This research investigates the arsenic concentrations in 96 soil samples from a regency in Indonesia using a statistical *** samples were collected from three depth layers(topsoil[10e20 cm],subsoil[50e60 cm],and deep soil[90e100 cm]),with each layer consisting of 32 *** analysis using SPSS was employed to analyze potential arsenic sources based on the proximity of study locations to geothermal system areas,land use,distance from industry,and the presence of study locations on fault *** findings indicate that the potential source of arsenic contamination in the soil are suspected to be associated with geothermal system activities and the presence of soil samples on fault *** arsenic concentration in locations near to the geothermal system(5-10 km)was 45 times higher(OR=45,95%CI=45e362.57,ptopsoil>deep soil,whereas in residential soil,it was subsoil>deep soil>*** arsenic concentration variation at near distances from industrial areas was topsoil>subsoil>deep soil,contrasting with medium to far distances from industry(subsoil>deep soil>topsoil).Therefore,these findings can be utilized to prioritize remediation efforts and provide input for future research on arsenic contamination in the region.

Introduction: Acromioclavicular (AC) joint dislocation is a common shoulder injury, comprising 9% - 12% of shoulder girdle injuries. Optimal management remains challenging, with treatment decisions guided by the Rockwood classification system. Controversies surround grade III injuries, necessitating further classification. Non-operative treatment has shown favorable outcomes, while surgical interventions vary. Anatomical coracoclavicular reconstruction (ACCR) has demonstrated biomechanical advantages over traditional methods. Arthroscopic techniques offer advantages, minimizing deltoid detachment and allowing concurrent pathology identification. This study evaluates the outcomes of arthroscopic-assisted ACCR in chronic AC joint dislocation. Surgical Technique: Arthroscopic-assisted ACCR involves meticulous portal placement, tendon graft harvesting, diagnostic arthroscopy, and coracoid exposure. The clavicle tunnels were made to mimic the conoid and trapezoid ligament positions, using FibreTape#2 loop and Dog Bone Button for correct placement against the coracoid base, and passing the semitendinosus graft through to reconstruct the conoid ligament, reduction done and graft follow through for anatomical reconstruction. Methods: A retrospective cohort study at Hospital Kuala Lumpur analyzed 35 patients undergoing arthroscopic-assisted ACCR for Rockwood grade III - V AC joint dislocations. Inclusion criteria encompassed trauma ≥ 3 weeks prior, no prior shoulder injuries, and ≥12-month follow-up. Functional and radiological assessments utilized ASES scores and coracoclavicular distances, respectively. Statistical analysis employed descriptive statistics and logistic regression. Results: The mean age was 38.9 years (SD 11.26), and 34 of 35 patients were male. Grade IV injuries were predominant (37.1%). Waiting time for surgery averaged 234.9 days. This paper presents response surface methodology （RSM） as an efficient approach for modeling and optimizing TiO2 nanoparticles preparation via co-precipitation for dye-sensitized solar cell （DSSC） perfor- mance. Titanium （IV） bis-（acetylacetonate） di-isopropoxide （DIPBAT）, isopropanol and water were used as precursor, solvent and co-solvent, respectively. Molar ratio of water, aging temperature and calcina- tion temperature as preparation factors with main and interaction effects on particle characteristics and performances were investigated, Particle characteristics in terms of primary and secondary sizes, crys- tal orientation and morphology were determined by X-ray diffractometry （XRD） and scanning electron microscopy （SEM）. Band gap energy and power conversion efficiency of DSSCs were used for perfor- mance studies. According to analysis of variance （ANOVA） in response surface methodology （RSM）, all three independent parameters were statistically significant and the final model was accurate. The model predicted maximum power conversion efficiency （0.14%） under the optimal condition of molar ratio of DIPBAT-to-isopropanol-to-water of 1 ： 10：500, aging temperature of 36 C and calcination temperature of 400 ℃. A second set of data was adopted to validate the model at optimal conditions and was found to be 0.14 ± 0.015%, which was very close to the predicted value. This study proves the reliability of the model in identi（ving the optimal condition for maximum performance.

The extraction of features fromunstructured clinical data of Covid-19 patients is critical for guiding clinical decision-making and diagnosing this viral ***,an early and accurate diagnosis of COVID-19 can reduce the burden on healthcare *** this paper,an improved Term Weighting technique combined with Parts-Of-Speech(POS)Tagging is proposed to reduce dimensions for automatic and effective classification of clinical text related to Covid-19 *** Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency(TF-IDF)is the most often used term weighting scheme(TWS).However,TF-IDF has several developments to improve its drawbacks,in particular,it is not efficient enough to classify text by assigning effective weights to the terms in unstructured *** this research,we proposed a modification term weighting scheme:RTF-C-IEF and compare the proposed model with four extraction methods:TF,TF-IDF,TF-IHF,and *** experiment was conducted on two new datasets for COVID-19 *** first datasetwas collected from government hospitals in Iraq with 3053 clinical records,and the second dataset with 1446 clinical reports,was collected from several different *** on the experimental results using several popular classifiers applied to the datasets of Covid-19,we observe that the proposed scheme RTF-C-IEF achieves is a consistent performer with the best scores in most of the ***,the modifiedRTF-C-IEF proposed in the study outperformed the original scheme and other employed term weighting methods in most ***,the proper selection of term weighting scheme among the different methods improves the performance of the classifier and helps to find the informative term.

Litsea elliptica Blume has been traditionally used to treat headache,fever,and stomach ulcer,and has also been used as an insect *** acute and subacute toxicities of *** essential oil were evaluated orally by gavage in female Sprague-Dawley *** the acute toxicity study,*** essential oil was administered in doses from 500 to 4 000 mg/kg(single dose),and in the subacute toxicity test,the following doses were used:125,250,and 500 mg/kg,for 28 consecutive *** the acute toxicity study,*** essential oil caused dose-dependent adverse behaviours and *** median lethal dose value was 3 488.86 mg/kg and the acute non-observed-adversed-effect level value was found to be 500 mg/*** subacute toxicity study of *** essential oil did not reveal alterations in body weight,and food and water *** haematological and biochemical analyses did not show significant differences between control and treated groups in most of the parameters examined,except for the hemoglobin,mean cell hemoglobin concentration,mean cell volume,mean cell hemoglobin,serum albumin,and serum ***,these differences were still within the normal *** abnormalities or histopathological changes were observed in the liver,pancreatic islet of Langerhans,and renal glomerulous and tubular cells of all treated *** conclusion,*** essential oil can be classified in the U group,which is defined as a group unlikely to present an acute hazard according to World Health Organization(WHO) classification.

Streets and physical layouts can be inherent in a sustainable city by emphasizing the use of space with planned strategies by promoting the movement of people and social behaviors for enhancing an economic *** analysis of the space layout is beneficial for defining the urban areas that can affect street behavior.A GIS incorporated with a space syntax can help to propagate the effectiveness of a spatial analysis in a study on urban *** integration of the computational pieces of both a GIS analytical tool and space syntax parameters will stimulate research oriented urban systems and spatial morphologies combined with a spatial ***,the development of livability can be affected by a set of parameters that define the used ***,this paper was aimed at examining the space syntax parameters for space visualization to evaluate street behavior using the GIS processing and space syntax *** this study,a spatial analysis was used to generate spatial information on traffic volume,while a space syntax was used to test the street ***,a predictive analysis was conducted to identify the correlation between traffic behavior and a set of *** results showed that integration and direct visibility were significant to the traffic *** of the streets that were linked to the commercial area showed high integration and direct visibility,which increased by more than half,compared with the unlinked *** on the statistical analysis,both parameters recorded aprobability of less than 5%.The results showed that any space designed with a continuous,direct and clear traffic volume will lead to increased integration and direct visibility,thus influencing a natural vehicle movement.
