E-commerce platform financing is a new service pattern of supply chain ***,this pattern may bring some new issues when considering the problem of cash flow shortage and financing difficulties of small and medium-sized *** enterprises use this service,they worry about the leakage of preferential wholesale price when applying the full loan amount and providing the true transaction *** on the model consisting of a supplier,a retailer and a cross-border e-commerce platform,the authors design a price masking strategy to prevent the retailer’s preferential wholesale price information from *** authors analyze the profit of the retailer and the platform before and after adopting the price masking *** authors find that the price masking strategy always benefits the ***,the optimal profit of the retailer and the platform are both affected by the loan interest ***,there exists a range of loan interest rates that can benefit both the retailer and the platform if the price masking strategy is *** research emphasizes that platform can expand the total business volume by allowing retailers to use price masking *** other words,there will be more and more retailers attracted by the strategy,which benefits the long-term growth of cross-border e-commerce platform financing.

This study compared different doublet and triplet therapies for efficacy and safety in metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer(mHSPC).PubMed,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library were comprehensively searched for eligible randomized controlled trials(RCTs)published from inception to October *** included abiraterone,apalutamide,enzalutamide,docetaxel,darolutamide,and androgen deprivation therapy(ADT),either as doublet or triplet *** outcomes examined were overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC)-free survival,time to symptomatic skeletal event(SSE),and *** surface under the cumulative ranking curve(SUCRA)was determined to identify the preferred *** RCTs were *** combination of darolutamide,docetaxel,and ADT had the highest SUCRA of 84.3 for OS,followed by combined abiraterone,docetaxel,and ADT(SUCRA=71.6).The highest SUCRAs for PFS were observed for triplet therapies(abiraterone,docetaxel,and ADT[SUCRA=74.9],followed by enzalutamide,docetaxel,and ADT[SUCRA=74.3])and other androgen receptor axis-targeted therapy-based doublet therapies(SUCRAs:26.5–59.3).Darolutamide,docetaxel,and ADT had the highest SUCRAs,i.e.,80.8 and 84.0 regarding CRPC-free survival and time to SSE,*** Grade>3 adverse events(AEs),the SUCRAs of triplet therapies(SUCRAs:14.8–31.5)were similar to that of docetaxel and ADT(SUCRA=39.5).Three studies had a low risk of bias in all categories;the remaining studies had at least an unclear risk of bias in at least one *** therapy demonstrated potentially enhanced effectiveness than doublet therapy in mHSPC,with acceptable safety *** might be the optimal option for triplet therapy in combination with docetaxel and ADT.

Sex pheromones are considered to play critical roles in partner communication of most parasitic ***,the identification of sex pheromone components remains limited to a few families of parasitoid *** this study,we functionally characterized a candidate sex pheromone component in Microplitis mediator(Hymenoptera:Braconidae),a solitary parasitoid of Noctuidae *** found that the body surface extract from female wasps could significantly stimulate courtship behavior of *** chromatography-electroantennographic detection(GC-EAD)analysis revealed that a candidate semiochemical from extract triggered significant electrophysiological response of antennae of *** performing gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)measurement,GC-EAD active compound was identified as n-octyl acrylate,a candidate sex pheromone component in female *** electroantennogram(EAG)tests,antennae of male wasps showed significantly higher electrophysiological responses to n-octyl acrylate than those of females.Y-tube olfactometer assays indicated that male wasps significantly chose n-octyl acrylate compared with the ***,male wasps showed a remarkable preference for n-octyl acrylate in a simulated field condition behavioral trial;simultaneously,n-octyl acrylate standard could also trigger significant courtship behavior in *** propose that n-octyl acrylate,as a candidate vital sex pheromone component,could be utilized to design behavioral regulators of *** to implement the protection and utilization of natural enemies.

Objective:To investigate the effect of adjuvant salvianolate therapy on plaque stability, cell apoptosis and coagulation indexes in patients with unstable angina ***: 92 patients with unstable angina pectoris treated in our hospital between May 2011 and August 2015 were collected, and after the treatment process and auxiliary examination results were retrospectively analyzed, they were divided into the control group (n=45) who accepted conventional treatment and the observation group (n=47) who accepted adjuvant salvianolate treatment. Before and after treatment, diasonograph was used to evaluate the plaque stability parameters of two groups of patients;ELISA was used to detect apoptosis-related molecule levels;immunoturbidimetry was used to detect blood coagulation ***: Before treatment, differences in plaque stability parameters, cell apoptosis molecules and coagulation indexes were not statistically significant between two groups of patients (P>0.05). After treatment, the plaque stability parameters plaque thickness, enhanced intensity, rise time and time to peak of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05);serum sFas, sFasL, fibrinogen (Fib), platelet (PLT), and D-Dimer (D-D) levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group while Bcl-2, prothrombin time (PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) levels were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions: Adjuvant salvianolate treatment can increase the plaque stability, also inhibit myocardial cell apoptosis and improve the coagulation function in patients with unstable angina pectoris.

Objective:To study the effect of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill combined with thrombus aspiration on improving myocardial perfusion after PCI in patients with ***:A total of 104 patients with STEMI who received emergency PCI combined with thrombus aspiration in our hospital between May 2013 and October 2015 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups: observation group received perioperative antiplatelet combined with Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill therapy, and the control group received perioperative antiplatelet therapy alone. Before treatment and 3 days after treatment, serum myocardial injury indexes, endothelial injury indexes and RAS system indexes were determined;4 weeks after treatment, serum ventricular remodeling indexes were determined. Results:3 d after treatment, serum CK, CK-MB, cTnI, cTnT, ET-1, vWF, PRA, AngII and ALD levels of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment while NO level was significantly higher than that before treatment;serum CK, CK-MB, cTnI, cTnT, ET-1, vWF, PRA, AngII and ALD levels of observation group 3 d after treatment were significantly lower than those of control group while NO level was significantly higher than that of control group;4 weeks after treatment, serum PICP, ICTP, PIIINP, HSP47 and GDF-15 levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control ***: Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pill application during perioperative period of PCI combined with thrombus aspiration can reduce myocardial cell damage and endothelial function injury as well as inhibit RAS system activation and ventricular remodeling.
