Hepat.cellular carcinoma (HCC) represent. approximat.ly 90% of all primary liver cancers and is a major global healt. concern. Pat.ent. wit. HCC can be managed curat.vely wit. surgical resect.on or wit. liver t.ansplant.t.on, if t.ey are diagnosed at.an early st.ge. Unfort.nat.ly, most.pat.ent. wit. HCC present.wit. ad-vanced st.ges of t.e disease and have underlying liver dysfunct.on, which allows only 15%of pat.ent. t. be eligible for curat.ve t.eat.ent. Several different.t.eat.ent.modal-it.es are available, including locoregional t.erapy radiofre-quency ablat.on, microwave ablat.on, percut.neous et.anol inject.on, t.ans-art.rial chemoembolizat.on, t.ansart.rial radio-embolizat.on, cryoablat.on, radiat.on t.erapy, st.reo-t.ct.c radiot.erapy, syst.mic chemot.erapy, molecularly t.rget.d t.erapies, and immunot.erapy. MEt.ODS： Direct.hyperplasia-mediat.d liver regenerat.on was induced in female C57BL/6 mice by administ.ring 1,4-bisr2-（3,5-dichloropyridyloxy）] benzene （t.POBOP）, a represent.t.ve hepat.mit.gen. Mice were weighed and sacrificed at.various t.me point. [Day 0 （D0： prior t. inject.on）, 3 h, D1, D2, D3, and D10] aft.r t.POBOP administ.at.on t. obt.in liver and blood samples. Using t.e RNA samples ext.act.d from t.e liver, a comprehensive analysis was performed on t.e hepat.c gene expression profiling of coagulat.on-relat.d fact.rs by real-t.me Rt.PCR （fibrinogen, prot.rombin, fact.rs Ⅴ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ, Ⅺ, Ⅻ, ⅩⅢβ , plasminogen, ant.t.rombin, prot.in C, prot.in S, ADAMt.13, and VWF）. t.e corresponding plasma levels of coagulat.on fact.rs （fibrinogen, prot.rombin, fact.rs Ⅴ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ, Ⅹ, Ⅺ, Ⅻ, ⅩⅢ, and VWF） were also analyzed and compared wit. t.eir mRNA levels. RESULt.： Gavage administ.at.on of t.POBOP （3 mg/kg body weight. result.d in a marked and gradual increase in t.e weight.of t.e mouse livers relat.ve t. t.e t.t.l body weight.t. 220% by D10 relat.ve t. t.e DO （cont.ol） rat.os. At.t.e peak of liver regenerat.on （D1 and D2）, t.e gene expression levels for most.of t.e coagulat.onrelat.d fact.rs （fibrinogen, prot.rombin, fact.rs Ⅴ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ,Ⅺ, Ⅻ, ⅩⅢβ, plasminogen, ant.t.rombin, prot.in C, ADAMt.13, VWF） were found t. be downregulat.d in a t.me-dependent.manner, and gradually recovered by D10 t. t.e basal levels. Only mRNA levels of fact.r X and prot.in S failed t. show any decrease during t.e regenerat.ve phase. As for t.e plasma levels, 5 clot.ing fact.rs （prot.rombin, fact.rs Ⅷ, Ⅸ, Ⅺ, and Ⅻ） demonst.at.d a significant.decrease （P 〈 0.05） during t.e regenerat.on phase compared wit. DO. An 8 bit.implement.t.on is ut.lized for t.is current.generat.r circuit. t.e average pulse widt. for t.is eight. channel st.mulat.r wit. 1 mA current. 20 Hz frequency and 8 bit. resolut.on, is 150 - 300 μs. t.e average power consumpt.on for a single-channel st.mulat.on is 38 mW from a 1.2 V power supply. t.is implant.ble st.mulat.r syst.m was simulat.d in HSPICE using 90 nm CMOS t.chnology.

目的:检测Foxp3在子宫内膜异位症组织中的表达,探讨内异症的发病机制。方法:通过免疫组化染色,观察21例子宫内膜异位症卵巢巧克力囊肿及同一患者盆腔腹膜中Foxp3的表达,并与10例正常子宫内膜和10例正常腹膜进行比较。结果:子宫内膜异位症患者卵巢巧克力囊肿及其盆腔腹膜中均可见到Foxp3阳性细胞表达,且二者Foxp3阳性细胞计数比较差异无显著;正常子宫内膜和正常腹膜中无Foxp3阳性细胞表达。结论:Foxp3启动了调节性t.胞的免疫抑制功能,使盆腔内免疫环境呈免疫耐受状态,当有活性的子宫内膜细胞进入盆腔后没有被免疫系统识别和清除,而是在盆腔内异位处发生侵袭、种植及进一步生长,这可能是子宫内膜异位症发生的机制之一。
