Purpose: Pain assessment is a key component of good pain management in hospitalized *** study aimed to translate and adapt a version of pain measurement in infants,the Premature Infant Pain Profile Revised (PIPP-R) into ***: The adaptation process of the measuring instrument used a modified Brislin method which included forward translation,back translation 1,group discussion 1,back translation 2,group discussion 2,and pilot testing on neonatal nurses: feasibility test,inter-rater reliability using intraclass correlation (ICC),and internal consistency using Cronbach's α ***: The PIPP-R version in English has been translated into *** general,nurses assessed this measuring instrument as *** inter-rater reliability showed a high agreement (ICC =0.968,P=0.001) and this measuring instrument had good internal consistency (Cronbach's α=0.856).Conclusion: The Indonesian version of PIPP-R is easy to use and shows good psychometric *** use of this measuring instrument will help nurses and researchers obtain accurate infant pain intensity measurement values.

The rapid development of communication technology, have changed the landscape of information searching especially among youth. Youth are increasingly inclined to seek information using the new media such as mobile news. Nevertheless, the massive information flows have caused difficulties in finding quality, relevance and credibility of information. Hence, this study was undertaken to identify the problems encountered by the youth when searching for information through mobile news; to recognize the motivational factors in searching information through mobile news; and to find out the acceptance factor in searching information through mobile news. The underlying theory in this research is using Diffusion of Innovation Theory （DOI）. Employing a quantitative approach, a total of 400 respondents from higher learning institutes were selected to be the respondents of this study. The data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science （SPSS） version 21.0. Results of the study show that the problems faced when seeking information through mobile news is information disorder. Further, motivational factors that encourage information seeking through mobile news by youth are related to advantage and observability. At the same time, seeking information through mobile news is accepted by the youth due to their perceived ease of use. In conclusion, it is hoped that the mobile news could be one of the leading learning medium among the youth in the future.

Recent climate change phenomenon and other prevailing environmental problems have marked a need for human beings to rethinking their way of life, particularly in their relationship with the environment. In Islam, human beings are made responsible at his/her best efforts in preserving the environment including practising pro-environmental behaviour. Due to strong pressures by Western public movements since past decades, the emergence of green products in marketplace has provided an alternative and better way of consumption in reducing adverse environmental impacts. However, little attention has been paid on relating green product purchase behaviour with Islamic teachings. Therefore, the paper discusses the role of green products purchase behaviours in reducing adverse environmental impacts and its relationship with Islamic teachings as mentioned in AI-Quran and As-Sunnah. Besides, the importance of green product knowledge in determining green product purchase behaviour is also discussed. Implications from the study would provide some insights on links between green product purchase behaviours and Islamic teachings as well as improving understanding on the influence of knowledge on pro-environmental behaviours both in empirical manner and as being outlined in Islam.

全球化和全球品牌知名度现在可以相互竞争。全球化使客户在购买前更容易进行初步研究,从而有助于加快国际公司的发展。品牌知名度、品牌形象和国家是消费者考虑的一些背景因素。由于越来越多的外国品牌在市场上很容易买到,而且在消费者所在的国家也可以相对容易地买到,因此消费者在做出购买决策时变得更加挑剔。正因为如此,这些产品的品牌知名度还受到一些额外背景因素的影响,例如公司或要购买的产品的品牌形象,以及原产国背景,特别是那些因素影响产品的产地。这项研究考察了消费者的品牌意识与他们购买该品牌的可能性之间的关系。此外,我还研究了品牌形象和品牌原产国将如何影响品牌知名度和购买意愿之间的关系。换句话说,本研究旨在调查了解品牌与有意购买该品牌之间的联系,同时考虑品牌形象和原产国的调节作用。为了检验理论研究模型,本研究采用定量研究方法。经验证据基于从300名受访者那里收集的调查数据。收集的信息使用SPSS 25版进行分析,我使用回归作为测试模型的统计方法。根据结果,品牌知名度对购买意愿有相当大的有益影响。品牌形象和原产国都有积极的影响,加强了品牌形象和购买意愿之间的关系。

During the COVID-19 pandemic,medical and nursing students are faced with various challenges such as the need to attend online classes and juggling clinical postings under the new *** study aimed to assess the asso-ciation between depression,anxiety,and behavioural changes among medical and nursing students during the COVID-19 *** online self-administered questionnaire was distributed between March 2021 and July 2021 to 292 undergraduates medical and nursing students in a higher education institute on the East Coast of *** questionnaires consisted of four parts:sociodemographic data,the Generalised Anxiety Disor-der-7,the Patient Health Questionnaire-9,and questions related to behaviours during the COVID-19 *** study found that 23.6%and 33.6%of the students experienced anxiety and depression respectively,possibly caused by the COVID-19 *** was associated with a high level of behavioural changes during the pandemic with a total of 87%of the students showing behavioural *** interventions such as online counselling and consultation should be implemented by the university to reduce the prevalence of depres-sion and anxiety resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic among medical and nursing students.

Solid polymer electrolytes (SPEs) of polyacrylamide-co-acrylic acid (PAA) as the polymer host and zinc acetate (ZnA) as an ionic dopant were prepared using a single solvent by the solution casting technique. The amorphous and crystalline structures of film were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The surface morphology of samples was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The composition and complex formation of films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The conductivity of the PAA-ZnA films was determined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. According to the XRD and FTIR analyses, all electrolyte films were in amorphous state and the existence of interaction between Zn2+ cations and the PAA structure confirms that the film was successfully prepared. The SEM observations reveal that the electrolyte films appeared to be rough and flat with irregularly shaped surfaces. The highest ionic conductivity (σ) of 1.82 × 10-5 Scm-1 was achieved at room temperature (303 K) for the sample containing 10 wt % ZnA.

Renewable energy is a kind of energy that comes from natural sources like water, sunlight, wind and so on. Water electrolysis is currently the most dominant technology used for hydrogen production from renewable sources because of high energy conversion efficiency. In this present work, the effect of NaHCO3 via electrolysis?was studied. Stainless steel is chosen to be as the electrode and different concentration of NaHCO3 are used as alkaline solutions in electrolysis system. The rates of hydrogen gas produced using different concentration of NaHCO3 and pH value of every sample were measured. The experimental results that the performance of water electrolysis was highly affected by NaHCO3, the rate of hydrogen gas showed that 0.4 M of NaHCO3 and 65 ml/min at pH 8.2 are the best amount.

Salacca zalacca(Gaertn.) Voss(family Arecaceae) is the snake fruit commonly known in Malay language as salak in Malaysia. This exotic fruit has diverse and potential pharmacological properties due to its high antioxidant content. It is often consumed due to its sweet taste. The abundant natural sugar and fibre along with minerals and vitamin makes it a nutritious fruit. Phytochemical investigation on this fruit has revealed the presence of flavonoids, phenolics, glycosides as well as some volatile and aromatic compounds, including gallic acid, quercetin, chlorogenic acid, epicatechin, proanthocyanidins, lycopene and β-carotene. Pharmacological studies on the fruit flesh and peel have shown some tremendous antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anticancer and antidiabetic potential. This review provides the botanical information of Salacca zalacca as well as its scientific investigations involving the distinct pharmacological and phytochemical benefits. This could help in highlighting the lacking data and research gaps on this plant.

The Use of Sludge from Cow Manure Biodigester as Fertilizer and Carrier of Cordyceps sp. for White Grub Pest Control

Processing cow manure into biogas is a solution to reduce air pollutant, because it reduces the smell of the manure up to 70%. Besides producing biogas, the sludge of biodigester can also serve as solid and liquid fertilizer. The solid fertilizer can be used as carder of entomopathogenic fungi to control the pest which lives underground. The research aimed to investigate the benefits of biodigester sludge as fertilizer and carrier of entomopathogenic fungi （Cordyceps sp.） to control white grub pest. The use of organic fertilizer and pesticide in the cultivation can minimize the environmental hazard. The method used in the study was completely randomized design with four treatments, which were the addition of Cordyceps sp. corn media as much as 0, 10, 20 and 30 g/kg of sludge. Every addition was repeated three times to corn planted in a tub. To examine the effect of the treatments, the data were analyzed with ANOVA and Duncan test was applied when differences occurred between treatments. The results of the research showed that the nutrients contained in the manure which had been processed into biogas were not lost. The plants cultivated in the planting medium supplemented with sludge grew healthier, bigger, taller and had stronger and longer roots. On the contrary, the plants cultivated without sludge addition were vulnerable to white grub attack. The Cordyceps sp., which was added into the sludge, was effective to control the white grub. The concentration of Cordyceps sp. as much as 20 g/kg of sludge in corn planting medium was the most effective concentration to control white grub pest.

Latent tuberculosis infection among medical students in Malaysia

Objective: This study aimed to determine prevalence of latent tuberculosis infection among medical students and tuberculosis exposure at the health facilities. Methods: A cross-section of study year 1(n=68) and year 5(n=75) medical students in a local university were recruited for latent tuberculosis infection testing using QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus and a questionnaire analyzed for multivariate risk. Results: The majority of the study were vaccinated with BCG. None of year 1 medical students were positive for latent tuberculosis infection, however, six(8.0%) year 5 students were tested positive for latent tuberculosis infection. A higher incidence of year 5 medical students claimed to be exposed to tuberculosis at health facility(65.3% vs. 4.4%) and a higher percentage reported contact with tuberculosis case over the preceding year compared to year 1 students(30.7% vs. 8.8%). Conclusion: We observed a higher incidence of latent tuberculosis infection and higher exposure to tuberculosis in health facilities among year 5 medical students. Baseline screening and monitoring for progression to tuberculosis infection may benefit tuberculosis management programs.
