AIM:To explore whether CD3ε is involved in the adaptive immunity of Aspergillus fumigatus(***)keratitis in mice and the role of innate and adaptive immunity in ***:Mice models of *** keratitis were established by intra-stromal injection and corneal epithelial *** injections of natamycin,wedelolactone,LOX-1 inhibitor(poly I)or Dectin-1 inhibitor(laminarin)were used to treat mice with *** *** were pretreated by intraperitoneal injection of anti-mouse CD3ε.We observed the corneal infection of mice under the slit lamp microscope and made a clinical *** protein expression of CD3ε and interleukin-10(IL-10)was determined by Western ***:With the disease progresses,the degree of corneal opacity and edema *** the intrastromal injection models,CD3εprotein expression began to increase significantly on the 2^(nd) ***,in the scraping epithelial method models,CD3ε only began to increase on the 3^(rd) *** natamycin treatment,the degree of corneal inflammation in mice was significantly attenuated on the 3^(rd) *** wedelolactone treatment,the severity of keratitis *** the amount of CD3ε protein was also reduced,compared with the control *** inhibiting LOX-1 and Dectin-1,there was no significant difference in CD3ε production compared with the control *** inhibiting CD3ε,corneal ulcer area and clinical score increased,and IL-10 expression was ***:As a pan T cell marker,CD3ε participate in the adaptive immunity of *** keratitis in *** our mice models,the corneas will enter the adaptive immune stage *** regulating IL-10,CD3ε exerts antiinflammatory and repairs effects in the adaptive immune stage.

Micromechanical Behavior and Failure Mechanism of F / B Multi-phase High Performance Steel

The deformation and micro-voids formation mechanisms in ferrite / bainite（ F / B） multi-phase steel with the volume fraction of bainite less than 50% were studied by numerical simulation and experimental observation. The results show that the micro-strain concentrates at the soft / hard phase（ F / B） interface in the multi-phase steel,which should be correlated with the mechanism of incoordinate deformation. During the necking of the steel,the micro-voids initially form around the F / B interface,which also form in ferrite and bainite with the severe strain. The micro-voids in bainite are more dense and finer than those in ferrite. The failure mechanism of bainite is the coalescence of micro-voids,and the failure mechanism of ferrite is the growth and tearing of micro-voids. Due to the different failure mechanisms of ferrite and bainite,a suitable part of soft phase would be beneficial to the capability of anti-failure of F / B multi-phase steel during the ductile fracture.

An optimization of harmonic structure nickel-saving cryogenic steel via combinatorial high-throughput experiment

A combinatorial high-throughput experiment(HTE)was used to optimize composition and process of nickel-saving cryogenic steel.A gradient temperature heat treatment method with a high linear distribution of heat treatment temperature using customized graphite sleeve direct current heating was used in the combinatorial HTE,which enhanced the richness of the sample library for the single preparation of the 10^(2) level component process *** steel with excellent mechanical properties was optimized using this combinatorial HTE,and the Ni content was reduced from the traditional 9 to 5.6 wt.%by using Mn instead of *** heterogeneous structure architecture strategy and strengthening and toughening mechanism of the harmonic structure induced by intrinsic heat treatment of additive manufacturing were *** the composition process optimization of Ni-saving cryogenic steel as an example,the boosting ability of combinatorial HTE in the research and development of new metal materials was proposed.

Are quantum states real? This most fundamental question in quantum mechanics has not yet been satisfactorily resolved, although its realistic interpretation seems to have been rejected by various delayedchoice experiments. Here, to address this long-standing issue, we present a quantum twisted double-slit experiment. By exploiting the subluminal feature of twisted photons, the real nature of a photon during its time in flight is revealed for the first time. We found that photons' arrival times were inconsistent with the states obtained in measurements but agreed with the states during propagation. Our results demonstrate that wavefunctions describe the realistic existence and evolution of quantum entities rather than a pure mathematical abstraction providing a probability list of measurement outcomes. This finding clarifies the long-held misunderstanding of the role of wavefunctions and their collapse in the evolution of quantum entities.

Analysis and Optimization of Transient Mode Switching Behavior for Power Split Hybrid Electric Vehicle with Clutch Collaboration

The power split hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)adopts a power coupling configuration featuring dual planetary gearsets and multiple clutches,enabling diverse operational modes through clutch engagement and *** multi-clutch configuration usually involves the collaboration of two clutches during the transient mode switching process,thereby substantially elevating control *** study focuses on power split HEVs that integrate multi-clutch mechanisms and investigates how different clutch collaboration manners impact the characteristics of transient mode *** powertrain model for the power-split HEV is established utilizing matrix-based *** the formulation of clutch torque curves and clutch collaboration models,this research systematically explores the effects of clutch engagement timing and the duration of clutch slipping state on transient mode switching *** upon this analysis,an optimization problem for control parameters pertaining to the two collaborative clutches is *** simulated annealing algorithm is employed to optimize these control *** results demonstrate that the clutch collaboration manners have a great influence on the transient mode switching *** with the pre-calibrated benchmark and the optimal solution derived by the genetic algorithm,the maximal longitudinal jerk and clutch slipping work during the transient mode switching process is reduced obviously with the optimal control parameters derived by the simulated annealing *** study provides valuable insights for the dynamic coordinated control of the power-split HEVs featuring complex clutch collaboration mechanisms.

Effects of rafting on the meso deformation and fracture behaviour of a Ni-based single crystal superalloy at room temperature: In-situ observation and simulation

Microstructural rafting of Ni-based single-crystal(SC) superalloys is inevitable at elevated temperatures during long-term service with mechanical loading, which significantly affects the mechanical behaviour of the material. In this study, the effects of rafting on the mesodeformation and fracture behaviour of a Ni-based SC superalloy under cyclic and tensile loads were investigated using in situ scanning electron microscopy(SEM), digital image correlation(DIC), and crystal plasticity finite element method(CP-FEM) simulations. The results indicated that the tensile strength decreased significantly in the rafted specimens. In the cyclic tests, both the virgin and rafted specimens showed an increase in the maximum shear strain with cycle number. The interaction of cross-slip bands was captured by in situ SEM-DIC around the micro-notch of the virgin specimens during the tensile test, while a more homogeneous local deformation field was observed in the rafting specimens. In addition,the fracture behaviour was strongly influenced by the rafting morphology. The crack exhibited instantaneous and long-range fracture features along the octahedral plane as it propagated in the rafting specimen, whereas it deflected over a short distance between the crystallographic planes at an early stage in the virgin specimen, which is consistent with the CP-FEM ***, the CP-FEM results for the crack initiation direction on(111) dominant slip plane were consistent with the in situ SEM observations.

High-Temperature Stability of Mg-1Al-12Y Alloy Containing LPSO Phase and Mechanism of Its Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)Effect

In this study,the high-temperature stability and the generation mechanism of the Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC)effect in solid-solution Mg-1Al-12Y alloy with different heat treatment processes were investigated by adjusting the content of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)*** was found that the content of LPSO phases in the alloys differed the most after heat treatment at 530℃for 16 h and 24 h,with values of 13.56%and 3.93%***,high-temperature tensile experiments were conducted on these two alloys at temperatures of 150℃,200℃,250℃,and 300℃.The results showed that both alloys exhibited the PLC effect at temperatures ranging from 150 to 250℃.However,at a temperature 300℃,only the alloy with a greater concentration of LPSO phases exhibited the PLC effect,whereas the alloy with a lower proportion of LPSO phases did not exhibit this ***,both alloys exhibited remarkable high-temperature stability,with the alloy containing a greater percentage of LPSO phases also demonstrating superior *** underlying mechanism for this phenomenon lies in the exceptional high-temperature stability exhibited by the second phase within the ***,the LPSO phase effectively obstructs the movement of dislocations,and it also undergoing kinking to facilitate plastic deformation of the *** results indicate that the PLC effect can be suppressed by reducing dislocation pile-up at grain boundaries,which leads to a decrease in alloy plasticity but an increase in *** presence of the PLC effect in the WA121 alloy is attributed to the abundant dispersed second phase within the alloy,which initially hinders the movement of dislocations,leading to an increase in stress,and subsequently releases the dislocations,allowing them to continue their movement and thereby reducing in stress.

Pressure transient characteristics of non-uniform conductivity fractured wells in viscoelasticity polymer flooding based on oil-water two-phase flow

Polymer flooding in fractured wells has been extensively applied in oilfields to enhance oil *** contrast to water,polymer solution exhibits non-Newtonian and nonlinear behavior such as effects of shear thinning and shear thickening,polymer convection,diffusion,adsorption retention,inaccessible pore volume and reduced effective ***,the flux density and fracture conductivity along the hydraulic fracture are generally non-uniform due to the effects of pressure distribution,formation damage,and proppant *** this paper,we present an oil-water two-phase flow model that captures these complex non-Newtonian and nonlinear behavior,and non-uniform fracture characteristics in fractured polymer *** hydraulic fracture is firstly divided into two parts:high-conductivity fracture near the wellbore and low-conductivity fracture in the far-wellbore section.A hybrid grid system,including perpendicular bisection(PEBI)and Cartesian grid,is applied to discrete the partial differential flow equations,and the local grid refinement method is applied in the near-wellbore region to accurately calculate the pressure distribution and shear rate of polymer *** combination of polymer behavior characterizations and numerical flow simulations are applied,resulting in the calculation for the distribution of water saturation,polymer concentration and reservoir *** with the polymer flooding well with uniform fracture conductivity,this non-uniform fracture conductivity model exhibits the larger pressure difference,and the shorter bilinear flow period due to the decrease of fracture flow ability in the far-wellbore *** field case of the fall-off test demonstrates that the proposed method characterizes fracture characteristics more accurately,and yields fracture half-lengths that better match engineering reality,enabling a quantitative segmented characterization of the near-wellbore section with high fracture conductivity and th

Research on the Orientated Effective Components of Huangqi in Huangqi Jianzhong Tang Against Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Based on Multi-Spectrum–Effect Correlation

Objective: This study aimed to investigate the orientated effective components of Astragali Radix Huangqi(HQ) in HQ Jianzhong Tang(HQJZ), a classical formula of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) used for treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG), using HQ as a monarch medicine. Materials and Methods: The spectra of HQJZ containing different polar parts of HQ were obtained using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-Q-Exactive mass spectrometry. Furthermore, the efficacy of HQJZ, which contains different polar parts of HQ, in treating rats with CAG was evaluated using traditional pharmacodynamic and nuclear magnetic resonance-based metabonomics. Grey relation analysis and partial least squares analysis were applied to analyze the spectrum–effect relationship and to screen out the orientated effective components related to HQ in the treatment of CAG. Results: Spectrum–effect relationship analysis showed that 24 compounds identified from the fingerprint spectrum were strongly correlated with efficacy. Compounds 8(calycosin-7-O-glc-6”-O-acetate), 9(3-hydroxy-9, 10-dimethoxyptercarpan), and 22(astragaloside II) were ranked among the top three. Conclusions: This study showed that integrating metabolomics and spectrum–effect relationship analysis is a powerful tool for obtaining orientated effective components of Chinese medicine in a given TCM formula.
