General radiography leaves enough clues for the ongoing diagnostic evaluation of the patient. The important clues can save a lot of time lost and other unnecessary investigations in the management of the patient illness. Sacrospinous ligament connects the sacrum with the pelvis. This in fact stabilizes the pelvis as it provides the support. This is important as this is helpful in supporting the vaginal vault in cases of prolapsed uterus in females. We report a 50-year-old male who had come for his intravenous pyelography for left ureteric calculus and was found to be having multiple other associated findings like osteophytosis, bilateral ilial horns and bilateral sacrospinous ligament calcifications. The clue was that of calcification and hardening of left sacrospinous ligament which has led to the formation of left side ureteric calculus. This ureteric calculus has caused great progressive damage to the left kidney by causing gross hydrouretero-nephrosis due to complete obstruction.

Background: Posterior fossa haemangioblastoma tumors are slightly rare and these originate from the brain blood vascular network. Cerebellum and brain stem are the commonest places of occurrence. These are benign and produce symptoms quite late because of their slow growing asymptomatic nature. Case report: We present 24-years old female who was wrongly diagnosed as having giant tuberculomas of the posterior fossa by MR spectroscopy. Contrast enhanced computerized tomography (CECT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) studies had shown the results more in favor of tuberculoma. She was given anti-tubercular therapy (ATT) but without any much improvement. The condition aggravated by causing obstructive hydrocephalus at the level of fourth ventricle. The patient was operated upon for the mass lesion and on histopathology;it was proved to be a case of cerebellar haemangioblastoma. Conclusion: MR spectroscopy can sometimes be misleading and can lead to mis-mangemant. The reliability of spectroscopy is debatable and has to be decided on the merits along with clinical symptomatology.

Mutations in the receptor binding domain(RBD)of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein have given birth to the new variants of concern *** and Omicron *** we are using vaccines which are either mRNA of spike protein of Wuhan strain or its whole virion vaccine,these vaccines will trigger antibodies to be able to bind with the epitopes of spike protein of Wuhan *** appears a need to study whether vaccine generated circulating neutralizing antibodies in vaccinated people are able to neutralize the receptor binding domain of spike protein of currently circulating Delta and Omicron strains as *** need to address this contention in two phases:first to undertake docking studies of vaccine generated antibodies with Wuhan,Delta and Omicron strains and second to conduct the wet lab studies and observe antigen-antibody bindings employing Immunofluorescence and Cryo-Electron Microscopic *** present paper reports results of docking studies using bioinformatic softwares to provide the baseline information for wet lab studies.

Electrolyzed Oxidized Water (EOW) is produced by passing a diluted salt solution through an electrolytic cell, having anode and cathode electrodes. The anode and cathode are separated by a bipolar membrane. Negatively charged ions—chloride and hydroxide in the diluted salt solution move to anode to give up electrons and become gas (O2, Cl2) and hypochlorous acid and having redox potential of +700 to +800 mV with pH 4.0. It has a strong oxidation potential and a shortage of electrons giving it the ability to oxidize and sterilize. In microbial inactivation process, oxidized water damage cell membranes, create disruption in cell metabolic processes and essentially kill the cell. EOW, also a strong acid, is different to hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid in that it is not corrosive to skin, mucous membrane, or organic material. It is easy to handle and suitable for the sanitation of the plant and decontamination of foods. Electrolyzed water has been tested and used as a disinfectant in the food industry and other applications.
