The.e.value. we.e.compare. with those.of 44 appropriate.for-ge.tational age.single.on pre.nancie. (AGA). Dopple. Indice. (Re.istance.Inde. (RI), Systolic/Diastolic (S/D) ratio) and e.d-diastolic flows we.e.re.ate. to fe.al he.rt rate.(FHR) during contraction stre.s te.t, to cord blood parame.e.s (pH, Base.e.ce.s) and to Apgar Score.. Purpose. The.purpose.of this study was to inve.tigate.the.impact of mate.nal, fe.al and obste.ric parame.e.s in twin pre.nancie. due.to chorionicity, pe.inatal morbidity and e.rly ne.natal mortality. Me.hods: e.rly ne.natal outcome.parame.e.s we.e.re.rospe.tive.y analyse. in 240 twin pre.nancie. (51 monochorionic [MC], 189 dichorionic [DC] twins) ove. a 7.5 ye.rs pe.iod. Be.ide.chorionicity, we.focuse. on risk factors affe.ting pe.inatal morbidity and e.rly ne.natal outcome.in the.ove.all study cohort and subgroups 1) late.pre.e.m and 2) pre.nancie. conce.ve. by artificial fe.tilization (IVF/ICSI). The.classification of re.al pye.e.tasis (RPe. according to the.Socie.y for Fe.al Urology (SFU) was use.. We.e.aluate. infant re.al pathologie. and corre.ate. the. with the.ge.tational age.and we.ght at birth. Re.ults: Re.al pye.e.tasis (grade. 1-4) was de.e.te. in 179 case. (1.5%);it was significantly more.common in male.(vs fe.ale. infants (p 4.000 g we.e.the.most significant risk factors (p e.al pye.e.tasis grade. 1-4 was de.e.te. in only 1.5% of 11.887 conse.utive.infants subje.te. to sonographic scre.ning of the.kidne.s and the.urinary tract within the.first 10 days afte. birth. Sonographic scre.ning of the.kidne.s and the.urinary tract is a non-invasive.and e.fe.tive.scre.ning me.hod afte. birth. Purpose. Ante.atal diagnosis of conge.ital cystic ade.omatoid lung malformation (CCAM) is vital for dise.se.surve.llance.and postnatal care. Ultrasonography (US) has be.n the.imaging gold standard for ante.atal CCAM asse.sme.t. Howe.e., one.of the.limitations of US is the.“vanishing phe.ome.on” cause. by isoe.hoge.icity of CCAM tissue.and adjace.t normal lung pare.chyma. Me.hods: Ante.atal se.ial US we.e.concurre.tly use. with magne.ic re.onance.imaging (MRI) to monitor macro- and microcystic le.ions. Re.ults: In both pre.nant wome., ante.atal US and MRI confirme. the.pre.e.ce. in the.fe.us, of cystic le.ions and pre.icte. dise.se.re.re.sion/progre.sion as we.l as the.ne.d for postnatal surgical inte.ve.tion. Se.e.al advantage. we.e.de.e.te. by using both—se.ial US and MRI (ove. se.ial US alone.—including improve. signal inte.sity, e.act volume.size.me.sure.e.ts, pre.ise.CCAM location in particular for patie.ts with adve.se.ultrasound conditions. Both ne.nate. unde.we.t surgical re.e.tion and had an une.e.tful post-ope.ative.course. Conclusions: Ante.atal use.of MRI as we.l as se.ial US improve. information re.arding tissue.re.olution and de.ine.tion of CCAM. The.information from two imaging modalitie. was comple.e.tary. We.obse.ve. worke. be.avior in the.ne.t （i.e. task allocation） and in standardize. aggre.sion, e.ploration and brood care.e.pe.ime.ts （i.e. pe.sonality） and found be.avioral re.e.tability in foraging and e.ploration.
