Effect of Polysaccharides Including Elicitors on Organogenesis in Protocorm-like Body （PLB） of Cymbidium insigne in vitro

Among orchids, Cymbidiums have got a very high demand in both cut flower and pot plant trade. In the present study the effect of some polysaccharides such as chitosan and NAG (n-acetyl-glucosamine) on organogenesis in protocorm-like-bodies (PLBs) of C. insigne was studied. Synthetic phytohormones such as BA and TDZ (cytokinins) and NAA (auxin) were used for comparison. PLBs of C. insigne were explanted on modified Murashige and Skoog medium supplemented with the single addition of chitosan and NAG, and the combination of BA (benzyladenine) and NAA (1-naphthaleneacetic acid) also with the combination of NAA and TDZ (thidiazuron) among different concentrations. Combination treatments of auxin and cytokinins, the highest percentage of PLBs formation was 73% and shoot formation was 67% when cultured on the medium supplemented with 1.0 mg L-1 BA without NAA. Combination treatment of NAA and TDZ, the PLBs formation was 90% and shoot formation was 60% obtained from medium supplemented with 1.0 mg L-1 of NAA + 0.1 mg L-1 TDZ. Single addition of chitosan and NAG with modified MS medium was more effective for new PLBs and shoot formation. The highest percentage of PLBs formation was 87% and shoot formation was 80% obtained from the medium supplemented with 0.1 mg L-1 chitosan. On the other hand, the PLBs formation rate reached 93% and shoot formation rate was 87% obtained from the medium supplemented with 0.01 mg L-1 NAG. Application of polysaccharides to in vitro orchid PLBs allows developing new PLBs and shoot to form plantlet without synthetic phytohormones.

Some big cities in Bangladesh have been experiencing a massive and rapid influx of rural people due to the impacts of climate change,and therefore the urban administration encounters enormous *** study aims to investigate the drivers of climate-induced migration and the post-displacement status of the migrants living in the urban slum of Rajshahi *** a semi-structured questionnaire survey,this study conducted interviews with 50 migrants residing in two slums in Rajshahi *** interpretive phenomenological analysis(IPA)approach was implemented to evaluate the survey *** study finds that food insecurity and flood are the two significant climate drivers of *** the non-climate drivers,lack of alternative livelihood is the major *** should be noticed that the climate migrants in many cases do not get the opportunity to improve their living standards;they are usually occupied with low-pay professions like maid,van and rickshaw puller,and scrap *** study also reveals that migrants,especially females and children,need several basic physiological,economic,social,and health *** children have no chance to attend *** to males,females have more opportunities for some support and ***,an inadequate level of change has taken place in the lives of migrants,which raises the concern if migration is ever a way to resolve a problem or the beginning of many other *** research may concentrate on the impact of migration on the dynamics of social capital among slum dwellers.

In an Underwater Wireless Sensor Network(UWSN),extreme energy loss is carried out by the early expiration of sensor nodes and causes a reduction in efficiency in the submerged acoustic sensor *** based on clustering strategies,instead of each node sending information by itself,utilize cluster heads to collect information inside the clusters for forwarding collective information to *** can effectively minimize the total energy loss during *** environment of UWSN is 3D architecture-based and follows a complex hierarchical clustering strategy involving its most effecting unique parameters such as propagation delay and limited transmission *** base clustering strategy works in rounds,where each round comprises three fundamental stages:cluster head selection,grouping or node association,and data aggregation followed by forwarding data to the *** UWSN,the energy consumed during the formation of clusters has been considered casually or completely evaded in the previous *** this paper,the cluster head setup period has been considered the main contributor to extra energy utilizer.A numerical channel model is proposed to compute extra *** is performed by using a UWSN broad *** results have shown that extra maximum energy consumption is approximately 12.9 percent of the system total energy consumed in information transmissions.

Objective:This study is to investigate the medicinal value of methanolic extiact of the leaves of Musa sapientum *** in ***:Several biochemical assays,thin layer chormatogarphy and ultra-violet spectroscopy were used to detect the presence of various types of compounds in this *** effects were measured by DPPH scavenging assay,total reducing assay and hydrogen peroxide scavenging *** binding activities and hydrogen peroxide induced hemolysis assay were performed by hemagglutination assay and hemolysis assay using *** diffusion assay was performed to show the antibacterial effect of the ***:Alethanolic extract of the leaves showed antioxidant and antibacterial activity in *** extract showed hemaglutination inhibition activities and hydrogen peroxide induced hemolysis inhibition activity of human red blood ***:Musa sapientum *** can be an useful medicinal plant.

Optimization of Finishing Process and Energy Savings in Denim Textile Facility

Denim is widely accepted among exported textile products due to its aesthetics, appearance, and fashion. Practitioners employed several physical or chemical treatments to improve denim qualities in denim finishing operations. So, several treatment processes, including enzymatic, bleaching, singeing, heat set, and ozone finish, are used, which made this processing more energy consumption and time-consuming. Therefore, it is significant to investigate how changing the chemicals and raw ingredients could improve the finishing process, which is environmentally and economically beneficial for sustainable production practices in the denim finishing process. This study’s research design comprises an experimental investigation in a denim plant in Bangladesh. Two different fabrics were chosen to analyze, determining the potential savings of finishing on the denim fabrics’ performance characteristics. By deducting singeing and heat-set processes, the researchers ran an experimental process by maintaining the same length of fabric. Then, the impacts of finishing process optimization on the mechanical, thermal, and comfort parameters of drape, stiffness, and tear strength were examined. The study’s findings demonstrated that this experiment increased productivity and reduced the finishing unit’s energy consumption without compromising the denim fabrics’ quality. This study significantly impacts environmental sustainability by preserving limited energy resources and manufacturing denim finishing processes.

Objective:To investigate bioactive phytochemicals and antioxidant activities of Nymphaea nouchali and to explore its anticancer pathways by a network pharmacology ***:Using a spectrophotometer and high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLC-DAD),we quantified bioactive phytochemicals in methanolic extract of Nymphaea nouchali *** extracts were investigated for in vitro antioxidant *** of these bioactive phytochemicals were predicted and anticancer-associated pathways were analyzed by a network pharmacology ***,we identified the predicted genes associated with cancer pathways and the hub genes in the protein-protein interaction network of predicted ***:Quantitative results indicated the total phenolics,total flavonoids,and total proanthocyanidins in the methanolic extract of Nymphaea nouchali ***-DAD analysis showed rutin(39.44 mg),catechin(39.20 mg),myricetin(30.77 mg),ellagic acid(11.05 mg),gallic acid(3.67 mg),vanillic acid(0.75 mg),rosmarinic acid(4.81 mg),p-coumaric acid(3.35 mg),and quercetin(0.90 mg)in 1 g of dry *** extract showed the radical scavenging activities of 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl,2,2’-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)and N,*** using network pharmacology,we predicted 130 target genes associated with cancer *** top hub genes(IL6,AKT1,EGFR,JUN,PTGS2,MAPK3,CASP3,and CXCL8)were also identified,which were associated with cancer pathways and interacted with bioactive phytochemicals of the methanolic extract of Nymphaea nouchali ***:Our study provides insights into the mechanism of anticancer activities of the methanolic extract of Nymphaea nouchali tuber.

齿轮箱箱体由于支持着传动件而起着十分重要的作用。箱体里主要有轴、齿轮和轴承。由于整个齿轮箱要承受静态和动态的载荷,所以整个齿轮箱箱体的强度显得非常重要。同时在齿轮箱的起吊和安装过程中,齿轮箱吊耳的强度也显得十分重要。在整个传动装置中,振动主要是由于齿轮啮合激励和轴承处激励引起的。产生的振动能量从齿轮传动轴上,又从轴传递到轴承处,进而从轴承通过轴承座传递到齿轮箱箱体。一部分振动能量被齿轮箱中的弹性元件所吸收,而另一部分振动能量将会激励器振动。振动能量可以通过修改结构来进行控制。然而结构修改可以通过改变齿轮箱箱壁的厚度或在某些部位添加阻尼来实现。本文通过在船用齿轮箱的某些结构上添加适当的阻尼材料来减小振动能量以,并在有限元分析软件ANSYS中完成了模拟仿真。首先,根据齿轮箱的实际工作条件确定了吊耳的工作载荷及齿轮箱箱体的约束条件,对齿轮箱的吊耳进行了静力学分析。先进的子模型技术被用来获取齿轮箱某些局部或指定位置的精确应力情况。子模型技术允许从整体模型中提取一部分模型进行网格细化,以便进一步分析。此外,应用Block Lanczos法进行齿轮箱的无阻尼模态分析,并提取了齿轮箱前10阶固有频率及其振型。本文应用QR法完成了齿轮箱有阻尼模态分析。根据模态分析来分别确定阻尼材料SA-3、DFM和QZD的最佳厚度、阻尼材料的约束以及阻尼材料在齿轮箱表面的最佳粘贴位置。在整个分析中还考虑了阻尼材料的温度特性,分别计算了在25oC、30oC、40oC和50oC下每种阻尼材料对齿轮箱的减振性能。
