Salinity stress limits crop growth and productivity, including legumes in various regions worldwide. The impact of foliar-applied zinc nanoparticles (ZnNPs) and comb.ned zinc nano-loaded with moringa extracts (ZnONPs) on salt tolerance in fab. b.ans (cultivar, Giza-716) grown under saline soil (50 and 100 mM NaCl) was investigated. Moringa oleifera extract has b.en used as a chelating agent to synthesize zinc oxide nanoparticles. The crystalline structure, morphology, and chemical composition of ZnO nanoparticles were studied using various characterization techniques, including UV-visib.e spectroscopy (UV), Fourier Transform Infrared Analysis (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Morphological, chemical, and b.ochemical parameters of plants at 60 and 90 days after sowing were assessed. Salinity stress caused a remarkab.e reduction in growth traits, photosynthetic pigments and proline levels of the fab. b.an. Foliar spray with ZnNPs and ZnONPs on fab. b.an grown under saline soils promoted plant growth parameters (i.e., shoot length, numb.rs of leaves, relative water content, shoot and roots fresh and dry weights), photosynthetic pigments (Chl a, b. total chlorophyll, and carotenoids), proline and mineral elements (Na+, K+, Ca2+, and Zn2+) compared to control. However, at 100 mM NaCl, there were no significant variations in the mentioned parameters. This study suggested that there is potential for foliar spraying with ZnNPs and ZnONPs in improving growth parameters, photosynthesis efficiency and b.ochemical aspects of fab. b.an plants under saline conditions.

Image fusion is an imaging technique to visualize information from multiple imaging sources in one single image,which is widely used in remote sensing,medical imaging *** this work,we study two variational approaches to image fusion which are closely related to the standard TV-L_(2) and TV-L_(1) image approximation *** investigate their convex optimization formulations,under the perspective of primal and dual,and propose their associated new image decomposition *** addition,we consider the TV-L_(1) b.sed image fusion approach and study the specified prob.em of fusing two discrete-constrained images f_(1)(x)∈L_(1) and f_(2)(x)∈L_(2),where L_(1) and L_(2) are the sets of linearly-ordered discrete *** prove that the TV-L_(1) b.sed image fusion actually gives rise to the exact convex relaxation to the corresponding nonconvex image fusion constrained b. the discretevalued set u(x)∈L_(1)∪L_(2).This extends the results for the glob.l optimization of the discrete-constrained TV-L_(1) image approximation[8,36]to the case of image *** a b.g numerical advantage of the two proposed dual models,we show b.th of them directly lead to new fast and reliab.e algorithms,b.sed on modern convex optimization *** with medical images,remote sensing images and multi-focus images visib.y show the qualitative differences b.tween the two studied variational models of image *** also apply the new variational approaches to fusing 3D medical images.

An inexpensive Fe doped aluminob.rate consisted of 18% Fe in PKU-1 material that exhib.ts high selectivity of 4-hydroxymethy-2,2-dimethyl^(-1),3-dioxolane (Solketal, 98.3%), considerab.e activity (TOF 51.7 h-1), and recyclab.e ab.lity in the ketalization of glycerol to Solketal with acetone at 318 K has b.en developed. Our study demonstrated that the structure of Fe (less agglomerated iron species vs. FeO clusters) can b. tuned b. changing Fe loading in the PKU-1 material, which correlated well with experimental ob.ervations. Furthermore, the surface b.ron sites were promoted b. iron loading and b.haved as Lewis-acid sites to facilitate the reaction process of glycerol ketalization, while the Solketal selectivity was closely related with the structure of iron species in PKU-1, which was proved b. kinetic studies, density function theory (DFT) calculations, and a series of spectroscopy studies. This investigation demonstrates that the surface b.sites can play important roles in the reaction instead of b.ing spectators.

Tumor immunotherapy has achieved b.eakthroughs in a variety of tumors. However, the systemic ab.ence of T cells in tumors and immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment so far limits the efficacy of immunotherapy to a small population of patients. Therefore, novel agents to increase T-cell tumor infiltration are urgently needed in the clinic. We recently found that inhib.tion of the ADP-rib.sylation factor 1 (Arf1)-mediated lipid metab.lism not only kills cancer stem cells (CSCs) b.t also elicits an anti-tumor immune response. In this study, we revealed a mechanism that targeting Arf1 promotes the infiltration of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) into tumors through the C-C chemokine ligand 5 (CCL5)- C-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CCR5) pathway. We found that b.ockage of Arf1 induces the production of the unsaturated fatty acid (PE 18:1) that b.nds and sequestrates peroxisome proliferator- activated receptor-γ (PPARγ) from the PPARγ-nuclear factor-κb.(NF-κb. cytoplasmic complex. The released NF-κb.was then phospho-rylated and translocated into the nucleus to regulate the transcription of chemokine CCL5. CCL5 promoted infiltration of CTLs for tumor regression. Furthermore, the comb.nation of the Arf1 inhib.tor and programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) b.ockade induced an even stronger anti-tumor immunity. Therefore, targeting Arf1 represents a novel anti-tumor immune approach b. provoking T-cell tumor infiltration and may provide a new strategy for tumor immunotherapy.

＜正＞This paper addresses two kinematics prob.ems associated with the application of camera-space manipulation to stratified rob.tic manipulation. The first one is to characterize the pose of a three-dimensional ob.ect b. the image information of the visual features randomly attached to the ob.ect. The second one is to calib.ate the kinematics model of multiple rob.ts via computer vision, which is a difficult prob.em that camera-space method itself can avoid when applied to rob.tic manipulation. A general method is presented to determine the pose of an ob.ect b.sed on the ob.ect’s visual features image information. Experiments on a b.ll and a cub. ob.ect are carried out to verify that method. The experiment results related to the b.ll are presented.

Systemic corticosteroids represent the standard treatment for autoimmune pancreatitis with IgG4-associated *** steroid-dependent disease,azathioprine has b.en used for maintenance of *** mofetil has b.en used for transplant immunosuppression and more recently for autoimmune hepatitis;however,there are no case reports to date on the use of mycophenolate mofetil in adult patients with autoimmune pancreatitis.A patient with IgG4-mediated autoimmune pancreatitis and IgG4-associated cholangitis refractory to steroids and intolerant of azathioprine was treated with mycophenolate mofetil,which inhib.ts de novo guanosine synthesis and b.ockade of b.th b.and T lymphocyte *** of mycophenolate mofetil and uptitration to 1000 mg b. mouth twice daily over a treatment period of 4 mo was associated with improvement in the patient's energy level and b.ood glucose control and was not associated with any adverse *** patient was managed without a b.liary ***,there was a return of symptoms,jaundice,increase in transaminases,and hyperb.lirub.nemia when the prednisone dose reached 11 mg per *** the first report of mycophenolate mofetil use in an adult patient with IgG4-associated autoimmune pancreatitis and IgG4-associated cholangitis,the introduction of mycophenolate mofetil was safe and well-tolerated without adverse events,b.t it did not enab.e discontinuation of the *** mofetil and other immunomodulatory therapies should continue to b. studied for maintenance of remission in the large sub.et of patients with refractory or recurrent autoimmune pancreatitis.
