The Muzhailing extra-long highway tunnel and corresponding inclined shafts in Lanzhou,gansu Province,China passes through structurally complex carbonaceous slate that is under high ground ***-designed and effective support is of high importance for achieving safe and efficient tunnel *** No.2 inclined shaft of Muzhailing Tunnel was taken as the engineering background prototype,for which,a similar model test was conducted to evaluate the effect of highly pretightened constant resistance(NPR,Negative Poisson’s Ratio)anchor cable support provision to the geologically complex carbonaceous slate at different *** schemes were proposed during testing:one scheme was without support and the second was with asymmetric support from highly pre-tightened constant resistance anchor *** speckle displacement analysis system and micro-groundstress sensors were employed to measure the deformation and shear stress distribution of the *** results demonstrated that through the second support scheme,the deformation of the surrounding rock could be effectively ameliorated,while this support scheme was applied on the project site of the No.2 inclined shaft,to explore the rationality of the scheme through field engineering ***-site monitoring indicated that the deformation of the surrounding rock was within the reasonable design range and the problem of severe tunnel deformation was effectively *** research methods and related conclusions can be used as a reference for the treatment of large deformation problems in deep-buried soft rock tunnels.

船体型值与图片一样也是序列相关型数据,所以用于生成图片的神经网络模型也能生成船型数据。由于船舶种类繁多、需求复杂,本文研究重点从船舶水线上下、船艏、舯、艉等区域位置特征,和船舶设计中普遍存在球艏、尾轴、艏部外板升高等全局几何特征的条件生成需求出发,训练条件深度卷积生成式对抗网络模型(Con⁃ditional Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Networks)来实现两种特征的条件认知与生成。首先,将实现船型区域位置特征与全局几何特征的条件生成作为目标,分别建立条件深度卷积生成式对抗网络模型;然后,针对两类特征设置若干从易到难的不同分割方案和特征种类,使神经网络能够循序渐进地完成条件生成任务;最后,通过对训练过程和生成结果进行对比,初步证明所研究方法用于解决船型特征条件生成问题的可行性。本研究延续了作者之前的研究成果,属于基于计算机视觉技术的船型智能设计方法领域,旨在进一步探索引入人工智能实现船型智能设计的可行性方法。

Moxibustion activates mast cell degranulation at the ST25 in rats with colitis

AIM: To investigate the effects of moxibustion on the morphology and function of mast cells (MC) at Tianshu (ST25) in rats with trinitro-benzene-sulfonic acid (TNBS)-induced colitis. METHODS: A total of 53 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into a normal group and experimental group. In the experimental group, a rat model of TNBS-induced colitis was established, and the rats were then randomly divided into a model group, moxi-bustion group, moxibustion plus disodium cromoglycate (M + DC) group and moxibustion plus normal saline (M+ NS) group. Rats in the moxibustion group received suspended moxibustion at bilateral ST25 for 10 min, once a day for 7 d. Rats in the M + DC and M + NS groups were pretreated with disodium cromoglycate and normal saline at bilateral ST25, respectively, and were then concurrently subjected to the same treatment as rats in the moxibustion group. The hematoxy- lin-eosin staining method was used to observe histology of the colon and the toluidine blue-improved method was used to observe mast cells at ST25 acupoint areas. RESULTS: An improvement in colonic injury in the moxibustion group was observed and the degranulation ratio of MC at ST25 acupoint was markedly higher in the moxibustion group than in the model group (45.91 ± 11.41 vs 32.58 ± 8.28, P < 0.05). After inhibition of degranulation of MC at ST25 by disodium cromoglycate, no improvement in colon tissue injury was observed. CONCLUSION: Moxibustion exerted its effect on healing impaired colonic mucosa in rats with TNBS-induced colitis by increasing the degranulation ratio of local MC, but had little effect on the morphology of MC at ST25 acupoint.

Combined subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery and endovenous laser treatment without impact on the great saphenous vein for management of lower-extremity varicose veins

Background Conventional high ligation and stripping of the great saphenous vein （GSV） has a good curative effect but is highly traumatic with a considerable relapse rate. Subfascial endoscopic perforator surgery （SEPS） plus endovenous laser treatment （EVLT） could be applied as individual therapy. This study aimed to evaluate the feasibility of performing combined SEPS and EVLT without impacting GSV in the management of valvular insufficiency of the lower-limb venous perforators. Methods Placement of lower-limb venous perforator insufficiency was marked by ascending phlebography in 83 affected limbs from September 2010 to June 2011. After randomization, SEPS was performed on 41 limbs to address the insufficiency of the venous perforators under the deep fascia, in combination with EVLT to close the superficial varicose veins without impacting the GSV. The remaining 42 limbs were treated using traditional GSV phlebectomy as controls. Results Postoperatively, all varicose veins were resolved, with lightening of the pigmentation and healing of the ulcer. Within a follow-up period of 5-11 months, no symptoms had recurred. Compared with the control group, the operation time, the number of incisions sutured, and the in-hospital time decreased on average by 1.5 hours, 4.7, and 6.8 days, respectively （P 〈0.01 in all cases）. Conclusion Combined SEPS and EVLT for treatment of valvular insufficiency of the lower-limb venous perforators offer the advantages of microtrauma and rapid cure.

在Ingan/gan异质结构量子阱内存在巨大的压电极化场,这严重地削弱了量子阱的发光效率.为了减弱量子阱内的压电极化场,通常引入应变调制插入层提升器件的发光性能.为了研究Ingan/gan超晶格的应变调制效果和机理,实验设计制备了具有n型Ingan/gan超晶格插入层的外延结构及其对照样品.变温光致发光谱测试表明引入n型Ingan/gan超晶格插入层的样品发光波长更短且内量子效率提升,相应的电致发光谱积分强度也显著增加且半宽减小,说明引入超晶格应变插入层可以在一定程度上抑制影响发光效率的量子限制Stark效应.理论计算结果表明:在生长有源区量子阱前引入超晶格应变层,可以削弱有源区量子阱内极化内建电场,减弱有源区量子阱能带倾斜,增加电子空穴波函数交叠,提高发射几率,缩短辐射复合寿命,有利于辐射复合与非辐射复合的竞争,实现更高的复合效率,从而提高发光强度.本文从实验和理论两方面验证了超晶格应变调制插入层可以有效改善器件性能,为器件的结构设计优化指明方向.

c-Jun N-terminal kinase 3 expression in the retina of ocular hypertension mice:a possible target to reduce ganglion cell apoptosis

Glaucoma, a type of optic neuropathy, is characterized by the loss of retinal ganglion cells. It remains controversial whether c-Jun N-terminal kinase （JNK） participates in the apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells in glaucoma. This study sought to explore a possible mechanism of action of JNK signaling pathway in glaucoma-induced retinal optic nerve damage. We established a mouse model of chronic ocular hypertension by reducing the aqueous humor followed by pho- tocoagulation using the laser ignition method. Results showed significant pathological changes in the ocular tissues after the injury. Apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells increased with increased intraocular pressure, as did JNK3 mRNA expression in the retina. These data indicated that the increased expression of JNK3 mRNA was strongly associated with the increase in intraocular pressure in the retina, and correlated positively with the apoptosis of retinal ganglion cells.

A new anti-diabetic sesquiterpenoid from Acorus calamus

A new sesquiterpenoid, 1β,5α-guaiane-4β,10α-diol-6-one （1）, was isolated from 70% EtOH extract of the rhizomes of Acorus calamus. The structure was determined on spectroscopic methods, especially 2D NMR techniques. The absolute configuration of 1 was confirmed by TDDFT quantum chemical calculation of its ECD spectrum. Compound 1 showed promising anti-diabetic activity on a insulin-mediated glucose consumption model of HepG2 cells.

A Novel S-Box GenerationMethodology Based on the Optimized ganModel

S-boxes can be the core component of block ciphers,and how to efficiently generate S-boxes with strong cryptographic properties appears to be an important task in the design of block *** this work,an optimized model based on the generative adversarial network(gan)is proposed to generate 8-bit *** central idea of this optimized model is to use loss function constraints for *** specially,the Advanced Encryption Standard(AES)S-box is used to construct the sample dataset via the affine equivalence ***,three models are respectively built and cross-trained to generate 8-bit S-boxes based on three extended frameworks of gan,i.e.,Deep Convolution Generative Adversarial Networks(DCgan),Wasserstein Generative Adversarial Networks(Wgan),and WassersteinGenerativeAdversarial NetworkwithGradient Penalty(WganGP).Besides,an optimized model based onWgan-GP referred to asWGPIM is also proposed,which adds the loss function constraints to the generator network of the Wgan-GP model,including bijection loss,differential uniformity loss,and nonlinearity *** this case,8-bit S-boxes can be generated with *** results illustrate that the WGP-IM model can generate S-boxes with excellent cryptographic *** particular,the optimal differential uniformity of the generated S-boxes can be reduced to 8,and the nonlinearity can be up to *** with previous S-box generation methods,this new method is simpler and it can generate S-boxes with excellent cryptographic properties.
