A class of new potential antibacterial agents with distinctive pyrimidinone benzimidazole sk.leton was developed through nucleophilic substitution and Biginelli reaction starting from urea,ethyl 4-chloroacetoacetate and various *** target molecules exhibited strong antibacterial activities,especially pyrimidinone benzimidazole hybrid 9e possessed the strongest inhibitory effects on the growth of *** and *** with a lower MIC value of 1μg/mL than ***,compound 9e displayed strong antibiofilm capacity,low drug resistance and excellent biosafety toward human red blood *** research revealed that compound 9e could disrupt membrane integrity and cause leak.ge of cellular components such as proteins and nucleic ***,compound 9e could decrease lactate dehydrogenase activity,block.cell metabolism and interact with DNA in an intercalation manner.

Organic-inorganic lead halide based perovsk.te solar cells(PSCs)have attracted unprecedented research interest over last *** high performance,combined with merits of low fabrication costs and ease of synthesis mak. Along with conventional methods, this paper proposed a method in which 1 D and 3 D models are integrated to identify the self-sourced reservoir potential of the Farewell Formation in the k.pe Gas Field within the Taranak. Basin, New Zealand. Source rock.characteristics were evaluated at both field and basin scales by investigating source rock.maturity, type of organic matter,and hydrocarbon generation potential by rock.pyrolysis,using Rock.Eval 2 and 6. The 1 D thermal and burial history model established the rate of sedimentation and thermal history of the k.pe 4 well. Reservoir characterization at field-scale was determined by seismic interpretation, well log analysis, and 3 D structural and petrophysical models. The sediments of the Farewell Formation contain types II-III（oil/gas prone） and type III（gas prone） and have fair-to-excellent generation potential. The oxygen and hydrogen indices ranged from 3 to 476 mg CO2/g TOC and 26 to 356 mg HC/g TOC, respectively, whereas the thermal maturity determined by vitrinite reflectance values ranged between 0.3% and 0.72%, indicating that the Farewell Formation is in immature-to-mature hydrocarbon generation stage. Thus, Farewell Formation was verified to be a good source rock. Additionally, structural interpretations demonstrated the structural complexity of an extensional and contractional regime within the reservoir pack.ge. Multiple faults indicated a good reservoir property there with a trapping mechanism as well as migration paths. A well-log-based petrophysical analysis established the presence of up to 70% hydrocarbon saturation within the pore spaces of Farewell *** 3 D models confirmed that the Farewell Formation has significant sand zones and hydrocarbon-saturated zones,thereby proving its very good reservoir characteristics. It has been proved that the 1 D and 3 D structural schemes,integrated with geological techniques, was vital in identifying the k.pe Field as a self-sourced reservoir.

In this study,it is proposed that the diffusion least mean square(LMS)algorithm can be improved by applying the fractional order signal processing *** of Caputo’s fractional derivatives are considered in the optimization of cost *** is suggested to derive a fractional order variant of the diffusion LMS *** applicability is tested for the estimation of channel parameters in a distributed environment consisting of randomly distributed sensors communicating through wireless *** topology of the network.is selected such that a smaller number of nodes are *** the network.a random sleep strategy is followed to conserve the transmission power at the *** proposed fractional ordermodified diffusionLMS algorithms are applied in the two configurations of combine-then-adapt and *** average squared error performance of the proposed algorithms along with its traditional counterparts are evaluated for the estimation of the Rayleigh channel *** proof of convergence is provided showing that the addition of the nonlinear term resulting from fractional derivatives helps adjusts the autocorrelation matrix in such a way that the spread of its eigenvalues *** increases the convergence as well as the steady state response even for the larger step *** results are shown for different number of nodes and fractional *** simulation results establish that the accuracy of the proposed scheme is far better than its classical counterparts,therefore,helps better solves the channel gains estimation problem in a distributed wireless *** algorithm has the potential to be applied in other applications related to learning and adaptation.

Melanoma,due to its higher mortality rate,is considered as one of the most pernicious types of sk.n cancers,mostly affecting the white *** has been reported a number of times and is now widely accepted,that early detection of melanoma increases the chances of the subject’s ***-aided diagnostic systems help the experts in diagnosing the sk.n lesion at earlier stages using machine learning *** thiswork.we propose a framework.that accurately segments,and later classifies,the lesion using improved image segmentation and fusion *** proposed technique tak.s an image and passes it through two methods simultaneously;one is the weighted visual saliency-based method,and the second is improved HDCT based saliency *** resultant image maps are later fused using the proposed image fusion technique to generate a localized lesion *** resultant binary image is later mapped back.to the RGB image and fed into the Inception-ResNet-V2 pre-trained model-trained by applying transfer *** simulation results show improved performance compared to several existing methods.

Detecting the anomalous entity in real-time network.traffic is a popular area of research in recent *** few researches have focused on creating malware that fools the intrusion detection system and this paper focuses on this *** are using Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Network.(DCGAN)to trick.the malware classifier to believe it is a normal *** this work.a new dataset is created to fool the Artificial Intelligence(AI)based malware detectors,and it consists of different types of attack. such as Denial of Service(DoS),scan 11,scan 44,botnet,spam,User Datagram Portal(UDP)scan,and ssh *** discriminator used in the DCGAN discriminates two different attack.classes(anomaly and synthetic)and one normal *** model collapse,instability,and vanishing gradient issues associated with the DCGAN are overcome using the proposed hybrid Aquila optimizer-based Mine blast harmony search algorithm(AO-MBHS).This algorithm helps the generator to create realistic malware samples to be undetected by the *** performance of the proposed methodology is evaluated using different performance metrics such as training time,detection rate,F-Score,loss function,Accuracy,False alarm rate,*** superiority of the hybrid AO-MBHS based DCGAN model is noticed when the detection rate is changed to 0 after the retraining method to mak. the defensive technique hard to be noticed by the malware detection *** support vector machines(SVM)is used as the malicious traffic detection application and its True positive rate(TPR)goes from 80%to 0%after retraining the proposed model which shows the efficiency of the proposed model in hiding the samples.

The outcrop investigations provide a better comprehension to interrelate facies-diagenesis and fracture network. for the evaluation of reservoir potential of the carbonate *** this paper,we targeted k.hi-Section(Nizampur Basin)and Peeran Tangai-Section(k.lachitta Range)to analyze structural-k.nematics,Discrete Fracture Network.Modelling,microfacies identification and diagenesis to interpret their impact on reservoir potential of Lock.art Limestone(Paleocene).The structural grain within the study area mostly represents the typical east-west trending tight to overturned folds and north-dipping thrust faults that mimic the north-south Indo-Eurasian ***,a second phase of deformation related to east-west compressions also identified which rotated the axes of preexisting *** analysis revealed that extensional fractures are oriented at high angle to bedding and are differentiated into three orthogonal sets trending northeast-southwest,northwest-southeast and east-west,whereas,the shear fractures formed two conjugate sets trending *** Lock.art Limestone was deposited in the inner ramp setting and microfacies types are pack.tone,wack.stone and wack.-pack.tone with seven sub-microfacies *** has been identified that the Lock.art Limestone has the heterogeneous distribution of diagenetic and tectonic features throughout its *** observed diagenetic sequence is micritization,calcite cementation,dissolution,neomorphism,pyritization and *** results highlight that open and partially filled fractures may provide an interconnected network.to promote fluid mobility,leading to higher values of fracture *** porosity values of the pore matrix were greater than fracture,resulting a significant impact on reservoir storage *** contrast,a negative impact on reservoir potential has been shown by stylolites,veins and dissolution ***,based on the overall studies,the Lock.art Limestone reve
