Reflective displays have stimulated considerable interest because of their friendly readability and low energy ***,we develop a reflective display technique via an electro-microfluidic assembly of particles(eMAP)strategy whereby colored particles assemble into annular and planar structures inside a dyed water droplet to create"open"and"closed"states of a display ***-in-oil droplets are compressed within microwells to form a pixel *** particles dispersed in droplets are driven by deformation-strengthened dielectrophoretic force to achieve fast and reversible motion and assemble into multiple *** eMAP based device can display designed information in three primary colors with≥170°viewing angle,~0.14 s switching time,and bistability with an optimized material *** proposed technique demonstrates the basis of a high-performance and energy-saving reflective display,and the display speed and color quality could be further improved by structure and material optimization;exhibiting a potential reflective display technology.

局部特征信息在图像分割中扮演着重要角色,然而基于文本的实例分割任务具有对输入文本表达式的依赖性,无法直接从原始的输入图像中提取局部特征信息。针对这一问题,提出了一种具体的名词引导局部特征提取的深度神经网络模型(NgLFNet),NgLFNet模型可根据输入文本表达式中的关键名词来自动挖掘待分割对象的局部特征信息。具体地,该模型首先通过语句分析得到关键名词;其次通过文本和图像编码器提取相应特征,并利用关键名词通过多头注意力机制获取高关注区域局部特征;然后逐步融合多模态特征;最后在解码修正模块利用得到的局部特征对预测掩膜进行更细致的修正,从而得到最终结果。将该方法与多种主流基于文本的实例分割方法进行对比,实验结果表明该方法提升了分割效果。

国际刑事诉讼中对逮捕的审查主要有审查主体、审查内容和审查结果几个方面。特设法庭对逮捕的审查主体是审判法官,国际刑事法院对逮捕的审查主体是预审法官。特设法庭没有单独规定逮捕的条件,其确认起诉也就意味着满足了逮捕的条件;国际刑事法院《罗马规约》单独规定了逮捕的条件,包含实质要件和必要要件。对于国际刑事法庭签发的逮捕令,应了解其内容、效力、修改和撤销程序以及保密等方面的基本问题。

旧刑诉法侦查程序的主要特点是侦查机关权力强大和相对人权利弱小的矛盾。新刑诉法对侦查程序的修改，主要有以下几个方面：一是扩大了律师在侦查程序中的参与权，赋予律师辩护人地位；二是改革部分强制措施；三是技术侦查合法化；四是非法证据排除规则及其警察出庭作证制度确立等。对于新刑诉法的修改，侦查机关面临的挑战和应对的策略主要有：一是观念转变；二是改变传统侦查模式，由传统侦查模式走向现代侦查模式；三是改变目前侦查机关和检察机关的关系，由侦检分立走向侦检合作。

进入大数据时代后,互联网应用和信息服务全面普及,大量的个人敏感生物信息被收集整理,导致隐私泄露风险增加;事件相机作为新型的生物启发式传感器,具有低延迟、高动态、无纹理等特性,可为解决数据端隐私保护问题提供全新的技术途径,也因其光敏工作原理而适用于家庭监控等私人场景。本文从大数据时代的隐私泄露问题、事件相机在隐私保护中的优势两方面,深入分析了事件相机用于隐私保护的研究背景;系统梳理了基于人脸模板的隐私保护、基于去识别的隐私保护、基于点云混沌加密的隐私保护等传统的敏感生物信息隐私保护方法,包括行人重识别、手势识别、面部分析在内的面向隐私保护的事件感知方法以及两大类方法的研究进展。进一步总结了强度图像重建、图像修复、视频重建等基于事件流的图像重建与修复新进展,完成了基于6种算法的图像重建及其结果分析,证明已有重建算法对纹理信息的恢复能力有限,反向验证了基于事件相机的隐私保护技术可行性。针对事件相机未来的规模化应用,提出了降低硬件成本、改进算法网络、从市场角度推动等发展建议,以期为事件相机的隐私保护深化应用提供基础参考。

The core of recommendation models is estimating the probability that a user will like an item based on historical interactions. Existing collaborative filtering(CF) algorithms compute the likelihood by utilizing simple relationships between objects, e.g., user-item, item-item, or user-user. They always rely on a single type of object-object relationship, ignoring other useful relationship information in data. In this paper, we model an interaction between user and item as an edge and propose a novel CF framework, called learnable edge collaborative filtering(LECF). LECF predicts the existence probability of an edge based on the connections among edges and is able to capture the complex relationship in data. Specifically, we first adopt the concept of line graph where each node represents an interaction edge; then calculate a weighted sum of similarity between the query edge and the observed edges(i.e., historical interactions) that are selected from the neighborhood of query edge in the line graph for a recommendation. In addition, we design an efficient propagation algorithm to speed up the training and inference of LECF. Extensive experiments on four public datasets demonstrate LECF can achieve better performance than the state-of-the-art methods.

Puccinia triticina(Pt), as the causal agent of wheat leaf rust, employs a plethora of effector proteins to modulate wheat immunity for successful colonization. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying Pt effector-mediated wheat susceptibility remains largely unexplored. In this study, an effector Pt_21 was identified to interact with the apoplast-localized wheat thaumatin-like protein TaTLP1 using a yeast two-hybrid assay and the Pt_21-TaTLP1 interaction was characterized. The interaction between Pt_21 and TaTLP1 was validated by in vivo co-immunoprecipitation assay. A TaTLP1 variant,TaTLP1C71A, that was identified by the site-directed mutagenesis failed to interact with Pt_21. Pt_21was able to suppress Bax-mediated cell death in leaves of Nicotiana benthamiana and inhibit TaTLP1-mediated antifungal activity. Furthermore, infiltration of recombinant protein Pt_21 into leaves of transgenic wheat line overexpressing TaTLP1 enhanced the disease development of leaf rust compared to that in wild-type leaves. These findings demonstrate that Pt_21 suppresses host defense response by directly targeting wheat TaTLP1 and inhibiting its antifungal activity, which broadens our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying Pt effector-mediated susceptibility in wheat.
