PFCs(Perfluoro compounds) is used as cleaning gas and etching gas at semiconductor industry. Exhausted PFC have strong effect to global worming. For example, exhausted CF4 have very long life at atmosphere (50,000 years), then it effect to global worming 6500 times compare with CO2. Recently, reduction of exhaust PFC is required. High decomposition method of PFC was developed in this research. CF4 have most strong bond among PFC, then CF4 was chosen to investigate of decomposition characterization of PFC.

In this paper, an exact order reduction approach based on real eigenvalues will be proposed for the FornasiniMarchesini state-space model of multidimensional（n-D） systems. Specifically, earlier results on the connection between eigenvalues and reducibility are generalized and applied to the exact order reduction for Fornasini-Marchesini state-space models. Moreover, corresponding examples are given to illustrate the details as well as the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Electrical properties of dielectric materials,such as permittivity or conductivity,can be adjusted by adding appropriate filler into the dielectric *** this study,multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were aligned in ultraviolet (UV) cured epoxy resin by exerting AC high electric field to fabricate a composite *** order to clarify the relationship between MWCNTs alignment under AC high electric field and the electrical properties of the epoxy resin,the dependence of the network formation and the resistivity of film upon applied electric field time and the frequency were *** on a simulation of electric field distribution,a new type of array of parallel electrodes was designed to preparing large scale,in plane aligned MWCNTs conductive composite *** experiment results showed that MWCNTs aligned and formed conductive network between each pair of the electrodes along the direction of electric *** resistivity of cured MWCNT/epoxy composite film decreased three orders of magnitude than that of without electric filed application.

A patient presented with hematemesis due to gastric variceal bleeding with an intratumoral arterioportal shunt. Contrast-enhanced CT revealed gastric varices and hepatocellular carcinoma with tumor thrombi in the right portal vein. Angiography and angio-CT revealed a marked intratumoral arterioportal shunt accompanied with reflux into the main portal vein and gastric varices. Balloon-occluded retrograde venography from the gastro-renal shunt showed no visualization of gastric varices due to rapid blood flow through the intratumoral arterioportal shunt. The hepatic artery was temporarily occluded with a balloon catheter to reduce the blood flow through the arterioportal shunt, and then concurrent balloon-occluded retrograde transvenous obliteration （BRTO） was achieved. Vital signs stabilized immediately thereafter, and contrast-enhanced CT revealed thrombosed gastric varices. Worsening of hepatic function was not recognized. BRTO combined with temporary occlusion of the hepatic artery is a feasible interventional procedure for ruptured high flow gastric varices with an intratumoral arterioportal shunt.

The morphologies and properties of epoxy/brominated-phenoxy blends cured with novolac phenolic resin have been *** the brominated-phenoxy content for epoxy was less than 30%with a weight,the continuous phase was formed by the cured ***,when the brominated-phenoxy content was more than 40%with a weight, a phase-inverted morphology was observed by scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM).In all these cured blends,two discrete T’s were found by dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA).Since the higher T was found at 155℃, the phase could be attributed to cured epoxy ***,since the lower Tg was found at 128℃,the phase could be attributed to *** brominated-phenoxy contents were in 40%～50%with a weight,although brominated -phenoxy of thermoplastics formed a continuous phase,rubbery plateaus of storage modulus(E’) were still found, i.e.,it was found that both properties of thermoplastics and thermoset could exist together in these cured *** the tensile elongation and the tensile strength could be increased together,and the T-peel adhesion strength and the lapshear adhesion strength also could be increased together.

AIM To investigate whether an uncovered self-expandable metal stent(UCSEMS) with a large diameter could prevent recurrent biliary obstruction(RBO).METHODS Thirty-eight patients with malignant biliary obstruction underwent treatment with an UCSEMS with a 14-mm diameter(Niti-S 14). Retrospectively, we evaluated technical and functional success rate, RBO rate, time to RBO, survival time, and adverse events in these *** Stent placement success and functional success were achieved in all patients. Two patients(5.3%) had RBO due to tumor ingrowth or overgrowth. The median time to RBO was 190(range, 164-215) d. The median survival time was 120(range, 18-502) d. The 6-mo non-RBO rate was 91%. Other adverse events other than RBO occurred as follows: Acute cholecystitis, post-ERCP pancreatitis, hemobilia, and fever without exacerbation of liver injury, and liver abscess in 4(10.3%), 3(7.9%), 2(5.3%), 1(2.6%), and 1(2.6%), respectively. Migration of the stents was not *** Niti-S 14 is considered to be a preferable metal stent because of a low rate of RBO with no migration.

＜正＞This research and study was a joint effort made by members of the Faculty of Maritime Sciences, Kobe University （former Kobe University of Mercantile Marine） and Japan Marine Science Inc. The objective of the study was to make specific proposals for the structuring of a new maritime society from a national viewpoint. The study started with a questionnaire and interviews conducted with subjects from the maritime industry to get an idea of the current and near-futuristic pictures of marine technicians in our country. It revealed a growing need for human resources of management level with experience in sea service as officers/engineers. It also showed that the growth of such a job market is doomed to be restricted if the current system of life-time employment is maintained by shipping companies in our country. Then, research was conducted with its focus placed on European maritime communities. It uncovered initiatives undertaken in Europe to encourage seafarers to completely shift, earlier than before, to jobs ashore in order to cope with a shortage of marine technicians of management level. Following the results of the research, we have, as a conclusion of the study, proposed that: （1） Our country also promptly bring about a two-stage career system in which seafarers shift to shore-based work completely, after finishing sea service in the middle of their thirties;and （2） Initiatives be launched to structure some organizational and systematic arrangements in which each young marine technician can elect his own period of sea service as a career path because the current industrial landscape would be difficult to change if the two-stage career system is put in place under the life-time employment arrangement within the current framework in each group of shipping companies.
