Stochastic simulation is an important means of acquiring fluctuating wind pressures for wind induced response analyses in structural engineering. The wind pressure acting on a large-span space structure can be characterized as a stationary non-Gaussian field. This paper reviews several simulation algorithms related to the Spectral Representation Method （SRM） and the Static Transformation Method （STM）. Polynomial and Exponential transformation functions （PSTM and ESTM） are discussed. Deficiencies in current algorithms, with respect to accuracy, stability and efficiency, are analyzed, and the algorithms are improved for better practical application. In order to verify the improved algorithm, wind pressure fields on a large-span roof are simulated and compared with wind tunnel data. The simulation results fit well with the wind tunnel data, and the algorithm accuracy, stability and efficiency are shown to be better than those of current algorithms.

检测代码异味强度可以使开发人员优先处理严重性较高的代码问题,从而降低维护成本提升效率。目前基于传统算法模型的异味强度识别方法无法确保检测的效率,为了解决这个问题,该文提出了一种代码异味强度预测模型。首先选取涵盖代码的不同方面度量,然后经过信息增益分析优化处理,将处理后的数据子集输入注意力机制以增强特征的表现能力,经归一化处理后的特征表示输入到一个前馈神经网络中再进行非线性处理,最后通过全连接层生成最终的输出。实验结果表明,在开源项目数据集上,该模型在代码异味强度检测精确率、召回率和F1值等指标上均有提高,相较于基线方法,F1值最高提升了16.2%。表明该模型在检测代码异味强度方面具有较高的精度和可靠性,能够更有效地帮助开发人员识别代码异味问题。

The calculation of equivalence factor for ecological footprints in China： a methodological note

The Ecological Footprint （EF）, a physical indicator to measure the extent of humanity＇s use of natural resources, has gained much attention since it was first used by Wackemagel and Rees in 1996. In order to appraise land area types with different levels of productiv- ity, they introduced the concept of an equivalence factor. This relates to the average primary biomass productivities of different types of land （i.e. arable land, pasture, forest, water/fishery, built-up land and fossil energy land） to the regional average primary biomass productivity of all land types in a given year. Hence, the equivalence factor is an important parameter in the EF model and it directly affects the reliability of all results. Thus, this article calculates equivalence factors on the national and provincial levels in China based on Net Primary Production （NPP） from MODIS 1 km data in 2008. Firstly, based on the Light Utility Efficiency and CASA model, the NPP of different biologically productive lands of China and of different provinces was calculated. Secondly, China＇s equivalence factor for 6 land area types was calculated based on NPP： arable land and built-up land has an equivalence factor of 1.71, forest and fossil energy land has a factor of 1.41, pasture has a factor of 0.44 and water/fishery 0.35; Finally, the equivalence factor of 6 land area types in different provinces was also calculated. The NPP of each ecosystem type varies along with the equivalence factor in different provinces. However, the ranking of the equivalence factors in different provinces remain the same, with that of arable land being the largest, and the water/fishery being the smallest.

Comparison of TGF-β_1 in tears and corneal haze following Epi-LASIK with and without mitomycin C

AIM: To compare transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF- β1 ) levels in tears and the degree of corneal haze formation following epithelial laser in situ keratomileusis (Epi -LASIK) with and without the use of mitomycin C (MMC) and to investigate the effect of MMC on corneal wound healing. ·METHODS: Thirty-two patients (64 eyes) with high myopia underwent Epi -LASIK surgery, and MMC was randomly used in one eye in each patient. The epithelialization process was observed, and the TGF -β1 level in tears was measured at 1 day, 3, and 7 days postoperatively for comparison with baseline. Corneal haze was graded at 1 month, 3, and 6 months after surgery. · REsuLTS: Mean preoperative spherical equivalent refraction was -8.24 ±2.18D (range-6.00 to -10.50D) in the MMC group and -7.82±1.55D (range -6.00 to -9.75D) in the non -MMC group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P =0.38). Mean epithelialization time was (5.02 ±0.68) days in the MMC group and (4.86±0.57) days in the non-MMC group (P = 0.31). Tear fluid TGF-β1 levels were similar before surgery (P =0.34), but were significantly higher in the non-MMC group at 1 day, 3, and 7 days postoperatively (P =0.004, 0.008, and 0.012, respectively). Corneal haze scores 1 month after surgery were significantly higher in the non -MMC group (P =0.03), and similar at 3 and 6 months after surgery (P =0.28 and 0.62, respectively). ·CONCLUSION: MMC did not delay epithelialization. Inearly postoperative period, lower TGF -β1 levels in tears and a lower grade of corneal haze were observed in the MMC group. Our findings suggest that the ability of MMC to inhibit Epi -LASIK -induced haze might be mediated through TGF-β1 suppression.
