Indirect extrusion of Mg-10%Sn (mass fraction) alloys was performed at three different working temperatures. The effect of working temperature on the microstructure, texture and tensile properties of the extruded alloys was investigated by optical microscope (OM), scanning electronic microscope (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and a standard universal testing machine. Grain size, area fraction of second phase particles and texture of the alloys are found to be significantly influenced by working temperature. The grain size refinement is greatly dependent on processing conditions with the low working temperature being the most effective. While the high working temperature results in a coarser grain size and a stronger fiber texture and the reason for this phenomenon was examined in terms of second phase particle, grain type and dynamic recrystallization mechanism. Tested in the different conditions, the tensile strengths of the Mg-10Sn alloys extruded at the high working temperature are remarkably better than those of the other studied alloys. This significant improvement in tensile properties is mainly due to the particle strengthening and texture strengthening resulted from the more and finer primary dispersed particles and stronger texture, respectively.

AIM： To evaluate the association of glutathione S-trans-ferase mu （GSTM1） and glutathione S-transferase theta （GSTT1） null genotypes with the risk of gastric cancer （GC） and colorectal cancer （CRC） in a South Korean population. METHODS： We conducted a population-based, large- scale case-control study including 2213 GCs, 1829 CRCs, and 1699 controls. Null and non-null genotypes of GSTM1 and GSI-F1 were determined using realtime PCR. RESULTS： The null genotypes of GSTM1 and GSTT1 were not significantly associated with elevated risk of gastric （OR = 1.070, 95% CI = 0.935-1.224; OR = 1.101, 95% CI = 0.963-1.259, respectively） or colorectal cancer （OR = 1.065, 95% CI = 0.923-1.228; OR = 1.041, 95% CI = 0.903-1.200, respectively）. The frequency of the combined null GST genotype was not different between the two cancer groups and controls. Moreover, smoking, drinking, and age did not modify the association between these genotypes and the risk of gastric or colorectal cancer. CONCLUSION： GSTM1 and GSCI-1 null genotypes were not associated with increased risk of GC or CRC in Koreans.

AIM: To investigate whether children with congenital common bile duct dilatation(CBDD) differ from children with obstructive CBDD in cholangiographic ***: In this retrospective cohort study, the baseline data and the results of imaging analyses were reviewed among children who had endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) due to CBDD. ERCP was performed on all pediatric patients by experienced pediatric endoscopists. The maximal transverse diameter of the common bile duct(CBD) was measured on ERCP. To assess whether ageadjusted CBDD could be used for differential diagnosis, a CBDD severity index(SI) was calculated by dividing the measured CBD diameter by the age-corrected maximal diameter of a normal CBD. RESULTS: A retrospective medical chart review revealed that 85 consecutive children under 16 years of age with hepatobiliary disease and CBDD were referred to Seoul Asan Medical Center. Fiftyfive(64.7%) children had congenital CBDD and 30(35.3%) had obstructive CBDD. The two groups did not differ significantly in terms of clinical characteristics except for sex. The congenital and obstructive CBDD groups did not differ significantly in terms of mean CBD diameter(19.3 ± 9.6 mm vs 12.2 ± 4.1 mm, P > 0.05). However, congenital CBDD cases had a significantly higher mean SI than obstructive CBDD cases(3.62 ± 1.64 vs 1.98 ± 0.71, P = 0.01). In multivariate analysis, an SI value ≥ 2.32 and comorbidity with anomalous union of pancreaticobiliary duct(APBDU) in ERCP independently predicted congenital ***: Measuring the CBD may aid the differential diagnosis of both CBDD and APBDU in children.

Results The result of histologic examination was consistent with verruca ***,we started an immunotherapy with diphenylcyclopropenone（DPCP） as an initial treatment strategy for verruca plana. Discussion We report here on a healthy woman who developed multiple verruca plana lesions after undergoing eyebrow *** is thought that occurrence of verruca plana is associated with implantation of human papillomavirus during tattooing.

In this paper,we proposed a vision control system for a service robot which can provide navigation and assistance for daily *** with other sensors,vision sensor is cheap and practical,and can also perceive most of the information in the surrounding *** the variability of indoor objects,we choose an upward camera as the only sensor to extract objects and straight lines on the *** functional objects such as lights and alarms on the ceiling are detected by template matching to navigate the way of the *** the straight line features,which are rich on the ceiling,are used to correct the orientation of the *** our work,we clustered the angles of lines and refined the angles based on line *** experiments have been conducted to confirm that straight line features detected in the image can calculate the orientations correctly and the orientations are more accurate with the *** the final stage,we performed several tests on the system and the results demonstrate that the robot with vision control system has been successfully implemented the predesigned tasks.

对云南剑川县出土的木质文物进行了研究,从超微结构层面更深入地解析了饱水古木的降解情况。出土的云南松(Pinus yunnansis)古木在饱水环境中淹埋了4000多年。降解主要发生在晚材管胞,而且降解在晚材部分并不均匀:一些未降解的完好管胞分布在降解严重的管胞中。透射电镜观察显示:降解从S1/S2和S2/S3的界面开始;对于一些降解较严重的管胞,到腐朽后期细胞次生壁全部发生降解,只留下复合胞间层;细菌侵蚀是云南松饱水古木降解的主要原因。固体核磁共振结果表明:纤维素和半纤维素降解严重,木质素也出现了一定程度的降解。本研究可为其后续的加固保护提供科学的参考依据。
