This study proposed a new real-time manufacturing process monitoring method to monitor and detect process shifts in manufacturing *** real-time production process monitoring is critical in today’s smart *** more robust the monitoring model,the more reliable a process is to be under *** the past,many researchers have developed real-time monitoring methods to detect process shifts ***,thesemethods have limitations in detecting process shifts as quickly as possible and handling various data volumes and *** this paper,a robust monitoring model combining Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU)and Random Forest(RF)with Real-Time Contrast(RTC)called GRU-RF-RTC was proposed to detect process shifts *** effectiveness of the proposed GRU-RF-RTC model is first evaluated using multivariate normal and nonnormal distribution ***,to prove the applicability of the proposed model in a realmanufacturing setting,the model was evaluated using real-world normal and non-normal *** results demonstrate that the proposed GRU-RF-RTC outperforms other methods in detecting process shifts quickly with the lowest average out-of-control run length(ARL1)in all synthesis and real-world problems under normal and non-normal *** experiment results on real-world problems highlight the significance of the proposed GRU-RF-RTC model in modern manufacturing process monitoring *** result reveals that the proposed method improves the shift detection capability by 42.14%in normal and 43.64%in gamma distribution problems.

A major problem associated with marine spatial planning(MSP)involves the difficult and time-consuming practice of creating a scenario that encompasses complex datasets in near real time via the use of a simple spatial analysis ***,decision-makers require a reliable,user-friendly system to quickly and accessibly acquire accurate spatial planning *** development of national spatial data infrastructure(NSDI),which links the spatial data of a nation’s many diverse institutions,may pave the way for the development of a tool that can better utilize spatial datasets,such as a spatial decision support system(SDSS).Thus,this project aimed to develop an SDSS for MSP and to evaluate the feasibility of its integration within the NSDI *** seaweed culture was selected as an example due to its economic and technological acceptance by traditional ***,a multicriteria analysis was used to develop the ***,a feasibility evaluation of its implementation within the NSDI framework was conducted based on the Delphi *** results of the assessment indicated that the SDSS can be incorporated into the NSDI framework by addressing the policy issue–one map policy,updating custodians’decree and data,and improve the standard and protocol.

Effect of bovine pellucid zone 3 monoclonal antibodies on B cell lymphoma 2 expressions of granulosa cell and mice (Mus musculus) follicle diameter

Objective:To evaluate the effects of pellucid zone 3 monoclonal antibodies against B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL-2) expression and mice follicle diameter at various time ***:The animal model of this study was 36 Balb/c mice (Mus musculus). A true experimental design was used with a post-test only control group approach. BCL-2 expression was observed using immunohistochemistry, while the follicle diameter was observed by haematoxylin-eosin staining. The data was analyzed using nested ANOVA to compare the results of the mean expression of BCL-2 on the 5th and 20th day of observation in the pre-antral and antral follicle between the control and treatment ***:No significant differences were found in BCL-2 gene expression. There were also no significant differences in BCL-2 expression on the 10th day of pre-antral follicle analysis. Moreover, there were no significant differences between the mean follicle diameter on the 5th, 10th, and 20th day of pre-antral and antral follicle development between the control and treatment groups. The addition of bovine pellucid zone 3 (bZP3) monoclonal antibodies on the 5th and 20th day of observation did not decrease the expression of BCL-2 gene in the pre-antral and antral follicle of mice. Administering bZP3 monoclonal antibodies on the 10th day of observation did not affect BCL-2 expression in the pre-antral follicle but did decrease BCL-2 expression in the antral follicle. Supplying bZP3 monoclonal antibodies on the 5th, 10th and 20th day did not affect the diameter of pre-antral and antral follicles of the ***: The monoclonal antibodies bovine zona pelusida 3 has the potential to be developed as a safe immunocontraception preparation.

Inhibitory effect of genistein on MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression through suppressing NF-κB activity in peritoneum of murine model of endometriosis

Objective:To analyze the inhibitory effect of genistein on matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) through inhibition of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB ) ***: A total of 36 female mice were divided into six groups (n=6 in each group): control group (untreated mice), endometriosis mice group, and endometriosis mice groups administered with genistein at different doses (1.30 mg/day;1.95 mg/day;2.60 mg/day;and 3.25 mg/day). The genistein treatment was performed for 14 d. The expressions of NF-κB , MMP-2 and MMP-9 on the endometriosis lesions were analyzed by the immunohistochemical ***: The activity of NF-κB in the endometriosis group increased significantly than that of the control group (P0.05). The four doses of genistein administration were capable of significantly reducing the expression of MMP-2 compared to that of the endometriosis group (P0.05). Administration of genistein at different doses was capable of significantly reducing the expression of MMP-9 compared to that of the endometriosis group (P0.05). Conclusions:Genistein suppresses the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 through suppressing NF-κB activity in the peritoneum of murine model of endometriosis.

A feasibility study of seabed cover classification standard in generating related geospatial data

This article assesses the feasibility of generating the geospatial data from a national classification *** this case,the National Standardization Agency(Badan Standardisasi Nasional)of Indonesia created and published a national seabed cover classification standard called SNI 7987–2014 but has not developed corresponding geospatial *** data on seabed cover can be generated by integrating related thematic data,such as those on seafloor surficial sediments,coastal ecosystems,and coastal *** consideration for these issues,this research evaluated the feasibility of using SNI 7987–2014 as a means of generating seabed cover geospatial data at scales of 1:250,000 and 1:50,*** this end,the documentation accompanying the standard was evaluated via descriptive quantitative analysis through weighted scoring,and logical testing,after which overlay,feature selection based on the scored method and remote sensing analysis were carried out to develop the geospatial data *** showed that the feasibility levels of using the prototypes for generating data at scales of 1:250,000 and 1:50,000 were 87.5%and 86.5%,respectively,indicating that SNI 7987–2014 can be fully used as the basis for generating geospatial data on seabed cover.

Capital Structure Determinants and Their Impact on Firm Value： Evidence From Indonesia

This study has two main purposes, i.e., the first is to discover and analyze capital structure determinants, and the second is to discover and analyze the influence of capital structure determinants on firm value in which capital structure treated as a moderating variable. Factors suspected to be determinants of capital structure consist of company growth, profitability, asset structure, leverage, and company size. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. Using purposive sampling method, 125 companies with four years＇（2008-2011） observation period were collected. The analysis tool used was multiple regression. The results showed that factors which significantly determined capital structure were fixed asset structure, leverage, profitability, and size, while company growth did not influence capital structure. Meanwhile, with capital structure as a moderating variable, asset structure, leverage, and profitability significantly influence the finn value, while company growth and company size did not influence the firm value.

Transfer of PUFA fatty acid protected and carnitin precursor on the ration of chemical composition of milk dairy goat

The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of transfer of PUFA protected and carnitin precursor on the ration of chemical composition of milk dairy goat. In total, 10 female dairy goats of 2 - 4 years old Peranakan Etawah (PE) with body weight of 25 - 45 kg were used in this experiment. The feed material included a basal diet (control) based on yellow corn, rice bran, soya bean meal, coconut meal, tuna fish oil and lemuru fish oil. The method of the research was experimental in vivo using Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD). There were 5 treatments in each experiment and 2 replications. The treatment consisted of P0 = control ration, P1 = P0 + 200 ppm L-carnitine on the ration, P2 = P1 + soya bean oil, P3 = P1 + protected tuna fish oil 5 ml or equal with 4% in the ration, and P4 = P1 + protected lemuru fish oil 5 ml or equal with 4% in the ration. The measured variable is chemical composition of milk dairy goat. The results of variance analysis showed that the effect of transfer of PUFA fatty acid in the rations contained 200 ppm L-carnitine significantly

Power Analysis for Piezoelectric Energy Harvester

Piezoelectric energy harvesting technology is used to design battery less microelectronic devices such as wireless sensor nodes. This paper investigates the necessary conditions to enhance the extracted AC electrical power from exciting vibrations energy using piezoelectric materials. The effect of tip masses and their mounting positions are investigated to enhance the system performance. The optimal resistive load is estimated to maximize the power output. Different capacitive loads are tested to store the output energy. The experimental results validated the theoretical analysis and highlighted remarks in the paper.

The aim of this research was to know the effect of herbal as immunomodulator on chicken layer vaccinated with avian influenza. A total of 60 chickens were alloted into three treatment groups： control group （KA）, group KB and group KC, with 20 chicken each group. All the chickens were vaccinated with Newcastle disease （ND） in the age of one week, and a week later they were vaccinated with avian influenza （AI）. The chickens in group KB were drunken with herbal solution containing of 5 g turmeric （Curcuma heyneana Val.） and 25 g phyllanthus （Phyllanthus niruri L.） and group KC were drunken with herbal solution containing of 36 g the herbals formula Viranur and 25 g phyllanthus （Phyllanthus niruri L.）, respectively for four weeks. Thirty days after AI vaccinated, all of chicken were weighed and necropsied. Samples from bursa of Fabricius, tymus and spleen were taken for weighing and histopathological examination. The weight indexs of bursa of Fabricius, tymus and spleen were not significantly different between control group and treatment group in the considered statistically significance （P 〉 0.05）, but the treatment groups （KB and KC） had higher weight index. The histopathologically changes of spleen in both control group and treatment groups were not different, although in the group KC, in bursa of Fabricius, there was lymphocyte increase in its lymphoid follicles; and in the group KB and KC, the tymus were more widening in the cortex than medulla. The conclusion of this study showed that the herbals can stimulate lymphocyte activity.
