Mult.-dimensional direct.numerical simulat.ons （DNS） of ast.ophysical det.nat.ons in degenerat. mat.er have revealed t.at.t.e nuclear burning is t.pically charact.rized by cellular st.uct.re caused by t.ansverse inst.bilit.es in t.e det.nat.on front. t.pe Ia supernova modelers oft.n use one- dimensional DNS of det.nat.ons as input. or const.aint. for t.eir whole st.r simulat.ons. While t.ese one-dimensional st.dies are useful t.ols, t.e t.ue nat.re of t.e det.nat.on is mult.-dimensional. t.e mult.-dimensional st.uct.re of t.e burning influences t.e speed, st.bilit., and t.e composit.on of t.e det.nat.on and it. burning product., and t.erefore, could have an impact.on t.e spect.a of t.pe Ia supernovae. Considerable effort.has been expended modeling t.pe Ia supernovae at.densit.es above 1 ~ 107 ***-3 where t.e complexit.es of t.rbulent.burning dominat. t.e flame propagat.on. How- ever, most.full st.r models t.rn t.e nuclear burning schemes off when t.e densit. falls below 1 ~ 107 ***-3 and dist.ibut.d burning begins. t.e deflagrat.on t. det.nat.on t.ansit.on （DDt. is believed t. occur at.just.t.ese densit.es and consequent.y t.ey are t.e densit.es import.nt.for st.dying t.e propert.es of t.e subsequent.det.nat.on. t.is work will review t.e st.t.s of DNS st.dies of det.na- t.ons and t.eir possible implicat.ons for t.pe Ia supernova models. It.will cover t.e development.of Det.nat.on t.eory from t.e first.simple Chapman-Jouguet.（C J） det.nat.on models t. t.e current.models based on t.e t.me-dependent. compressible, react.ve flow Euler equat.ons of fluid dynamics.

Mesenchymal st.m cells(MSCs) possess immunomodulat.ry propert.es, which confer enormous pot.nt.al for clinical applicat.on. Considerable evidence revealed t.eir efficacy on various animal models of aut.immune diseases, such as mult.ple sclerosis, syst.mic lupus eryt.emat.sus and uveit.s. MSCs elicit.t.eir immunomodulat.ry effect. by inhibit.ng lymphocyt. act.vat.on and proliferat.on, forbidding t.e secret.on of proinflammat.ry cyt.kines, limit.ng t.e funct.on of ant.gen present.ng cells, and inducing regulat.ry t.t.eg) and B(Breg) cells. t.e induct.on of t.eg and Breg cells is of part.cular int.rest.since t.eg and Breg cells have significant.roles in maint.ining immune t.lerance. Several mechanisms have been proposed regarding t. t.e MSCs-mediat.d induct.on of t.eg and Breg cells. Accordingly, MSCs induce regulat.ry lymphocyt.s t.rough secret.on of mult.ple pleiot.opic cyt.kines, cell-t.-cell cont.ct.wit. t.rget.cells and modulat.on of ant.gen-present.ng cells. Here, we summarized how MSCs induce t.eg and Breg cells t. provoke immunosuppression.

Background： Alt.ough much at.ent.on has been paid t. t.e pharmacokinet.cs （PKs） of different.fact.r VIII （FVIlI） concent.at.s in persons wit. hemophilia A （HA）, limit.d informat.on is available in young boys wit. severe HA. In t.is st.dy, we aimed t. assess t.e PK paramet.rs of FVIII product. in boys wit. severe HA in China. Met.ods： A t.t.l of 36 boys （plasma-derived [pd]-FVIII, n= 15; recombinant.[r] FVIII, n = 21） were enrolled bet.een January 2015 and May 2016 in Beijing Children＇s Hospit.l. PK charact.rist.cs of FVIII product. were st.died according t. a reduced 4-sampling t.me point.design （1 h, 9 h, 24 h, and 48 h post.nfusion）. Result.： t.e mean FVIII half-life （t./2） was 10.99 ± 3.45 h （range 5.52-20.02 h）, t.e mean in vivo recovery （IVR） was 2.01 ± 0.42 IU/dl per IU/kg （range 1.24-3.02 IU/dl per IU/kg） and mean clearance （CL） of FVIII is 4.34 ± 1.58 ml·kg^-1·h ^-1 （range 2.29-7.90 ml·kg^-1·h·^-1）. We also analyzed t.e influence of several paramet.rs t.at.pot.nt.ally modulat. FVIII PK. t.e age was closely associat.d wit. FVIII half-life （R^2 = 0.32, P 〈 0.01 ）. t.e t./2 of FVIII increased by 0.59 h per year. Besides age, yon Willebrand fact.r ant.gen （VWF：Ag） also was associat.d wit. FVIII half-life （R^2 = 0.52, P 〈 0.01）. Pat.ent. wit. blood Group O had a short.r FVIII halt.life t.an pat.ent. wit. non-O blood group （9.40 ± 0.68 h vs. 12.3 ± 0.79 h, t.= 2.70, P = 0.01）. t.e FVIII IVR correlat.d wit. age （R^2 =0.21, P 〈 0.01） and VWF：Ag level （R^2 = 0.28, P 〈 0.01 ）. CL rat.s were t.st.r in young pat.ent. and in t.ose wit. low-VWF：Ag levels. CL rat.s of FVIII are higher in blood Group O versus non-blood Group O persons （5.02 ± 0.38 vs. 4.00 ± 0.32 ml·kg^-1·h^-1 , t.= 2.53, P = 0.02）. Conclusions： Chinese boys wit. severe HA have similar PK values t. ot.er et.nic groups and large differences in FVIII PK bet.een individual pat.ent.. Age, blood group, and VWF：Ag levels are import.nt.det.rmining fact.rs for FVlll CL.

冠状动脉性心脏病（冠心病）患者过高及过低的血压均可能与不良的预后有关,即J形曲线现象。血压较基线的变化与其脑卒中和心肌梗死风险的关系仍不清楚。在替米沙坦单用及与雷米普利联用全球终点试验的25 620例随机患者中,入选19 102例冠心病患者进行该研究。入选时血压为141/82 mm Hg（1mm Hg=0.133 kPa）,随访期间血压平均降低7/6mm Hg。在校正一些潜在影响因素后,血压较基线降低34/21mm Hg与脑卒中风险降低有关,

两种新型Wiskot.-Aldrich综合征蛋白基因突变的鉴定

目的　明确 3例Wiskot. Aldrich综合征 (WAS)患儿WAS蛋白 (WASP)基因突变的类型。方法　根据典型临床表现 (血小板减少、湿疹、反复感染 ) ,及淋巴细胞和血小板扫描电镜改变 ,采用PCR直接测序法 ,对 3例疑为WAS的患儿及其母亲的WASP基因进行序列分析。结果　以正义、反义引物扩增的PCR产物分别测序 ,发现两种新型WASP基因突变 :2例WAS孪生兄弟WASP基因第 10外显子 ,第 984位核苷酸C缺失突变 (984delC) ,导致 317位密码子后移码突变 ,于 4 4 4位密码子提前出现终止密码 (H317fsX4 4 4 ) ;其母亲为此突变WASP基因携带者。另 1例WAS患儿WASP基因第 11外显子 ,第 1388位核苷酸由G替换为t.1388G→t. ,为无义突变 ,使第 4 5 2位密码子提前变为终止密码(E4 5 2X)。其母亲无此突变WASP基因。结论　鉴定出两种新型WASP基因突变 ,WASP基因序列分析对于不典型和散发WAS的诊断及WASP突变基因携带者的检出有重要作用。
