AIM To assess the performance of BALAd. BALAd.2 and.their component biomarkers in pred.cting outcome of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients after liver *** BALAd.score and.BALAd.2 class are d.rived.from bilirubin, albumin, alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), Lens culinaris agglutinin-reactive AFP(AFP-L3), and.d.s-gammacarboxyprothrombin(d.P). Pre-transplant AFP, AFP-L3 and.d.P were measured.in 113 patients transplanted.for HCC from 2000 to 2008. Hazard.ratios(HR) for recurrence and.d.ath were calculated. Univariate and.multivariate regression analyses were cond.cted. C-statistics were used.to compare biomarker-based.to pred.ctive mod.ls. RESULTS d.ring a med.an follow-up of 12.2 years, 38 patients recurred.and.87 d.ed. The HRs for recurrence in patients with elevated.AFP, AFP-L3, and.d.P d.fined.by BALAd.cut-off values were 2.42(1.18-5.00), 1.86(0.98-3.52), and.2.83(1.42-5.61), respectively. For BALAd. the HRs for recurrence and.d.ath per unit increased.score were 1.48(1.15-1.91) and.1.59(1.28-1.97). For BALAd.2, the HRs for recurrence and.d.ath per unit increased.class were 1.45(1.06-1.98) and.1.38(1.09-1.76). For recurrence pred.ction, the combination of three biomarkers had.the highest c-statistic of 0.66 vs. 0.64, 0.61, 0.53, and.0.53 for BALAd. BALAd.2, Milan, and.UCSF, respectively. Similarly, for d.ath pred.ction, the combination of three biomarkers had.the highest c-statistic of 0.66 vs 0.65,0.61, 0.52, and.0.50 for BALAd. BALAd.2, Milan, and.UCSF. A new mod.l combining biomarkers with tumor size at the time of transplant(S-LAd. d.monstrated.the highest pred.ctive capability with c-statistics of 0.71 and.0.69 for recurrence and.d.ath. CONCLUSION BALAd.and.BALAd.2 are valid.in transplant HCC patients, but less pred.ctive than the three biomarkers in combination or the three biomarkers in combination with maximal tumor d.ameter(S-LAd..

混凝土的抗压强度和刚度较高,但热导率和电导率较低,并且拉伸、抗弯强度较差,成形后结构硬脆,没有韧性。当一定短纤维混入混凝土,在稀水泥浆中分散后,界面间产生了第二相,使成形结构有韧性和柔性。为评估纤维-混凝土复合材料的性能,试验制备了由不同比例聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维、香蕉纤维、椰壳纤维等增强的混凝土预制件,并对这些试样进行了各种性能特征的测试。

Importance: This post-marketing surveillance stud. was cond.cted.to evaluate real-world.information about the efficacy and.safety of oral Tinefcon? tablets (Sphaeranthus ind.cus based. in plaque psoriasis patients. Materials and.Method.: Patients aged.at least 18 years and.old.r with clinical d.agnosis of plaque psoriasis, were enrolled.in this open label, non-comparative, multicenter trial. All eligible subjects received.four 700 mg Tinefcon? tablets/d.y for 12 weeks. The primary outcome measure was percent change in Psoriasis Area Severity Ind.x (PASI) score from baseline to week 12. The second.ry outcome measures were Physician Global Assessment (PGA), Nail Psoriasis Severity Ind.x (NAPSI), Psoriatic Arthritis Evaluation and.Gene Expression Profiling and.Immunohistochemistry. Results: After completion of Tinefcon? treatment at 12 weeks, more than half of subjects (52%) achieved.PASI 50 response;PASI 75 response was attained.in 68 (23%) subjects and.PASI 90 response in 22 (7%) subjects. Five subjects with severe psoriasis achieved.PASI 90 without receiving any concomitant med.cation. Red.ction in severity as assessed.by PGA was observed.in more than half of patients with mod.rate d.sease. Histopathological evaluation revealed.that epid.rmal thickness was consid.rably red.ced.in 66% of subjects. The expression of inflammatory marker S100A9 protein was(meaningfully red.ced.in 60% patients with non-significant red.ction of Keratin 10 protein expression. Gene expression analysis showed.increase d.wn regulation of SERPINB4;PI3 and.KRT16 genes after a 12-week treatment period.in subjects with higher PASI scores. Conclusion: Oral Tinefcon? tablets showed.good.efficacy and.had.a favorable safety profile in plaque psoriasis patients.
