3d object recognition is a challenging task for intelligent and robot systems in industrial and home indoor *** is critical for such systems to recognize and segment the 3d object instances that they encounter on a frequent *** computer vision,graphics,and machine learning fields have all given it a lot of ***,3d segmentation was done with hand-crafted features and designed approaches that didn’t achieve acceptable performance and couldn’t be generalized to large-scale *** learning approaches have lately become the preferred method for 3d segmentation challenges by their great success in 2d computer ***,the task of instance segmentation is currently less *** this paper,we propose a novel approach for efficient 3d instance segmentation using red green blue and depth(RGB-d)data based on deep *** 2d region based convolutional neural networks(mask R-CNN)deep learning model with point based rending module is adapted to integrate with depth information to recognize and segment 3d instances of *** order to generate 3d point cloud coordinates(x,y,z),segmented 2d pixels(u,v)of recognized object regions in the RGB image are merged into(u,v)points of the depth ***,we conducted an experiment and analysis to compare our proposed method from various points of view and *** experimentation shows the proposed 3d object recognition and instance segmentation are sufficiently beneficial to support object handling in robotic and intelligent systems.

Infrared thermography,velocity and impingement pressure measurements alongside numerical modelling are used in this study to resolve(heated)surface temperature distributions of turbulent swirling impinging jets for two Reynolds numbers(Re=11600 and 24600).Whilst building upon earlier discoveries for this same geometry,this paper provides three new contributions:(1)identifying the role of impingement distance(H/d)as a deciding factor in the trade-off between more efficient heat transfer(at high swirl numbers)and achieving better substrate temperature uniformity(lower gradients),(2)developing correlations to predict Nusselt number for swirling and non-swirling cooling jets,and(3)predicting the underlying mixing field in these jets and its interplay with the thermal distributions *** indicate substrate temperature uniformity varies based on H/d and swirl intensity(S)with a significant level of thermal non-uniformity occurring in near-field impingement(H/d=1)at stronger swirl(S=0.59 and 0.74).Four correlations describing the effects of S,Re,and H on the average heat transfer and stagnation heat transfer are developed and yield accuracies of 8%and 12%,*** recirculation near the impingement surface is predicted at H/d=1 for stronger swirl jets which disappears at other substrate *** peak wall shear stress reduces and the flow impingement becomes radially wider at higher H/d and *** turbulence or eddy viscosity regions for non-swirling jets(S=0)are predicted in the shear layer and entrainment regions at H/d=1,but such turbulence is confined to the impingement and wall jet regions for strongly swirling flows.

The Late Cretaceous Chagai arc outcrops in western Pakistan, southern Afghanistan and eastern Iran. It is in the Tethyan convergence zone, formed by northward subduction of the Arabian oceanic plate beneath the Afghan block. The oldest unit of the Chagai arc is the Late Cretaceous Sinjrani Volcanic Group. This is composed of porphyritic lava flows and volcaniclastic rocks, and subordinate shale, sandstone, limestone and chert. The flows are fractionated low-K tholeiitic basalts, basaltic- andesites, and andesites. Relative enrichment in their LILE and depletion in HFSE, and negative Nb and Ta and positive K, Ba and Sr anomalies point to a subduction-related origin. Compared to mORB, the least fractionated Chagai basalts have low Na2O, Fe2O3^T, CaO, Ti, Zr, Y and ^87Sr/^86Sr. Rather than an Andean setting, these results suggest derivation from a highly depleted mantle in an intraoceanic arc formed by Late Cretaceous convergence in the Ceno-Tethys. The segmented subduction zone formed between Gondwana and a collage of small continental blocks （Iran, Afghan, Karakoram, Lhasa and Burma） was accompanied by a chain of oceanic island arcs and suprasubduction ophiolites including Semail, Zagros, Chagai-Raskoh, Kandahar, muslim Bagh, Waziristan and Kohistan-Ladakh, Nidar, Nagaland and manipur. These complexes accreted to the southern margin of Eurasia in the Late Cretaceous.

Objective:To delineate immunomodulatory role of histamine on antibody generation pr of ile in rabbit in the present dose-dependent histamine ***:The cohort comprised of three groups(Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤ),containing six rabbits each,and received subcutaneous histamine 50μg/kg×bis in die(b.i.d.),100μg/kg×*** 200μg/kg X b.i.d.,respectively for 10 days (starting from the 1st day).They were subsequently immunized on the 3rd day with intravenous injection of sheep blood cell(SRBC)(1×10 cells/mL).GroupⅡ(positive control)(n=6) received vehicle(sterile distilled water) and immunized at day 3 similarly while groupⅠ(negative control) (n=6) remained non-immunized and received only *** experimentations were performed in *** samples were collected on pre-immunization(pre-I)(day 0),as well as on days 7-,14-,21-,28- and 58- post-immunization(post-I).Immunological parameters[total immunoglobulins(Igs),Igm and IgG]were analyzed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) ***:Histamine could influence a detectable antibody response to SRBC as early as day 7-post-I,which lasted until day 58- *** results were found statistically significant(Pde evidence that histamine has a short-term effect on antibody generation(until its presence in the body),and the antibody generation titer in vivo were affected by the concentration of histamine.

Inferior glenohumeral dislocation is the least common type of glenohumeral dislocations. It may be associated with fractures of the adjacent bones and neurovascular compromise. It should be treated immediately by close reduction. The associated neuropraxia usually recovers with time. Traction-counter traction method is commonly used for reduction followed by immobilization of the shoulder for three weeks. Here, we report a case of inferior glenohumeral joint dislocation with greater tuberosity fracture with transient neurovascular compromise and present a brief review of the literature.

In this study,?a 2-d mHd free convection incompressible electrically induced boundary layer analysis on a water/nano-fluidic mixture. The OdE solution is numerically analyzed with a Runge-Kutta model as the thermophysical properties on a magnetic variation as well as temperature ranges of buoyancy effects on the T and V profiles and the wall force friction on the flow is also studied. The temperature and velocity gradients have a significant differential change is been observed in this study.

Objective:To delineate the comparative immunomodulatory roles of H1R-H4R in antibody generation profile in rabbit ***:The cohort comprised of eight groups containing 18(9 male and 9 female) rabbits in each ***Ⅰremained non-immunized and received only vehicle(sterile distilled water,1 mL/kg×b.i.d.) ***Ⅱreceived vehicle (1 mL/kg×b.i.d.) while GroupsⅢ-Ⅶ(drugs-treated) received subcutaneous histamine (100μg/kg×b.i.d.),and intramuscular H1R-antagonist(pheniramine,10 mg/kg×b.i.d.), H2R-antagonist(ranitidine,10 mg/kg×b.i.d.),H3R-antagonist(iodophenpropit,1μg/kg×b.i.d.) and H4R-antagonist(JNJ 7777120,10μg/kg×b.i.d.),and GroupⅧdmSO(1 mL/kg×b.i.d.),respectively for 10 days(starting from day 1).They were subsequendy immunized with intravenous injection of sheep red blood cells(SRBC) at day *** estimation of serum Igs,Igm and IgG were done by ELISA,and observed at day 0(pre-immunization),and 7,14,21,28 and 58(post-immunization).Results:It was shown that histamine and HRs-antagonists could influence a detectable antibody response to SRBC as early as day 7-post-immunization(post-Ⅰ), which lasted until day 58 post-Ⅰ.The results were found statistically significant(Pdy suggests that histamine receptors play important roles in modulation of antibody generation in which H1R,H2R and H4R have immunosuppressive roles and conversely, H3R playes an immune enhancing *** findings of this study may have clinical significance and provide the baseline information for future study.

BACKGROUNd Endoscopic radiofrequency ablation(ERFA),percutaneous radiofrequency ablation(PRFA),and photodynamic therapy(PdT),when used in conjunction with conventional biliary stenting,have demonstrated a survival benefit in patients with unresectable *** To compare pooled survival outcomes,adverse event rates,and mean stent patency for those undergoing these *** A comprehensive literature review of published studies and abstracts from January 2011 to december 2020 was performed comparing survival outcomes in patients undergoing ERFA with stenting,biliary stenting alone,PRFA with stenting,and PdT with stenting for unresectable cholangiocarcinoma(CCA).RESULTS data from four studies demonstrated a pooled mean survival favoring ERFA as compared to biliary stenting alone(12.0±0.9 mo vs 6.8±0.3 mo,Pmproved median survival time(13 mo vs 8 mo,Pd PRFA with stenting groups demonstrated statistical superiority to biliary stenting alone(Pd P=0.004,respectively).However,when comparing ERFA to PRFA,pooled data demonstrated overall higher mean survival in the ERFA with stenting cohort as compared to PRFA with stent cohort(12.0+0.9 mo vs 8.1+2.1 mo,Pdata from two studies demonstrated a pooled median survival favoring ERFA with stenting as compared to PdT with stenting(11.3 mo vs 8.5 mo,P=0.02).CONCLUSION While further prospective,randomized studies are needed to assess efficacy of ERFA,our metaanalysis demonstrated that this technique offers endoscopists a reasonable palliative method by which to treat patients with unresectable CCA that results in longer survival as compared to biliary stenting alone,percutaneous radiofrequency ablation with biliary stenting,and PdT with biliary stenting as well as an acceptable adverse event profile based on available published data.
