Land space is precious resource and carrier of various economic *** Product Value Realization and Cultural Tourism is new economic growth point for green and low-carbon *** is necessary to study how to intensively and efficiently utilize ecological and cultural-tourism resources under"Three zones three lines for land use"(3Z3L),which is basic land space planning ***,there are few research and cases due to difficulties of interdisciplinary *** article adopts the methods of policies research,graphic analysis,and visiting,to study efficient utilization of ecological and cultural-tourism *** study found that the development of land spaces of ecology,agriculture,and urban areas is 3D trend,multi-purpose resource utilization can be achieved by improving the utilization efficiency of 3D space and differentiating spatial utilization in different *** Guangzhou Cultural Park as an example,the research object has improved the efficiency of ecological and cultural-tourism resource utilization by its managements and technology,such as“house under the tree,tree inside the house”.However,there are shortcomings just as planning and protection policies with *** proposed to optimize the spatial planning and regulations,and improve the protection of overlapping areas of 3Z3L by planning and regulations,improve the utilization efficiency of ecological and cultural-tourism space,meet the urban young people's multiple needs such as culture and ecology in 3D space,use new technologies to improve ecological services quality such as biological methods,strengthen the coordination of multiple management departments with the concept of nature based solutions,develop the“Reversed Transmission Effect”,keep the boundary of urban development strictly.

Visual semantic segmentation aims at separating a visual sample into diverse blocks with specific semantic attributes and identifying the category for each block,and it plays a crucial role in environmental *** learning-based visual semantic segmentation approaches count heavily on largescale training data with dense annotations and consistently fail to estimate accurate semantic labels for unseen *** obstruction spurs a craze for studying visual semantic segmentation with the assistance of few/zero-shot *** emergence and rapid progress of few/zero-shot visual semantic segmentation make it possible to learn unseen categories from a few labeled or even zero-labeled samples,which advances the extension to practical ***,this paper focuses on the recently published few/zero-shot visual semantic segmentation methods varying from 2D to 3D space and explores the commonalities and discrepancies of technical settlements under different segmentation ***,the preliminaries on few/zeroshot visual semantic segmentation,including the problem definitions,typical datasets,and technical remedies,are briefly reviewed and ***,three typical instantiations are involved to uncover the interactions of few/zero-shot learning with visual semantic segmentation,including image semantic segmentation,video object segmentation,and 3D ***,the future challenges of few/zero-shot visual semantic segmentation are discussed.

Evaluation of lightning-induced overvoltage on a 10 kV distribution line based on electromagnetic return-stroke model using finite-difference time-domain

Accurate simulation of lightning-induced overvoltage for overhead distribution lines is helpful to prevent lightning trip *** electromagnetic return-stroke model was used to represent lightning and then a 3D finite-difference time-domain(FDTD)method was adopted to simulate the lightning-induced overvoltage on a distribution line without a field-line coupling *** lightning-induced overvoltage behave for different ground conductivity and varying distance between the distribution line and the lightning channel was *** results showed that the overvoltage waveforms at the centre point of the line corresponding to lightning strikes on the lossy ground and an ideal ground(σ=∞)were similar;however,the peak amplitudes of the waveform were affected by soil conductivity at a close *** relationship between magnitude of the overvoltage and distance can be described by a second-order exponential decay ***,the overvoltage calculated using the proposed model was compared with those obtained based on Agrawal's model and measurements made using the newly developed intelligent insulator on *** these comparisons,it could be concluded that the FDTD method with the electromagnetic return-stroke model produces reasonably accurate results of the attenuated oscillation waveform,which can better reproduce the overvoltage on operational distribution lines.

Bone screws are devices used to fix implants or bones to ***,conventional screws are mechanically fixed with thread and often face long-term failure due to poor *** improve osseointegration,screws are evolving from solid and smooth to porous and *** manufacturing(AM)offers a high degree of manufacturing freedom,enabling the preparation of predesigned screws that are porous and *** paper provides an overview of the problems currently faced by bone screws:long-term loosening and screw ***,advances in osseointegrated screws are summarized hierarchically(sub-micro,micro,and macro).At the sub-microscale level,we describe surface-modification techniques for enhancing *** the micro level,we summarize the micro-design parameters that affect the mechanical and biological properties of porous osseointegrated screws,including porosity,pore size,and pore *** addition,we highlight three promising pore shapes:triply periodic minimal surface,auxetic structure with negative Poisson ratio,and the Voronoi *** the macro level,we outline the strategies of graded design,gradient design,and topology optimization design to improve the mechanical strength of porous osseointegrated ***,this paper outlines advances in AM technology for enhancing the mechanical properties of porous osseointegrated *** osseointegrated screws with hierarchical design are expected to provide excellent long-term fixation and the required mechanical strength.

We read with great interest the informative study by Armandi et al.,which shed light on the potential role of serum ferritin in predicting the long-term prognosis of patients with metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease(1).However,there remain certain facets requiring in-depth investigation and *** of all,the study found that integrating stepwise increased ferritin thresholds(215.5 and 272µg/L)into predictive models can improve the performance of fibrosis-4(FIB-4)and Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease Fibrosis Score(NFS)in the longitudinal risk assessment of liver-related events and overall ***,it has been suggested that metabolic hyperferritinaemia(MHF)appears to exhibit a male predominance(2,3).Since the study primarily comprised male participants(65%),it raises the query of whether the ferritin threshold based on the entire population can accurately predict risks within female ***,a sex-specific analysis is warranted to ensure a more precise evaluation.

Biomimetic microchannel network with functional endothelium formed by sacrificial electrospun fibers inside 3D gelatin methacryloyl(GelMA)hydrogel models

Three-dimensional(3D)hydrogel models play a crucial role in tissue engineering for promoting tissue regeneration.A biomimetic microchannel network system in the 3D hydrogel model is necessary for optimal cellular *** report describes the preparation of a biomimetic hydrogel scaffold with an internal microchannel network,using electrospinning techniques and the sacrificial template method for 3D cell *** and cavities were created within the gelatin methacryloyl(GelMA)hydrogel by sacrificing polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)electrospun fibers(>10µm),resulting in the creation of microvessel-like *** characterizations,swelling properties,and biodegradation analysis were conducted to investigate the feasibility of a biomimetic microchannel network hydrogel scaffold for 3D cell culture *** to pure GelMA hydrogel,the hydrogel with microchannels promoted cell proliferation,adhesion,and endothelial tube ***,the results confirmed that the biomimetic microchannel network scaffold had a major impact on the distribution and arrangement of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)and can enable the formation of artificial microvasculature by the culture of HUVECs and cell media perfusion.

Hydrometallurgical recovery of lithium carbonate and iron phosphate from blended cathode materials of spent lithium-ion battery

The recycling of cathode materials from spent lithium-ion battery has attracted extensive attention,but few research have focused on spent blended cathode *** reality,the blended materials of lithium iron phosphate and ternary are widely used in electric vehicles,so it is critical to design an effective recycling *** this study,an efficient method for recovering Li and Fe from the blended cathode materials of spent LiFePO_(4)and LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_(1-x-y)O_(2)batteries is ***,87%A1 was removed by alkali ***,91.65%Li,72.08%Ni,64.6%Co and 71.66%Mn were further separated by selective leaching with H_(2)SO_(4)and H_(2)O_(2).Li,Ni,Co and Mn in solution were recovered in the form of Li_(2)CO_(3)and hydroxide ***,98.38%Fe was leached from the residue by two stage process,and it is recovered as FePO_(4)·2H_(2)O with a purity of 99.5%by *** and P were present in FePO_(4)·2H_(2)O in amounts of 28.34%and 15.98%,***,the drift and control of various components were discussed,and cost-benefit analysis was used to assess the feasibility of potential application.

TIP60 acetylation of Bub1 regulates centromeric H2AT120 phosphorylation for faithful chromosome segregation

Proper function of the centromeres ensures correct attachment of kinetochores to spindle microtubules and faithful chromosome segregation in *** in the integrity and function of centromeres can result in chromosome missegregation and genomic ***1 is essential for the mitotic centromere dynamics,yet the underlying molecular mechanisms remain largely ***,we demonstrate that TIP60 acetylates Bub1 at K424 and K431 on kinetochores in early *** acetylation increases the kinase activity of Bub1 to phosphorylate centromeric histone H2A at T120(H2Ap T120),which recruits Aurora B and Shugoshin 1(Sgo1)to regulate centromere integrity,protect centromeric cohesion,and ensure the subsequent faithful chromosome *** of the nonacetylated Bub1 mutant reduces its kinase activity,decreases the level of H2Ap T120,and disrupts the recruitment of centromere proteins and chromosome congression,leading to genomic instability of daughter *** cells exit mitosis,HDAC1-regulated deacetylation of Bub1 decreases H2Ap T120 levels and thereby promotes the departure of centromeric CPC and Sgo1,ensuring timely centromeres ***,our results reveal a molecular mechanism by which the acetylation and deacetylation cycle of Bub1 modulates the phosphorylation of H2A at T120 for recruitment of Aurora B and Sgo1 to the centromeres,ensuring faithful chromosome segregation during mitosis.

Winter extreme precipitation over the Tibetan Plateau influenced by Arctic sea ice on interdecadal timescale

The Tibetan Plateau(TP)and the Arctic are the most sensitive regions to global climate ***,the interdecadal varibility of winter extreme precipitation over the TP and its linkage with Arctic sea ice are still *** this study,the characteristics and mechisnems of the TP extreme precipitation(TPEP)influenced by Arctic sea ice on interdecadal timescale are studied based on the daily precipitation,monthly sea ice concentration and ERA5 reanalysis data from 1980 to *** found that the dominant mode of the TPEP in winter mostly exhibits a uniform spatial variation on the interdecadal timescale,with an opposite weak variation in the southeastern TP,and the Arctic sea ice concentration(SIC)before 2002 are larger than that after *** interdecadal variation of TPEP is affected by two teleconnection wave trains regulated by the Barents and Kara Sea *** the light ice years,a remarkable positive geopotential height(HGT)anomaly appears over the Barents-Kara Sea and a remarkable negative HGT anomaly is located over the Lake *** wave trains originating over the Barents-Kara Sea can be *** southern branch forms a wave train through the North Atlantic along the subtropical westerly jet stream,showing a‘+-+-+'pattern of HGT anomalies from Arctic to the *** HGT anomaly controls the western TP,which creates dynamic and water vapor conditions for the *** northern branch forms a wave train through the Lake Baikal and the southeast of the TP,showing a‘+-+'HGT anomaly *** HGT anomaly controls the southeastern TP,which is not conducive to precipitation in the *** the SIC in the Barents-Kara Sea increases,the situation is *** above analysis also reveals the reason for the difference in the east-west distribution of the TPEP.
