Electroacupuncture Promotes Angiogenesis in Mice with Cerebral Ischemia by Inhibiting miR-7

Objective To observe the angiogenesis effect of electroacupuncture(EA)at Shuigou acupoint(GV 26)in the treatment of cerebral ischemia,and explore the value of miRNA-7(miR-7)in it.Methods First,48 mice were randomly divided into sham operation,middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model,and EA treatment groups.Then 9 mice were divided into carrier control group,miR-7 knockout group and miR-7 overexpression group(n=3 each group).Finally,20 mice were divided into model and carrier control group,model and miR-7 knockout group,EA treatment and carrier control group and EA treatment and miR-7 overexpression group,with 3–6 mice in each group.The MCAO model was established in the MCAO and EA groups.Neurological deficit score and 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC)staining were used to evaluate the severity of cerebral ischemia.Hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to describe basic pathological changes.Immunohistochemistry was used to quantify cerebral microvessel density.Real-time PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of miR-7 and its downstream target genes Krüppel-like factor 4/vascular endothelial growth factor(KLF4/VEGF)and angiopoietin-2(ANG-2)in the ischemic cerebral cortex.Results After EA,neurological deficit scores and infarction volumes decreased,and the density of cerebral microvessels increased.In the MCAO group,miR-7 expression was higher than that in the sham group(P<0.01).After EA at GV 26,miR-7 expression decreased(P<0.01)and the expression of downstream target genes KLF4/VEGF and ANG-2 increased as compared with the MCAO group(P<0.01).After EA combined with overexpression of miR-7,the expression of downstream target genes KLF4/VEGF and ANG-2 decreased compared to the control EA group(P<0.01).After miR-7 knockdown,the expression of KLF4/VEGF and ANG-2 increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions EA could promote angiogenesis in MCAO mice likely by inhibiting the expression of miR-7 and relieving inhibition of downstream target genes KLF4/VEGF and ANG-2.

Privacy-Preserving Frank-Wolfe on Shuffle Model

In this paper,we design the differentially private variants of the classical Frank-Wolfe algorithm with shuffle model in the optimization of machine learning.Under weak assumptions and the generalized linear loss（GLL） structure,we propose a noisy Frank-Wolfe with shuffle model algorithm（NoisyFWS） and a noisy variance-reduced Frank-Wolfe with the shuffle model algorithm（NoisyVRFWS） by adding calibrated laplace noise under shuffling scheme in the lp（p∈ [1,2」）-case,and study their privacy as well as utility guarantees for the H?lder smoothness GLL.In particular,the privacy guarantees are mainly achieved by using advanced composition and privacy amplification by shuffling.The utility bounds of the NoisyFWS and NoisyVRFWS are analyzed and obtained the optimal excess population risks O(n-（1+a）/4a+log（d）√log（1/δ）/nε) and O(n-（1+a）/4a+log（d）√log（1/δ）/n2ε) with gradient complexity O(n（1+α）2/4α2) for α∈[1/√3,1].It turns out that the risk rates under shuffling scheme are a nearly-dimension independent rate,which is consistent with the previous work in some cases.In addition,there is a vital tradeoff between（α,L）-H?lder smoothness GLL and the gradient complexity.The linear gradient complexity O（n） is showed by the parameter α=1.

Chiral multiple-resonance thermally activated delayed fluorescence materials based on chiral spiro-axis skeleton for efficient circularly polarized electroluminescence

Chiral luminescence materials have potential applications in the field of three-dimensional displays due to their circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)characteristics.However,the further development of circularly polarized organic light-emitting diodes(CP-OLEDs)needs to meet the requirements of high efficiency,high color purity,low cost,and high dissymmetry factor(gPLor gEL),chiral multiple resonance thermally activated delayed fluorescence(MR-TADF)materials are considered as candidates in these aspects.Herein,based on a pair of chiral spirofluorene precursors,two pairs of high-performance chiral MR-TADF emitters((R/S)-p-Spiro-DtBuCzB and(R/S)-m-Spiro-DtBuCzB)are developed,which exhibit strong emissions peaking at 491 and 502 nm in toluene with full-width at half-maximum values of 25 and 33 nm,respectively.In addition,small singlet–triplet energy gaps of 0.15 and 0.10 eV with high absolute photoluminescence efficiencies of 95.0%and 96.7%are observed for p-Spiro-DtBuCzB and m-Spiro-DtBuCzB molecules,respectively.OLEDs based on p-Spiro-DtBuCzB and m-Spiro-DtBuCzB display high maximum external quantum efficiencies of 29.6%and 33.8%,respectively.Most importantly,CP-OLEDs present symmetric circularly polarized electroluminescence spectra with|gEL|factors of 3.36×10^(-4)and 7.66×10^(-4)for devices based on(R/S)-p-Spiro-DtBuCzB and(R/S)-m-Spiro-DtBuCzB enantiomers,respectively.

Early human embryogenesis is a very sophisticated process due to its unique gene regulatory network.Autophagy has been suggested to play an important role in mediating the development of early embryonic cells in mammals.However,evidence showing how autophagy regulates early human embryogenesis remains to be further explored.In this study,we systematically investigated the human transcriptome and methylome patterns of autophagy-related(ATG)genes in early embryonic cells at single-cell resolution.We analyzed the transcriptomic data of 365 cells and methylome data of 265 cells.The results showed that most ATG genes remained epigenetically active and were expressed stably throughout early embryogenesis,whereas the dynamics varied among different developmental stages.This evidence indicated that the autophagy pathway was constitutively activated and exerted a fundamental role in early human embryo development.Our work,for the first time,comprehensively reveals the features of autophagy during early human embryo development.

在重大突发公共卫生事件爆发时,医疗防护产品将会出现供应中断风险。针对市场中存在两种相互竞争的不同防护等级的医疗防护产品,考虑产品供应中断风险和消费者社会学习行为,构建博弈模型研究消费者社会学习行为对消费者需求及零售商运营决策的影响。研究发现:当消费者缺货先验概率较高时,消费者会选择购买更多防护等级更高的产品,且消费者需求会受到消费者社会学习强度和不同防护等级产品价格差异影响;当不同防护等级产品价格差异较大时,消费者社会学习行为不会影响零售商第一期防护等级更高产品的订货量,而当产品价格差异较小时,零售商两个销售周期的订货量均会受到消费者社会学习行为影响;无论零售商库存能力如何,当产品价格差异过大或过小时,消费者社会学习行为不会提升零售商的利润,当产品价格差异处于适中水平时,消费者社会学习行为可以提升零售商的利润。

英语世界的中国艺术史研究脱胎于西方艺术史研究,发端于海外博物馆鉴藏体系。从19世纪末20世纪初的起步探索期到二战后的发展鼎盛期再到80年代以后的多元化时期,历经艺术史的学科危机和新旧艺术史的分野,多元开放的艺术史格局逐渐形成。百年英语世界中国艺术史研究的理论与方法论的更新,从风格分析、图像阐释、原境分析到艺术社会史,生成了一整套成熟的理论和方法论体系。自21世纪以来,跨文化、空间转向、全球艺术史与多元文化的新趋势出现。本文回溯了英语世界中国艺术史研究的知识谱系、发展分期和方法论的演变,旨在从学理层面宏观把握其脉络走向,为当下尚处于探索阶段的中国本土艺术史学科的话语体系建构和方法论创新提供借鉴和启示。

探究植被动态变化并识别其驱动因素对区域生态环境恢复与可持续发展具有重要意义.基于2000~2020年MODIS NDVI数据与同期气象、DEM和土地利用类型等数据,运用Sen+Mann-Kendall趋势分析与Hurst指数法,深入解析大兴安岭林草交错带植被时空变化特征,预测其未来演变规律,并引入地理探测器模型,定量揭示全域及不同自然地理分区尺度下,各探测因子及其交互作用对植被空间分异的影响程度和作用机制.结果表明:(1)时空演变上,2000~2020年大兴安岭林草交错带NDVI时空异质性明显,时间上以0.002 a^(-1)(P<0.05)的速率波动增长并于2011年发生上升突变;空间上呈“自西南向东北递增”分布格局,21年间NDVI等级转移以“中植被覆盖→中高植被覆盖”为主,植被改善区域面积远大于退化区域面积.(2)趋势预测上,大兴安岭林草交错带NDVI未来变化趋势主要为持续改善,占比37%,但以弱持续居多.(3)驱动机制上,风速、蒸发和相对湿度对全域NDVI空间分异的影响最为显著,21年间自然因素的影响呈削减态势,而人为因素的影响愈发增强,在不同植被区、气候区、土壤区和地貌区中,NDVI空间分异的主控驱动因子差异性较大;不同空间尺度下各因子间协同效应均表现为双因子增强或非线性增强关系,较单因子作用有明显提升.研究有助于明晰北方寒区林草交错带生态脆弱成因,为不同环境条件下制定植被资源差异化保护与管理方案提供科学支撑.

Investigation on Breakdown Characteristics of Various Surface Terminal Structures for GaN-Based Vertical P-i-N Diodes

GaN-based vertical P-i-N diode with mesa edge terminal structure due to electric field crowding effect, the breakdown voltage of the device is significantly reduced. This work investigates three terminal structures, including deeply etched, bevel, and stepped-mesas terminal structures, to suppress electric field crowding effects at the device and junction edges. Deeply-etched mesa terminal yields a breakdown voltage of 1205 V, i.e., 89% of the ideal voltage. The bevel-mesa terminal achieves about 89% of the ideal breakdown voltage, while the step-mesa terminal is less effective in mitigating electric field crowding, at about 32% of the ideal voltage. This work can provide an important reference for the design of high-power, high-voltage GaN-based P-i-N power devices, finding a terminal protection structure suitable for GaNPiN diodes to further enhance the breakdown performance of the device and to unleash the full potential of GaN semiconductor materials.

马来西亚联邦,简称马来西亚或大马,国家形态的民族建构中主要以本地原居民马来族以及华人、印族为主。2022年,马来西亚总人口超3000万,其中马来族人约占69%,华人约占23%,印度人为6.7%,其他种族0.7%。[1]实际上,华人以及华人文化在马来西亚的主流意识形态之中,一直被国家和政府疏离和边缘化。然而,华人为马来西亚政治和经济的发展做出不可忽略的巨大贡献,不屈不挠的华人在抵拒具备浓厚种族主义色彩的“马来族中心主义”同时,始终为塑造多元种族和多元文化和谐共存的国家意识而不懈努力。

《义务教育信息科技课程标准(2022年版)》中的课程目标体现了义务教育与普通高中信息技术课程衔接的发展性、中国式现代化新阶段国家对人才培养新要求的时代性、信息科技核心素养引领的科学性等特征。研究认为,信息科技课程目标可以划分为内容目标、活动目标、能力目标和价值目标四种类型。基于课程目标类型,通过“分解”“开发”“凝练”等教学转化策略,使用设计教学、实验学习、体验学习等教学方法,有助于落实信息科技课程目标。
