A quantitative, non-experimental, and cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted to analyze the perceptions and attitudes of attorney teachers, from the Southern Professional Institute （IPReS） of the Federal State University of Morelos （UAEM）, towards the new information and communication technologies （ICTs）. The investigation was conducted by the method of survey and gathering information through the application of teachers＇ Attitudes Questionnaire to Computers derived from the instrument ＂Teachers＇ Attitudes Toward Computers＂ of Christensen and Knezek （1996） to the total teachers with a law degree who work at the institute. The dimensions involved in the questionnaire were： liking/utility, email, frustration/anxiety, learning/productivity, and negative impact. The results projected in the study reflected that teachers have a positive attitude （medium to favorable） with respect to computers and emails. In addition, the results showed the absence of teachers＇ feelings of anxiety, nervousness, or fear towards using computers.

Our country has an extraordinary tourist richness, proof of which is the southern region of the municipality of Tlaquiltenango, Morelos, which has a number of tourist attractions that could be exploited for the benefit of the community; however, these attractions are underused. In order to carry out a first approach to the object of study, a research with a qualitative approach was done, which allowed us to understand and deepen into the research topic from the perspective of the participants （inhabitants of the communities involved）. The main objective of this paper is to investigate the perspective of the municipal authorities on the realization of an agreement on the participation in their communities, as well as to know from their point of view the economic, social, and cultural environment; Expand their experiences and the way they perceive their reality. The problem was approached from the design and the study with a sample oriented towards the qualitative research denominated homogenous sample. It was concluded that： The people interviewed feel a great love for their people and their roots. It was found that people have cultural identity and a great sense of belonging, and they consider that it is feasible to generate a tourist corridor since they do have the necessary attractions.

The system of obligatory insurance, regulated by the Social Security Law, includes the design of a mixed system, which allows workers to continue contributing to the social security. This mixed system, called voluntary continuation in the obligatory system, contemplates the option for workers who have concluded a work relationship and who wish to continue accumulating weekly contributions necessary to obtain the disability and life insurance rights, such as those of dismissal in old age, and are considered in the Social Security Act of 1973.

This article aims to describe the perception of the residents of Tepoztlan Morelos regarding the level of employment since their designation as Magic Town. Tepoztlan is a municipality in the northern part of the State of Morelos, located in the South-Central of Mexico. It is a magical town situated on the slopes of the Tepozteco Mountain. It is recognized as one of the most attractive places in the aforementioned state. Its relative proximity to Mexico City makes this town an attractive tourist destination for visitors. The importance of this issue lies mainly in the fact that tourism is one of the largest sources of income and employment generation for the country, so it is essential to strengthen the tourism infrastructure through federal programs of social participation, which promotes the development from the bottom to top. With that objective, the Mexican government created a federal program primarily with the purpose of contributing to the development of rural tourism. So, the ＂Magic Towns＂ program emerged as a strategy to generate resources for certain communities and increase the tourist offer. Tepoztlan was one of the first towns to enter the program, so it is relevant to analyze if the benefits generated by this program related to employment are perceived by the population. That is to say, to know the opinion of the settlers on the increase and the conditions of the employment that tourism generates and how the denomination of magical town influences this. Regarding the method used, we can say that it is a research with a quantitative approach, a questionnaire was designed as an instrument for data collection. The sample was obtained by the sampling method called： simple random probabilistic sampling. The results presented here correspond to a sample of 119 inhabitants of Tepoztlan. In summary, the research on this subject allows us to conclude that there is an increase in the generation of jobs in Tepoztl/m since its denomination as Magical Town; however,

This paper addresses the case of the Professional Institute of the Southern Region （IPRES）, an institute of higher education in the State University of Morelos, with the aim of showing the measurement results of organizational climate before and after the change of the principal to know some internal features and describe the organizational climate of workers＇ perception in a transition stage; besides, the influence of the current director＇s leadership is analyzed in the achievement of organizational goals and how the perception of organizational climate or working environment can be affected by female leadership is also dealt with. In Mexico, there are more and more women running various organizations, including those belonging to the field of education, and universities are no exception. On the other hand, the type of leadership being exercised can promote or hinder the proper performance of the institute and may be a factor of distinction and influence the behavior of those who integrate it; therefore, knowing how it works provides feedback about the processes that determine organizational behavior and the working environment.

The objective of this research was to analyze （or characterize） what motivational factors are involved in the continuity of the academic development of students in the Graduate School of Jojutla. The study is quantitative, descriptive, and transversal. The population is composed of 346 students who entered college in 2014. A sample of 52 students out of this population was selected, from the majors of Business Management, Accounting, Law, Environmental Sciences, Psychology, and Computer Science. The data collection instrument was developed by Esquivel and Arjona （2003）, which measured the dimensions of security, affiliation or affection, self-fulfillment, achievement, power, recognition, and knowledge. The results showed that 72.7% of new students place a very high value on the knowledge dimension： learning new things, improve study skills, do research, better overall job training, and interest in learning. However, in other dimensions, such as affiliation or affection, the percentage given by students is 9. 1%. While the study consists of a small sample, the results provide important information on motivation as a factor that must be considered and evaluated throughout the academic record of the student in order to prevent dropouts and increase terminal efficiency.

Patient Satisfaction Related to Their Eye Health Examination at Lúrio University Clinic in Nampula, Mozambique during COVID-19

Introduction: Patient satisfaction is defined as the extent of agreement between what a patient expects to receive from his or her health experience and the perception of the level of care he or she actually receive. With the COVID-19 pandemic, many practices have to adapt to provide health ensuring patients’ safety in first instance. Eye care procedures may be delayed during the pandemic, so eye safety is more important than ever, and it doesn’t only focus on the examination room, all the clinic compartments must be adjusted to ensure that no patient is infected by COVID-19 within the clinic. The aim of this study was to assess the satisfaction of patients who attended the Lúrio University Clinic for eye care during COVID-19. Material and Methods: This is a quantitative, descriptive and cross-sectional study conducted from December 30th, 2020 to April 30th, 2021. A systematic random sampling method was used to enrol 173 participants. Data were collected using an identification form and the patient satisfaction survey. Ethical clearance was obtained from the Lúrio University Bioethical Committee review board, and informed consent term was also received from the participants before data collection. Results: 173 participants (84 women, 48.6% and 89 men, 51.4%) completed the survey with the mean age of 31.14 and standard deviation of ±14.6 years. We found that 98.3% of the participants were satisfied (63.6% satisfied and 34.7% extremely satisfied) with the eye care provided in Lúrio University Clinic. Conclusion: Most of the patients were satisfied with the eye health examination provided in Lúrio University clinic, thus the directions for future research of the study are now opened.
