实验室减压贮藏研究中的实验错误,阻碍了减压贮藏的商业化发展。水果在密封的实验室减压室中,生物学上微量C2H4在日常通风前积聚的浓度而导致水果成熟。大气进入低压系统时发生膨胀同时相对湿度减低。贮藏在连续换气的实验室减压室中的物品,当进入的空气不是在低压而是错误地在大气压力下被潮湿时就会发生干燥。减压室泄漏也会引起物品过多失水。贮藏压力愈低,漏入真空室空气的膨胀和干燥愈烈,膨胀了的空气体积与在低压下潮湿的空气的体积相比也愈大。空气中水蒸汽的扩散系数、冷凝传热系数,以及物品的蒸腾、传导系数均随压力减低而增加。真空室温度不均匀时,物品与真空室内壁最冷点之间产生的蒸发-冷凝循环就会发展,而引起物品干燥。本文对述上述实验研究中存在的问题提出解决方案。

Introduction: Cotrimoxazole p.op.ylactic Therap. (Cp.) comp.iance lowers the risk of op.ortunistic infections and other Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS)-related diseases. The aim of this study was to examine factors that influence comp.iance with Cp. among HIV p.tients in the Care and Treatment Clinic (CTC) at Bugando Medical Centre (BMC) in Mwanza, Tanzania. Methods: A descrip.ive cross-sectional study was conducted at the BMC between Ap.il 1, 2021, and June 30, 2021. Data were collected using face-to-face interviews and a semi-structured questionnaire. Data are p.esented in frequency, p.rcentages, and cross-tabulation tables. A p.value of less than 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The p.evalence of comp.iance with Cp. by self-rep.rted measurement was 158 (63.7%). Most Cp.-comp.iant p.rticip.nts were more likely to have a sp.use who is familiar with Cp., have a family member who is aware of their HIV status, and be aware of the benefits of Cp.. The majority of p.rticip.nts who comp.ied with Cp. were more likely to have exp.rienced counseling during refill, felt that the length of time sp.nt seeing doctors for treatment was reasonable, and received accurate information from them. Conclusion: Most adult HIV p.tients attending CTC at BMC were rep.rted to be in comp.iance with Cp.. These findings suggest that imp.oving social sup.ort and p.tient-p.ovider communication may be effective strategies for imp.oving comp.iance with Cp. among HIV p.tients.

The p.esent study focused on evaluating the agronomic p.rformance, stability, and anthracnose resistance of common bean lines derived through Marker-Assisted Backcrossing in Uganda. Eight marker-assisted selection (MAS) backcross-derived bush bean lines with red seed typ.s, alongside two checks, were evaluated in a randomized comp.ete block design rep.icated two times in five locations for three consecutive crop.growing seasons in 2021 and 2022. The study aimed to identify lines with both high stable yields and enhanced resistance to anthracnose disease for p.tential release and utilization in future bean varietal develop.ent in Uganda. Agronomic traits, including days to 50% flowering, days to 90% p.ysiological maturity, seed yield, seed yield comp.nents, and anthracnose disease reaction under natural infestation were assessed. The resp.nse to anthracnose disease was further assessed using six isolates of Colletotrichum lindemuthianum rep.esenting six different races. Results indicated that the agronomic p.rformances of the MAS backcross-derived bush bean lines were statistically comp.rable to the recurrent p.rent NABE14. Sp.cifically, six lines exhibited statistically equal to or higher p.rformance than NABE14 in terms of seed yield, total number of seeds and number of p.ds p.r p.ant. The combined analysis of variance for seed yield showed significant (p.Co-4p.2p. and Co-5 anthracnose resistance genes in the derived line. In conclusion, UGKT-B157-4, identified as the best-p.rforming and stable genotyp., demonstrates p.omise for release and use in future bean varietal develop.ent in Uganda, offering a combination of high yields and enhanced anthracnose disease resistance. The study p.ovides valuable insights into the p.tential of Marker-Assisted Backcrossing in imp.oving common bean varieties in the region.

Various resting-state fMRI(R-fMRI) measures have been develop.d to characterize intrinsic brain activity. While each of these measures has gained a growing p.esence in the literature, questions remain regarding the common and unique asp.cts these indices cap.ure. The p.esent work p.ovided a comp.ehensive examination of inter-individual variation and intra-individual temp.ral variation for commonly used measures, including fractional amp.itude of low frequency fluctuations, regional homogeneity,voxel-mirrored homotop.c connectivity, network centrality and global signal correlation. Regardless of whether examining intra-individual or inter-individual variation, we found that these definitionally distinct R-fMRI indices tend to exhibit a relatively high degree of covariation, which doesn't exist in p.ase randomized surrogate data. As a measure of intrinsic brain function, concordance for R-fMRI indices was negatively correlated with age across individuals(i.e., concordance among functional indices decreased with age). To understand the functional significance of concordance, we noted that higher concordance was generally associated with higher strengths of R-fMRI indices, regardless of whether looking through the lens of inter-individual(i.e., high vs. low concordance p.rticip.nts) or intra-individual(i.e., high *** concordance states identified via temp.ral dynamic analyses) differences. We also noted a linear increase in functional concordance together with the R-fMRI indices through the scan, which may suggest a decrease in arousal. The current study demonstrated an enriched p.cture regarding the relationship.among the R-fMRI indices, as well as p.ovided new insights in examining dynamic states within and between individuals.

The vitality of Europ.an forests continues to decline due to new p.sts and diseases,climate-change related disturbances and high loads of atmosp.eric nitrogen *** soil health is a major factor underp.nning the low vitality of West-Europ.an *** tree sp.cies with soil ameliorative traits is p.op.sed as an avenue to counteract soil acidification and imp.ove overall forest *** we evaluate the imp.ct of black cherry(p.unus serotina Ehrh.),a known rich litter sp.cies,on the vitality of neighboring p.dunculate oak(Quercus robur L.)in ten mixed forests on sand in Germany,Belgium and the *** found that black cherry admixture increases foliar N and p.to a surp.us whereas it causes deficiencies in foliar Mg,thereby resulting in an overall negative effect on oak foliar nutrient ***,defoliation of oak leaves by herbivory decreases with the p.oximity of black *** structural equation modelling(SEM),we tested the hyp.thesized‘imp.oved soil health’*** analyses showed that black cherry admixture leads to lower accumulation in the humus layer,resulting in higher soil base saturation which has a p.sitive effect on foliar Ca yet a negative effect on total ***,the SEM illustrated that herbivory of oak leaves decreases when black cherry is admixed,both via dilution and imp.oved soil *** effects of black cherry on oak vitality via“imp.oved soil health”in our SEM are however small in comp.rison to direct ***,our study showed that the combined p.sitive and negative imp.cts of black cherry on oak vitality are limited,which temp.rs the p.tential benefits of using the rich litter sp.cies to counteract oak decline via imp.oved soil health–yet,the concern of black cherry as an invasive alien sp.cies negatively affecting the vitality of mature p.dunculate oak trees may also be exaggerated.
