The cyclic symmetry and local fine-mesh technology were adopted in the establishment of numerical simulation model for inner gear spin-forming. And the processing experiment was proceeded to verify the reliability of the established model. The simulation result indicates that besides radial and axial flows, there also exists rather large tangential flow, which results in an increase of forming force in tangential direction. Furthermore, the un-uniform deformation of metal during spin-forming would cause forming defects, such as underfill in tooth fillet region and indentation on the outside spun part.

Patterns and drivers of species–genetic diversity correlations(SGDCs)have been broadly examined across taxa and ecosystems and greatly deepen our understanding of how biodiversity is ***,few studies have examined the role of canopy structural heterogeneity,which is a defining feature of forests,in shaping ***,we determine what factors contribute toα-andβ-species–genetic diversity correlations(i.e.,α-andβ-SGDCs)in a Chinese subtropical *** this purpose,we used neutral molecular markers to assess genetic variation in almost all adult individuals of the dominant tree species,Lithocarpus xylocarpus,across plots in the Ailaoshan National Natural *** also quantified microhabitat variation by quantifying canopy structure heterogeneity with airborne laser scanning on 201-ha subtropical forest *** found that speciesα-diversity was negatively correlated with geneticα-*** structural heterogeneity was positively correlated with speciesα-diversity but negatively correlated with geneticα-*** contrasting effects contributed to the formation of a negativeα-***,we found that canopy structural heterogeneity increases speciesα-diversity and decreases geneticα-diversity by reducing the population size of target ***β-diversity,in contrast,was positively correlated with geneticβ-*** in canopy structural heterogeneity between plots had non-linear parallel effects on the two levels ofβ-diversity,while geographic distance had a relatively weak effect onβ-*** study indicates that canopy structural heterogeneity simultaneously affects plot-level community species diversity and population genetic diversity,and species and genetic turnover across plots,thus drivingα-andβ-SGDCs.

BACKGROUND Improving the intraoperative and postoperative performance of laparoscopic hepatectomy was quite a challenge for liver *** To determine the benefits of indocyanine green(ICG)fluorescence imaging in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)who underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy during and after *** We retrospectively collected the clinicopathological data of 107 patients who successfully underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy at Zhongshan Hospital(xiamen),Fudan University from June 2022 to June *** using the ICG fluorescence imaging technique,we divided them into the ICG and non-ICG *** eliminate statistical bias,a 1:1 propensity score matching analysis was *** comparison of perioperative outcomes,including inflammationrelated markers and progression-free survival,was analyzed *** Intraoperatively,the ICG group exhibited lower blood loss,a shorter surgical time,lower hepatic inflow occlusion(HIO)frequency,and a shorter total HIO ***,the participation of ICG resulted in a shorter duration of hospitalization(6.5 vs 7.6 days,P=0.03)and postoperative inflammatory response attenuation(lower neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio on the first day after surgery and platelet-lymphocyte ratio on the third day,P<0.05).Although the differences were not significant,the levels of all inflammation-related markers were lower in the ICG *** rates of postoperative complications and the survival analyses,including progression-free and overall survivals showed no significant difference between the *** The involvement of ICG fluorescence imaging may lead to improved perioperative outcomes,especially postoperative inflammatory response attenuation,and ultimately improve HCC patients’recovery after surgery.

采用固相反应法将市购的AgI和KI按4.1:1的摩尔组分配比,在避光干燥的条件下混合加热,制备出了KAg4I5(10%AgI)复合体系.用X射线衍射谱、扫描电子显微镜、复阻抗谱、差示扫描量热等分析手段,对复合体系的结构、形貌、离子导电特性及相变温度进行了研究.结果发现,两相均为快离子导体的材料复合后,其复合体系的离子电导率比各自为纯相时都高,并且升降温-电导率曲线为迟滞回线,AgI的升降温相变温度分别滞后5和10℃.用界面间相互作用、空间电荷模型及Gouy-Chapman模型、界面应力相等对此复合体系电导率提高及相变温度改变机理给予了解析.

Single-atom catalyst has garnered widespread attention to mimic mature enzymes due to its well-defined atomic structure and coordination ***,since the carbon–carbon（C–C） coupling reactions require synergistic catalysis of multiple sites,single-atom catalysts suffer from insufficient active sites and unclear reaction *** the reaction intermediates in a precisely targeted pocket through careful metal–organic cage design is therefore ***,we prepare a tetrahedral [Cu6L4]-type boron–imidazolate cage integrating highly active Cu sites and optimized cavity,which exhibits enzyme like specific catalytic performance in electrochemical CO2reduction reaction（CO2RR） to enhance the selectivity of *** analyses and computational calculations suggest that the single Cu site together with neighboring boron–imidazolate ligands provides suitably synergistic effects that enable the energetically favorable formation of an*COCHO intermediate,a key step determining *** a result,the [Cu6L4]-type cage of BIC-145 achieves a Faradaic efficiency of 28% for C2H4maintaining an average current density of -3.54 m A cm-2over a 5-hour electrolysis *** work represents the first example for studying single-metal site catalysts with ultra-low coordination numbers through the rational design of metal–organic cages.

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune inflammatory disease， and emerging research suggests a significant role for gut microbiota in its pathogenesis. Previous studies have underscored the involvement of Lactobacillus species in modulating RA. Our study identifies a deficiency of Lactobacillus in RA patients. Utilizing animal models， we investigated the effects of Lactobacillus plantarum AR1074 intervention on rheumatoid and inflammatory markers in the serum and synovial joints of RA rats. Our findings indicate that AR1074 effectively mitigates oxidative stress in RA rats. Furthermore， AR1074 mitigated rheumatoid arthritis (RA) symptoms through the upregulation of intestinal tight junction proteins， modulation of short-chain fatty acid concentrations， and diversification of the gut microbiota.
