Burn wounds are destructive skin traumas typically of irregular shape and large area. Prone to infection, they require frequent dressing replacement, and painless removal of dressings from burn wounds remains a major challenge. This study focuses on the dynamic characteristics and treatment difficulty of burn wounds. Hydrogel dressings based on glycol chitosan and propionaldehyde-or benzaldehyde-terminated 4-arm poly(ethylene glycol) were designed on the basis of Schiff base cross-linking networks. The hydrogels exhibited shape-adaptability, self-healing and fast-degradation properties, which makes these hydrogels suitable for burn wounds. Salvianolic acid B(SaB)-loaded hydrogel exhibited good antioxidant properties in vitro. In a rat model of deep second-degree burn wounds, the SaB-loaded hydrogel could quickly reduce wound temperature, regulate wound oxidant microenvironment, promote angiogenesis, and accelerate wound healing. Thus, the drug-loaded hydrogel shows significant potential as a first-aid dressing for treatment of burn wounds.

The interaction between microbubble and elastic microvessel wall has been hypothesized to be important in the mechanisms of therapeutic ultrasound *** this study,a 2D axisymmetric finite element numerical model is established to study the interaction between elastic microvessel wall and oscillating microbubble in low frequency ultrasound field using fluid solid interaction *** numerical results show that the bubble oscillation induces the vessel wall dilation and *** von Mises stress distribution over the microvessel wall is heterogeneous and the maximum value of the midpoint on the inner vessel wall could reach 0.23 MPa and 1.32 MPa under PNP 0.2 MPa and 0.5 MPa,*** the bubble collapses,the circumferential stress decreases rapidly and the transmural pressure increases ***,the circumferential stress becomes compressive with the maximum magnitude 1.83 MPa under PNP 0.5 MPa,larger than the maximum tension *** is possible that the rapid compression stress during bubble collapse plays important role in mechanical effect on microvessel wall endothelial lining disruption.

Dissipation and plant uptake of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons （PAHs） in contaminated agricul- tural soil planted with perennial ryegrass were investigated in a field experiment. After two seasons of grass cultivation the mean concentration of 12 PAHs in soil decreased by 23.4% compared with the initial soil. The 3-, 4-, 5-, and 6- ring PAHs were dissipated by 30.9%, 25.5%, 21.2%, and 16.3% from the soil, respectively. Ryegrass shoots accumulated about 280 ***1, shoot dry matter biomass reached 2.48 x 104kg-ha1, and plant uptake accounted for about 0.99% of the decrease in PAHs in the soil. Significantly higher soil enzyme activities and microbial community functional diversity were observed in planted soil than that in the unplanted control. The results suggest that planting ryegrass may promote the dissipation of PAHs in long-term contaminated agricultural soil, and plant-promoted microbial degradation may be a main mechanism of phytoremediation.

基于明清女性缠足这一身体经验形成的服饰弓鞋,催生了诸多与其相关的俗曲民歌。明清礼制规范与男性文人赋予缠足以及弓鞋的社会地位,使得弓鞋成为女性阶层身份建构的标识。明清女性运用身体感知、性别经验将自我身份与社会语境的互动感投射到服饰民俗中,这主要体现在明清都会女性的时尚消费、乡村女性的习俗礼仪,以及在城市与乡村的涉身性场域流动引发的女性身份焦虑之中。就此而言,弓鞋成为明清女性身份建构的重要符码。
