Some cultivars of pear(Pyrus L.)show attractive red fruit skin due to anthocyanin *** pigmentation can be affected by environmental conditions,especially *** explore the light-induced regulation network for anthocyanin biosynthesis and fruit coloration in pear,small RNA libraries and mRNA libraries from fruit skins of‘Yunhongyihao’pear were constructed to compare the difference between bagging and debagging *** of RNA-seq of fruit skins with limited light(bagged)and exposed to light(debagged),showed that PyPIF5 was down-regulated after bag ***156a was also differentially expressed between bagged and debagged fruit *** found that PyPIF5 negatively regulated PymiR156a expression in bagged fruits by directly binding to the G-box motif in its *** addition,PymiR156a overexpression promoted anthocyanin accumulation in both pear skin and apple *** confirmed that PymiR156a mediated the cleavage of PySPL9,and that the target PySPL9 protein could form heterodimers with two key anthocyanin regulators(PyMYB114/PyMYB10).We proposed a new module of PyPIF5-PymiR156a-PySPL9-PyMYB114/*** the bagged fruits were re-exposed to light,PyPIF5 was down-regulated and its inhibitory effect on PymiR156a was weakened,which leads to degradation of the target PySPL,thus eliminating the blocking effect of PySPL on the formation of the regulatory MYB ***,this promotes anthocyanin biosynthesis in pear skin.

Robotic gastrectomy with transvaginal specimen extraction for female gastric cancer patients

AIM: To describe the application of complete robotic gastrectomy with transvaginal specimen extraction(TVSE) for gastric cancer ***: Between July and November 2014, eight female patients who were diagnosed with gastric adenocarcinoma underwent a TVSE following a full robot-sewn gastrectomy. According to the tumor location, the patients were allocated to two different groups; two patients received robotic total gastrectomy with TVSE and the other six received robotic distal gastrectomy with ***: Surgical procedures were successfully performed in all eight cases without conversion. The mean age was 55.3(range, 42-69) years, and the mean body mass index was 23.2(range, 21.6-26.0) kg/m2. The mean total operative time and blood loss were 224(range, 200-298) min and 62.5(range, 50-150) m L, respectively. The mean postoperative hospital stay was 3.6(range, 3-5) d. The mean number of lymph nodes resected was 23.6(range, 17-27). None was readmitted within 30 d of postoperation. During the follow-up, no stricture developed nor was any anastomotic leakage ***: It is possible to perform a TVSE following a full robot-sewn gastrectomy with standard D2 lymph node resection for female gastric cancer patients.

Electrochemical property of LiFePO4/C composite cathode with different carbon sources

To improve the performance of battery cathode materials that consist of carbonaceous organic material, carbon coatings on lithium iron phosphate （LiFePO4/C） materials were synthesized by different carbon sources. LiFePO4/C was synthesized by a combination method of sol-gel and gas-phase diffused permeation. LiFeO4/C materials were prepared by coating different carbon con- tents. High-performance composite materials were pre- pared by combining carbon with element doped by two modified methods. The elements of Fe and C came from Fe3＋ and sucrose, glucose, citric acid. Thermogravimetry- differential thermal analysis （TG-DTA）, X-ray diffrac- tometer （XRD）, scanning electron microscope （SEM）, cycle voltammetry （CV）, and charge-discharge test were used to characterize and test the surface morphology, structure, and electrochemical performance. The results show that LiFePO4/C synthesized with sucrose has higher specific discharge capacity than the other materials. The specific discharge capacity of this material is 84.27 mAh.g-1. The capacity retention could attain 94 % of the initial discharge capacity after 30 cycles, showing good electrochemical performance.

REE characteristics of the coal in the Erlian Basin, Inner Mongolia, China, and its economic value

The rare earth elements(REE)content of the coal in the Erlian Basin was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),and it turns out that the REE content from different geological age shows a significant difference:The REE content of the coal in the Jurassic Alatanheli Group is from 152.05×10^(−6) to 1416.21×10^(−6),with an average value of 397.31×10^(−6),and the relative concentration factor shows enriched;the REE content of the coal in Early Cretaceous Baiyanhua Group is from 20.65×10^(−6) to 102.53×10^(−6),the mean value is 49.06×10^(−6),and the relative concentration factor shows *** REE distribution patterns samples in Jurassic and Cretaceous shows the difference:The REE pattern in Jurassic coal mainly manifests as H-type distribution,with the Y,Lu positive anomaly,it is speculated that the fluid carried REE ions into the coal-bearing basin,and the heavy REE gather in the coal due to the different chemical properties of each *** REE occurrence mode is presumed to be mainly *** type is the REE main distribution pattern in Cretaceous *** REE patterns in clastic rocks of the roof,parting and floor of coal seam are similar to the REE patterns in the coal and the most possible reason is that the REE main source is from the clastic *** showed that the coal of the Early Jurassic,especially of Amugulen coalfield has resource value.
