng COPD sympt.ms. In addit.on, COPD is known t. have a connect.on wit. heart.failure, diabet.s, and aging, furt.er decreasing respirat.ry funct.on. Current.y, t.ere is no cure for t.is disorder. Nevert.eless, various pot.nt.al t.erapeut.c st.at.gies focusing on respirat.ry muscle have been ident.fied including respirat.ry muscle t.aining, β2-agonist.t.erapy, and lung volume reduct.on surgery. In t.is review, we will out.ine t.e role of COPD, oxidat.ve st.ess, and relat.d complicat.ons in respirat.ry muscle dysfunct.on.

t.e current.paper focuses on t.e influence of t.e process paramet.rs on t.e peak values of t.e int.r-facial heat.t.ansfer coefficient.(IHt.) at.met.l/die int.rface during high pressure die cast.ng (HPDC) process. A "st.p shape" cast.ng and AM50 alloy were used during t.e experiment. t.e IHt. was de-t.rmined by solving t.e inverse t.ermal problem based on t.e measured t.mperat.re inside t.e die. Result. show t.at.t.e init.al die surface t.mperat.re (IDSt. t.I) has a dominant.influence while t.e cast.ng pressure and fast.shot.velocit. have a secondary influence on t.e IHt. peak values. By curve fit.ing, it.was found t.at.t.e IHt. peak value (hmax) changes as a funct.on of t.e IDSt.in a manner of hmax =eαt.DI. Such relat.onship bet.een t.e IHt. peak value and t.e IDSt.can also be found when t.e cast.ng alloy is ADC12, indicat.ng t.at.t.is phenomenon is a common charact.rist.c in t.e HPDC process.

在铁路导航应用中,通常采用差分GNSS定位的方式,需要在铁路沿线设置差分参考站,从而提高定位精度,建设以及后续的运营维护成本较高。精密单点定位PPP是一种基于卫星导航系统的定位技术,PPP使用非差码和载波相位观测量,可通过在全球广泛分布的参考站提供纠正参数,进而完成高精度的位置解算。PPP可实现动态分米级、静态厘米级的定位精度,而且精度不随着距离的增加而出现明显降级,不需要自建参考站。基于加拿大自然资源部的CSRS-PPP软件,介绍了传统组合精密单点定位的解算原理。通过典型场景分析PPP在铁路导航应用中存在的实时性、可用性和安全性问题。提出一种改进的基于PPP和惯性导航系统INS的扩展卡尔曼滤波EKF组合定位方案,试验结果表明,PPP/INS组合定位方法能够在不降级定位精度的前提下解决因观测量短暂不足导致的可用性问题。
