A novel method of patterning high precision copper conductive micropatterns on flexible polymer substrate(polyimide)is *** utilized the coordination effect between palladium salts and pyridine structures to fix the palladium chloride(PdCl_(2))on the surface of polymer film while the 2,6-dimethylpyridine structures formed in the specific areas under ultraviolet light guaranteed the resolution of final *** thermal reduction of PdCl_(2) on the surface can be achieved in the process of thermal cyclization of the polymer *** a consequence,the obtained polyimide(PI)film can be patterned with conductive copper micropatterns directly by electroless *** particular,we accomplished the deposition of high precision copper pattern with a minimum line width of 50μm and minimum line spacing of 20μm on PI thin films(thickness~10μm)by electroless *** prepared conductive copper micropatterns exhibit a low resistivity of 1.78μΩ·cm the same as the pure block *** the relationship between the structures of the polymer chains and the physical properties of polymer substrates,such as the dimensional stability,mechanical and dielectric properties were also discussed in *** simple and novel method of patterning metal on the polymer surface does not need to achieve the catalytic metal adhesion required for electroless plating at the cost of destroying the substrate surface and avoiding the introduction of unstable *** patterning method is compatible with the current roll-to-roll production process and can be used to develop high-performance micro-integrated circuits.

采用药代动力学理论,对芍药内酯苷、芍药苷、汉黄芩苷、汉黄芩素在正常及发热大鼠体内的药代动力学特征进行研究,总结其体内的吸收和消除规律,为达原饮制剂进一步开发及临床用药提供参考。正常及模型大鼠灌胃达原饮溶液后于不同时间点眼底静脉丛取血,利用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用(UPLC-MS/MS)技术测定不同时间点各物质的血药浓度,并采用药代动力学软件DAS 2.0计算各成分的药代动力学参数。结果表明,4种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好,方法学考察均符合要求;运用药代动力学软件DAS 2.0非房室模型成功计算了4种成分的C_(max)、T_(max)、t_(1/2)、AUC_(0-t)、AUC_(0-∞)、MRT_(0-t)等药代动力学参数。与正常组相比,模型组中4种成分的C_(max)、AUC_(0-t)均显著提高。达原饮在正常组及模型组中药代动力学特征存在显著差异,提示机体处于不同生理状态下,由于体内环境的改变会对达原饮的吸收和消除产生一定的影响。

Objective This study aimed to explore the relationships between residential greenness and cardiometabolic risk factors among rural adults in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(Xinjiang)and thus provide a theoretical basis and data support for improving the health of residents in this *** We recruited 9,723 adult rural residents from the 51st Regiment of the Third Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps in September *** normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)was used to estimate residential *** generalized linear mixed model(GLMM)was used to examine the association between residential greenness and cardiometabolic risk *** Higher residential greenness was associated with lower cardiometabolic risk factor *** adjustments were made for age,sex,education,and marital status,for each interquartile range(IQR)increase of NDVI500-m,the risk of hypertension was reduced by 10.3%(OR=0.897,95%CI=0.836-0.962),the risk of obesity by 20.5%(OR=0.795,95%CI=0.695-0.910),the risk of type 2 diabetes by 15.1%(OR=0.849,95%CI=0.740-0.974),and the risk of dyslipidemia by 10.5%(OR=0.895,95%CI=0.825-0.971).Risk factor aggregation was reduced by 20.4%(OR=0.796,95%CI=0.716-0.885)for the *** analysis showed that NDVI500-m was associated more strongly with hypertension,dyslipidemia,and risk factor aggregation among male *** association of NDVI500-m with type 2 diabetes was stronger among participants with a higher education ***10 and physical activity mediated 1.9%-9.2%of the associations between NDVI500-m and obesity,dyslipidemia,and risk factor *** Higher residential greenness has a protective effect against cardiometabolic risk factors among rural residents in *** the area of green space around residences is an effective measure to reduce the burden of cardiometabolic-related diseases among rural residents in Xinjiang.

SETDB1 has been established as an oncogene in a number of human carcinomas. The present study was to evaluate the expression of SETDB1 in prostate cancer （PCa） tissues and cells and to preliminarily investigate the role of SETDB1 in prostate tumorigenesis in vitro. Quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （qRT-PCR） and immunohistochemistry （IHC） were used to detect the expression of SETDB1 in PCa tissues, adjacent normal tissues, benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） tissues, PCa cell lines and normal prostate epithelial cells. The results suggested that SETDB1 was upregulated in human PCa tissues compared with normal tissues at the mRNA and protein levels. The role of SETDB1 in proliferation was analyzed with cell counting kit-8, colony-forming efficiency and flow cytometry assays. The results indicated that downregulation of SETDB1 by siRNA inhibited PCa cell growth, and induced GO/G1 cell cycle arrest. The PCa cell migration and invasion decreased by silcencing SETDBt which were assessed by using in vitro scratch and transwell invasion assay respectively. Our data suggested that SETDB1 is overexpressed in human PCa. Silencing SETDB1 inhibited PCa cell proliferation, migration and invasion.

The gut-brain axis is a bidirectional information interaction system between the central nervous system(CNS) and the gastrointestinal tract, in which gut microbiota plays a key role. The gut microbiota forms a complex network with the enteric nervous system, the autonomic nervous system, and the neuroendocrine and neuroimmunity of the CNS, which is called the microbiota-gut-brain axis. Due to the close anatomical and functional interaction of the gut-liver axis, the microbiota-gut-liver-brain axis has attracted increased attention in recent years. The microbiota-gut-liver-brain axis mediates the occurrence and development of many diseases, and it offers a direction for the research of disease treatment. In this review, we mainly discuss the role of the gut microbiota in the irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, functional dyspepsia, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, alcoholic liver disease, cirrhosis and hepatic encephalopathy via the gut-liver-brain axis, and the focus is to clarify the potential mechanisms and treatment of digestive diseases based on the further understanding of the microbiota-gut-liver-brain axis.

Emerging and re-emerging RNA viruses occasionally cause epidemics and pandemics worldwide,such as the on-going outbreak of the novel coronavirus ***,we identified two potent inhibitors of human DHODH,S312 and S416,with favorable drug-likeness and pharmacokinetic profiles,which all showed broad-spectrum antiviral effects against various RNA viruses,including influenza A virus,Zika virus,Ebola virus,and particularly against ***,S416 is reported to be the most potent inhibitor so far with an EC5o of 17 nmol/L and an SI value of 10,505.88 in infec-ted *** results are the first to validate that DHODH is an attractive host target through high antiviral efficacy in vivo and low virus replication in DHODH knock-out *** work demonstrates that both S312/S416 and old drugs(Leflunomide/Teriflunomide)with dual actions of antiviral and immuno-regulation may have clinical potentials to cure SARS-CoV-2 or other RNA viruses circulating worldwide,no matter such viruses are mutated or not.

AIM： To compare the features of biochemical metabolic changes detected by hepatic phosphorus-31 magnetic resonance spectroscopy （^31p MRS） with the liver damage score （LDS） and pathologic changes in rabbits and to investigate the diagnostic value of ^31p MRS in acute hepatic radiation injury. METHODS： A total of 30 rabbits received different radiation doses （ranging 5-20 Gy） to establish acute hepatic injury models. Blood biochemical tests, ^31p MRS and pathological examinations were carried out 24 h after irradiation. The degree of injury was evaluated according to LD5 and pathology. Ten healthy rabbits served as controls. The MR examination was performed on a 1.5 T imager using a 1H/^31P surface coil by the 2D chemical shift imaging technique. The relative quantities of phosphomonoesters （PME）, phosphodiesters （PDE）, inorganic phosphate （Pi） and adenosine triphosphate （ATP） were measured. The data were statistically analyzed. RESULTS：（1） Relative quantification of phosphorus metabolites：（a） ATP： there were significant differences （P 〈 0.05）（LDS-groups：control group vs mild group vs moderate group vs severe group, 1.83±0.33 vs 1.55±0.24 vs 1.27±0.09 vs 0.98±0.18; pathological groups： control group vs mild group vs moderate group vs severe group, 1.83±0.33 vs 1.58±0.25 vs 1.32±0.07 vs 1.02±0.18） of ATP relative quantification among control group, mild injured group, moderate injured group, and severe injured group according to both LDS grading and pathological grading, respectively, and it decreased progressively with the increased degree of injury （r = -0.723, P = 0.000）. （b） PME and Pi; the relative quantification of PME and Pi decreased significantly in the severe injured group, and the difference between the control group and severe injured group was significant （P 〈 0.05）（PME： 1DS- control group vs LDS-severe group, 0.86±0.23 vs 0.58±0.22, P = 0.031; pathological control group vs pathological severe group, 0.86±0.23 vs 0.60±0.21, P = 0.037; Pi： LDS-control

Background:The impact of a patient’s gender on the development of anastomotic leak(AL)in rectal cancer patients following total mesorectal excision(TME)remains *** aim of this study was to evaluate the association between patients’gender and the risk of ***:All rectal cancer patients following TME with a primary anastomosis during the study period from 2010 to 2014 were *** of the post-operative AL incidence rate between male and female patients were ***:Of all patients examined(n¼956),587(61.4%)were males and 369(38.6%)were *** patients were more likely to have a history of smoking and drinking alcohol,but less likely to have a history of abdominal surgery compared to female patients.A higher incidence rate of pre-operative bowel obstruction and larger tumor volume in male patients was observed in our *** all the patients,81(8.5%)developed post-operative *** male patients(n¼62,10.6%)suffered from AL than females(n¼19,5.1%)(P¼0.003).Multivariate logistic regression analyses confirmed the association between male gender and AL[odds ratio(OR):2.41,95%confidence interval(CI):1.37–4.23,P¼0.002].Similar results were also obtained in patients who underwent laparoscopic TME(OR:2.11,95%CI:1.15–3.89,P¼0.016).Conclusions:Male patents were found to have an increased risk for AL following TME with a primary anastomosis.A temporary protecting stoma may help to protect the anastomosis and lessen the risk for AL especially in male patients.
