Carrier-doped transition metal dichalcogenide(TMD)monolayers are of great interest in valleytronics due to the large Zeeman response(g-factors)in these spin-valley-locked materials,arising from many-body *** develop an ab initio approach based on many-body perturbation theory to compute the interaction-enhanced g-factors in carrier-doped *** show that the g-factors of doped WSe2 monolayers are enhanced by screened-exchange interactions resulting from magnetic-field-induced changes in band *** interaction-enhanced g-factors g*agree well with *** traditional valleytronic materials such as silicon,the enhancement in g-factor vanishes beyond a critical magnetic field Bc achievable in standard *** identify ranges of g*for which this change in g-factor at Bc leads to a valley-filling instability and Landau level alignment,which is important for the study of quantum phase transitions in doped *** further demonstrate how to tune the g-factors and optimize the valley-polarization for the valley Hall effect.

We review lattice vibrational modes in atomically thin two-dimensional （2D） layered materials, focusing on 2D materials beyond graphene, such as group VI transition metal dichalcogenides, topological insulator bismuth chalcogenides, and black phosphorus. Although the composition and structure of those materials are remarkably different, they share a common and important feature, i.e., their bulk crystals are stacked via van der Waals interactions between ＂layers＂, while each layer is comprised of one or more atomic planes. First, we review the background of some 2D materials （MX2, M = Mo, W; X = S, Se, Te. Bi2X3, X = Se, Te. Black phosphorus）, including crystalline structures and stacking order. We then review the studies on vibrational modes of layered materials and nanostructures probed by the powerful yet nondestructive Raman spectroscopy technique. Based on studies conducted before 2010, recent investigations using more advanced techniques have pushed the studies of phonon modes in 2D layered materials to the atomically thin regime, down to monolayers. We will classify the recently reported general features into the following categories： phonon confinement effects and electron-phonon coupling, anomalous shifts in high-frequency intralayer vibrational modes and surface effects, reduced dimensionality and lower symmetry, the linear chain model and the substrate effect, stacking orders and interlayer shear modes, polarization dependence, and the resonance effect. Within the seven categories, both intralayer and interlayer vibrational modes will be discussed. The comparison between different materials will be provided as well.

Introducing magnetic dopants into twodimensional transition metal dichalcogenides has recently attracted considerable attention due to its promising applications in spintronics and *** we realized manganese-doped molybdenum diselenide(MoSe_(2))single crystal via chemical vapor transport(CVT)reaction,containing up to 2.9%(atomic concentration)Mn dopants,and investigated the light-matter interaction in these *** observed a suppressed trion intensity,a longer photoluminescence lifetime,and prominent blue-and red-shift of E_(2g)^(2)(in-plane)and A_(1g)(out-of-plane)Raman modes,***,the Mn dopants increase the valley Zeeman splitting of the MoSe_(2) monolayer by~50%,while preserving the linear dependence on magnetic ***-principles calculations indicate that the spin-polarized deep level defect states are formed due to the Mn substitutional dopants in the Mo Se_(2) *** resulting defect potential favors the funnelling of excitons towards the *** Mn dopants reduce the magnitude of the interatomic force constants,explaining the red-shift of the A_(1g)*** Mn atoms and their immediate Mo and Se neighbors carry significant magnetic moments,which enhance the observed exciton g-factors due to the exchange interactions affecting defect-bound excitons.

In this paper, we study the cooperative output regulation problem for a class of general linear uncertain multi-input multi-output(MIMO) multi-agent systems subject to a well-defined vector relative degree. By proposing some suitable internal model, the problem is first converted into the auxiliary cooperative stabilization problem of the augmented system in the so-called strict feedback normal form. This auxiliary problem is then solved by some developed robust control techniques, such as multiple high-gain feedback and mixed distributed observer, leading to an effective distributed output feedback regulator synthesis for the original cooperative output regulation problem.

A trigonometric series expansion method and two similar modified methods for the Orr-Sommerfeld equation are presented. These methods use the trigonometric series expansion with an auxiliary function added to the highest order derivative of the unknown function and generate the lower order derivatives through successive integra- tions. The proposed methods are easy to implement because of the simplicity of the chosen basis functions. By solving the plane Poiseuille flow (PPF), plane Couette flow (PCF), and Blasius boundary layer flow with several homogeneous boundary conditions, it is shown that these methods yield results with the same accuracy as that given by the conventional Chebyshev collocation method but with better robustness, and that ob- tained by the finite difference method but with fewer modal number.

BACKGROUND Acquired hemophilia A (AHA) is a rare and potentially severe bleeding disordercaused by circulating autoantibodies against factor Ⅷ (FⅧ). In approximately50% of the patients, the condition is associated with autoimmune diseases,cancers, medication use, pregnancy, and the post-partum period. Bullous pemphigoid(BP) is a chronic autoimmune subepidermal blistering disease associatedwith tissue-bound and circulating autoantibodies against BP antigens 180 (BP180)and 230 (BP230). AHA-associated BP has a high mortality rate;hence, the understandingof this disease must *** suMMARY A 69-year-old man presented with erythema, blisters, blood blisters, and crustsaccompanied by severe pruritus for more than 20 days, and ecchymosis andswelling on his left upper arm for 3 days. Pathological examination revealed asubepidermal blister that contained eosinophils. Laboratory tests showed that theBP180 autoantibody levels had increased, isolated activated partial thromboplastintime was notably prolonged (115.6 s), and coagulation FⅧ activity wasextremely low (< 1.0%). Furthermore, the FⅧ inhibitor titer had greatlyincreased (59.2 Bethesda units). Therefore, the patient was diagnosed as having BP associated with AHA, prescribed 0.05% topical halometasone cream, and transferred to a higher-level hospitalfor effective treatment;however, he died after 2 *** AHA associated BP is rare, dangerous, and has a high mortality rate. Therefore, its timely diagnosis and effectivetreatment are necessary.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the service performance of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)components for different values of water-cement ratio and replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate(RCA).Generally,the concrete strength decreases with the increase of the replacement rate of RCA,in order to meet the strength requirements when changing the replacement rate of RCA,it is necessary to change the water-cement ratio at the same ***,the axial compressive strengths of prism with 25 mix proportions,the short-term mechanical properties and long-term deformation properties of reinforced concrete beams were tested respectively by changing water-cement ratio and RCA replacement *** bearing capacity and the strain nephogram of samples under different loads were obtained using the Digital Image Correlation(DIC)method,and a self-made gravity loading experimental device was used for long-term deformation *** showed that the damage pattern of RAC was the same as that of natural aggregate concrete(NAC),but the brittleness was more *** brittleness of concrete before failure can be reduced more effectively by adjusting the replacement rate of RCA than by adjusting the water-cement *** water-cement ratio has an evident influence on the axial compressive strength and early creep of concrete,while the replacement rate of RCA has a remarkable effect on the long-term deformation of the concrete beams.

Stochastic simulation is an important means of acquiring fluctuating wind pressures for wind induced response analyses in structural engineering. The wind pressure acting on a large-span space structure can be characterized as a stationary non-Gaussian field. This paper reviews several simulation algorithms related to the Spectral Representation Method （SRM） and the Static Transformation Method （STM）. Polynomial and Exponential transformation functions （PSTM and ESTM） are discussed. Deficiencies in current algorithms, with respect to accuracy, stability and efficiency, are analyzed, and the algorithms are improved for better practical application. In order to verify the improved algorithm, wind pressure fields on a large-span roof are simulated and compared with wind tunnel data. The simulation results fit well with the wind tunnel data, and the algorithm accuracy, stability and efficiency are shown to be better than those of current algorithms.
