Background:Health inequity is an important issue all around the *** Chinese basic medical security system comprises three major insurance schemes,namely the Urban Employee Basic Medical Insurance(UEBMI),the Urban Resident Basic Medical Insurance(URBMI),and the New Cooperative Medical Scheme(NCMS).Little research has been conducted to look into the disparity in payments among the health insurance schemes in *** this study,we aimed to evaluate the disparity in reimbursements for tuberculosis(TB)care among the abovementioned health insurance ***:This study uses a World Health Organization(WHO)framework to analyze the disparities and equity relating to the three dimensions of health insurance:population coverage,the range of services covered,and the extent to which costs are *** of the health insurance scheme’s policies were categorized and *** analysis of the claims database of all hospitalizations reimbursed from 2010 to 2012 in three counties of Yichang city(YC),which included 1506 discharges,was conducted to identify the differences in reimbursement rates and out-of-pocket(OOP)expenses among the health insurance ***:Tuberculosis patients had various inpatient expenses depending on which scheme they were covered by(TB patients covered by the NCMS have less inpatient expenses than those who were covered by the URBMI,who have less inpatient expenses than those covered by the UEBMI).We found a significant horizontal inequity of healthcare utilization among the lower socioeconomic *** terms of financial inequity,TB patients who earned less paid *** NCMS provides modest financial protection,based on ***,TB patients from lower socioeconomic groups were the most ***:There are large disparities in reimbursement for TB care among the three health insurance schemes and this,in turn,hampers TB *** the gap in health outcomes between the three health insurance schemes in China

Passive daytime radiative cooling(PDRC) is environment-friendly without energy input by enhancing the coating's solar reflectance(R_(solar)) and thermal emittance(ε_(LWIR)) in the atmosphere's long-wave infrared transmission ***,high R_(solar) is usually achieved by increasing the coating's thickness,which not only increases materials' cost but also impairs heat ***,the desired high R_(solar) is vulnerable to dust pollution in the *** this work,a thin paint was designed by mixing hBN plates,PFOTS,and IPA. R_(solar)=0.963 and ε_(LWIR)=0.927 was achieved at a thickness of 150 μm due to the high backscattering ability of scatters.A high through-plane thermal conductivity(~1.82 W m^(-1) K^(-1)) also can be *** addition,the porous structure coupled with the binder PFOTS resulted in a contact angle of 154°,demonstrating excellent durability under dust *** experiments showed that the thin paint can obtain a 2.3℃ lower temperature for sub-ambient cooling than the reference PDRC coating in the ***,the above-ambient heat dissipation performance can be enhanced by spraying the thin paint on a 3D heat sink,which was 15.7℃ lower than the reference 1D structure,demonstrating excellent performance for durable and scalable PDRC applications.

Background:Tuberculosis(TB)patients in China still face a number of barriers in seeking diagnosis and *** is evidence that the economic burden on TB patients and their households discourages treatment ***:A cross-sectional study was conducted in three cities of *** were selected using probability proportional to size(PPS)cluster sampling of rural townships or urban streets,followed by list sampling from a patient *** were collected using a questionnaire survey,key informant interviews and focus group discussions with TB patients to gain an understanding of the economic burden of TB and implications of this burden for treatment ***:A total of 797 TB patients were surveyed,of which 60 were interviewed in-depth following the *** than half had catastrophic health *** patients with higher household incomes were less likely to report non-compliance(OR 0.355,95%CI 0.140–0.830)and patients who felt that the economic burden relating to TB treatment was high more likely to report non-compliance(OR 3.650,95%CI 1.278–12.346).Those who had high costs for transportation,lodging and food were also more likely to report non-compliance(OR 4.150,95%CI 1.804–21.999).The findings from the qualitative studies supported those from the ***:The economic burden associated with seeking diagnosis and treatment remains a barrier for TB patients in *** the cost of treatment and giving patients subsidies for transportation,lodging and food is likely to improve treatment *** doctors’salary system to cut off the revenue-oriented incentive,and expanding current insurance’s coverage can be helpful to reduce patients’actual burden or anticipated *** research on this issue is needed.

For decades, Dr. chen has been engaged in fish germplasm preservation, sex control and research focusing on molecular breeding for disease resistance. He discovered the first sex-specific molecular marker of fish(chen et al., 2007),deciphered the first fish genome(Chinese tongue sole) in China, revealed the sex determination mechanism in fish(chen et al., 2014), and created molecular sex control technology. He also discovered the molecular mechanism of metamorphosis in flatfish(Shao et al., 2017) and developed China's first fish disease-resistant breeding gene chip, “YUXIN No.1”.

0 INTRODUCTION To relieve the short supply of suitable land for residing,cultivating,and commerce,it is accepted to reclaim land from lakes,river estuaries,and coastal regions in many countries(Mancini et al.,2020).The large-scale reclamation activities have an irreversible effect on the mico-geomorphology and hydrodynamic system of seasonally flooded areas(Zhang et al.,2019;Yu et al.,2018).For example,coastal regions reclaimed extended the groundwater flow paths,as well as created groundwater level rise,resulting in water-logging in the reclaimed area(Hu et al.,2008).Similar changes in groundwater flow systems may alter groundwater-lake water interactions,and it can ultimately affect the water cycle in the lake ***,such detailed studies are presently *** addition,natural exchanges between the lake and groundwater systems can be strongly affected by physical hydrological processes(Javadzadeh et al.,2020),chemical properties(Kamtchueng et al.,2015),and bioto behavior(Hancock et al.,2005).

文化消费可以作为文化资本的一种表现形式,并能够转化为经济回报收入。文章追踪调查中国家庭2014、2016年数据,分析2014~2016年中国农民工非教育型文化消费与未来收入关系。研究首先发现,农民工在非教育型文化上的投入可以显著地预测其未来收入,具体而言,农民工在非教育型文化上每多投入1元,可以预测其能带来10.8元打工收入的增长。同时,这种预测能力与是否为新生代农民工无关,也在不同性别、不同婚姻状况、不同受教育年限、以及不同的家庭人口规模上无显著差异。透过农民工非教育型文化消费与未来收入的正相关关系,针对当前我国消除贫困、改善民生的诉求,我们认为合理的文化消费政策将不失为一条增加收入、改善贫困的创新路径。

Meridional deflection of global eddy propagation derived from tandem altimetry: Mechanism and implication

A common view on meridional deflection of eddy propagation is poleward for cyclones and equatorward for anticyclones. This widely accepted polarity-sensitive pattern has been increasingly undermined given that it is systematically violated on both zonal and regional scales as recently reported. Here, we approach the problem by exploring these violations in terms of eddy effects of spatiotemporal geostrophy, thermal fading, and flow dragging, yielding the following main conclusions.(1) The polarity-dependent deflection discrepancy is a pseudo feature resulting from a biased fit to the normalized eddy tracks which are spatially asymmetric(though azimuthally symmetric) between the two signs;Instead, the primary pattern of eddy deflection appears to be geographically correlated and polarity independent.(2) Geostrophic adjustment plays a critical role in defining the meridional movement of an eddy. Specifically, a consistent poleward(equatorward) trajectory bending of spatially(temporally) ageostrophic eddies is observed irrespective of their polarity.(3) The mechanism of eddy deflection is also determined by its zonal propagation direction. Westward propagating eddies are substantially affected by thermal fading, while opposite ones by flow dragging. A realistic and comprehensive understanding of eddy deflection mechanisms serves as a significant contribution to the prediction of eddy trajectory, and the protection of ocean environment.
