A multispectral camera records image data in various wavelengths across the electromagnetic spectrum to acquire additional information that a conventional camera fails to *** the advent of high-resolution image sensors and color filter technologies,multispectral imagers in the visible wavelengths have become popular with increasing commercial viability in the last ***,multispectral imaging in longwave infrared(LWIR,8-14μm)is still an emerging area due to the limited availability of optical materials,filter technologies,and high-resolution *** from LWIR multispectral cameras can capture emission spectra of objects to extract additional information that a human eye fails to capture and thus have important applications in precision agriculture,forestry,medicine,and object *** this work,we experimentally demonstrate an LWIR multispectral image sensor with three wavelength bands using optical elements made of an aluminum(Al)-based plasmonic filter array sandwiched in germanium(Ge).To realize the multispectral sensor,the filter arrays are then integrated into a three-dimensional(3D)printed wheel stacked on a low-resolution monochrome thermal *** prototype device is calibrated using a blackbody and its thermal output has been enhanced with computer vision *** applying a state-of-theart deep learning method,we have also reconstructed multispectral images to a better spatial ***,our work demonstrates a versatile spectral thermography technique for detecting target signatures in the LWIR range and other advanced spectral analyses.

Facilitated by reactive oxygen species(ROS)-involved therapies,tumor cells undergo immunogenic cell death(ICD)to stimulate long-term immunity ***,it is hard to trigger abundant and large-scale ICD for satisfactory cancer ***,a multifunctional sonosensitizer that consists of Au single atoms and clusters anchored on TiO_(2)nanosheets(named Au_(S/C)-TiO_(2))is reported for augmented sonodynamic therapy(SDT)and glucose depletion,which ultimately induce robust ICD due to the improved ROS generation and strong endoplasmic reticulum(ER)*** synergy effect between Au cluster/single atom with TiO_(2)nanosheets intensifies apoptosis and ICD pathways to inhibit 80%of tumor cells through in vivo ***,immune cells in vivo analyses verify the effectiveness of Au_(S/C)-TiO_(2)sonosensitizer towards the induction of antitumor *** study thus reveals that simultaneous presence of ROS generation and strong ER stress can efficiently evoke a strong ICD-mediated immune response.

Isolation and identification of a bacteria strain Enterobacter cloacae I7 for degradation of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide

A bacteria strain for the degradation of hydrolyzed polyacrylamide （HPAM） was isolated from a curing pot in HPAM distribution station of Daqing Oilfield using Hungate anaerobic technique. The isolate was investigated from morphological, physiological, biochemical and molecular characterization. It is a Gram-negative, shortbacillus, non-spore-forming anaerobic bacteria with an optimum growth at 8.0 pH at 40℃. It can reduce sulfate to I-I2S. Alignment of 16S ribosomal DNA and 16S-23S ribosomal DNA intergenic spacer sequences suggests that this isolate is closely related to the Enterobacter cloacae. The isolate is identified as a new strain belonging to Enterobacter genus, temporarily named as Enterobacter cloacae 17. Analysis results of infrared spectroscopy （IR） show that the bacteria can use HPAM as the only carbon source, change the structure of HPAM polymer surface, and realize the hydrolysis of amide to carboxyl group by hydrolysis mechanism. It can degrade the side chain and change some functional groups, which obviously decreases the viscosity. GC-MS analysis indicates that the determined low-molecular weight degradation products of HPAM are polyacrylamide fragments with duplet bond, epoxy as well as carbonyl group, but most of them are acrylamide oligomer derivatives.

A Fast and Highly Efficient Protocol for Reductive Amination of Aromatic Aldehydes Using NaBH4 and Isoxazole Amines in an Ionic Liquid Medium

Reductive amination of aromatic aldehydes using NaBH4 and isoxazole amines is carried out in a Bronsted acidic ionic liquid 1 -methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate [（HMIm）BF4]. The ionic liquid plays dual roles of solvent as well as catalyst for the efficixcellent yields without any undesired side product formation. The newly synthesized compoundsent transformation of aromatic aldehydes to heterocyclic substituted amines in e （3, 6 and 7） were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and mass spectral techniques.

Isolation and identification of a sulfate reducing bacteria and sequence analysis of its dissimilatory sulfite reductase gene

A sulfate reducing bacteria was isolated from mining sewage of Daqing Oilfield by Hungate anaerobic technology. Physiological-biochemical analysis showed that the strain could utilize polyacrylamide as sole carbon and nitrogen source. The sequence analysis of 16S rDNA illustrated that the similarity of F8 and Desulfovibrio desulfuricans (AF192153) was 99%, and the similarity sequence of dissimilatory sulfite reductase gene (DSR) cloned from the strain and Desulfovibrio desulfuricans (AF273034) was 98%. Their phylogenitic analysis was basically anastomosed, and thus temporarily named as Desulfovibrio desulfuricans F8. The DSR cloned from F8 strain was 2740 bp in length consisting of three ORF, DSRA, DSRB and DSRD as a single operon (DSRABD) regulated by the same operator. DSRA contained typical conservative box of sulfate—sulfite reducing enzyme (SiteⅠand SiteⅡ), which could bind siroheme and [Fe4S4]. DSRB retained a [Fe4S4] binding site, with an uncomplimentary structure for siroheme binding. There was no conservative box in DSRD. Sequence analysis of DSR will provide a theoretical basis for quantitative detection, metabolic pathway modification through gene engineering, and sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) suppression.

Intra-procedural arrhythmia during cardiac catheterization: A systematic review of literature

BACKGROUND Cardiac catheterization is among the most performed medical procedures in the modern *** were sporadic reports indicating that cardiac arrhythmias are common during cardiac catheterization,and there are risks of developing serious and potentially life-threatening arrhythmias,such as sustained ventricular tachycardia(VT),ventricular fibrillation(VF)and high-grade conduction disturbances such as complete heart block(CHB),requiring immediate ***,there is lack of systematic overview of these *** To systematically review existing literature and gain better understanding of the incidence of cardiac arrhythmias during cardiac catheterization,and their impact on outcomes,as well as potential approaches to minimize this *** We applied a combination of terms potentially used in reports describing various cardiac arrhythmias during common cardiac catheterization procedures to systematically search PubMed,EMBASE and Cochrane databases,as well as references of full-length *** During right heart catheterization(RHC),the incidence of atrial arrhythmias(premature atrial complexes,atrial fibrillation and flutter)was low(<1%);these arrhythmias were usually transient and *** associated with the development of a new RBBB at a rate of 0.1%-0.3%in individuals with normal conduction system but up to 6.3%in individuals with pre-existing left bundle branch *** patients may require temporary pacing due to transient *** premature ventricular complexes or non-sustained VT are common during RHC(up to 20%of cases).Sustained ventricular arrhythmias(VT and/or VF)requiring either withdrawal of catheter or cardioversion occurred infrequently(1%-1.3%).During left heart catheterizations(LHC),the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias has declined significantly over the last few decades,from 1.1%historically to 0.1%*** overall reported rate of VT/VF in diagnostic LHC and coronary angiography is 0.8

Optimization and validation of a fast RP-HPLC method for the determination of dobutamine in rat plasma:Pharmacokinetic studies in healthy rat subjects

A novel isocratic reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC） with photo diode array （PDA） detection method for the determination of dobutamine （DBT） in rat plasma was developed and validated after optimization of various chromatographic conditions and other experimental parameters. Homoveratrylamiue was used as an internal standard. Methanol was used as the extracting solvent for the preparation of plasma samples. Samples were separated on a Symmetry C18 （250ram x4.6mm i.d., 5 pro） analytical column. Acetonitrile and 15raM potassium dihydrogen phosphate （pH 5.0 with 0.3% TEA）（20：80, v/v） was used. The column oven temperature was optimized at 35 ~C and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The detection wavelength was fixed at 230 nm for entire analysis. The calibration curve was found to be linear over the concentration range of 50-2000 ng/mL （ra=0.9992）. The limit of quantification （LOQ） of the method was 50 ng/mL. The % RSD values of accuracy and precision values for intra and inter days were 〈 15% at quality control （QC） concentrations. Recovery, stability and robustness were studied within the acceptable range according to ICH guidelines. The method was efficiently applied to a pharmacokinetic study in healthy Wistar rats.

Antifertility activity of Artemisia vulgaris leaves on female Wistar rats

AIM： To evaluate the antifertility activity of Artemisia vulgar＆ leaves on female Wistar rats. METHOD： The plant extract was tested for its effect on implant formation at two dose levels, 300 and 600 *** 1, respectively. The effective methanolic plant extract was further studied for estrogenic potency on ovariectomised immature female Wistar rats. RESULTS： The data presented in this study demonstrate the antifertility potential of Artemisia vulgar＆ methanolic leaf extract, which shows a strong and significant decrease in implant formation （100%）, and a strong estrogenic effect resulting in a significant increase in uterine weight in immature ovariectomised rats. These observations suggest that the methanolic extract of Artemisia vulgaris leaves has strong anti-implantation activity and estrogenic activity. CONCLUSION： The methanolic plant extract ofA. vulgaris has antifertility activity.

Stress is now a serious disease that exists due to changes in working life and food ecosystems around the *** general,it is difficult for a person to know if they are under *** to previous research,temperature,heart rate variability(HRV),humidity,and blood pressure are used to assess stress levels with the use of *** the development of sensor technology and wireless connectivity,people around the world are adopting and using smart *** this study,a bio signal detection device with Internet of Things(IoT)capability with a galvanic skin reaction(GSR)sensor is proposed and built for real-time stress *** proposed device is based on an Arduino controller and Bluetooth *** evaluate the performance of the system,physical stress is created on 10 different participants with three distinct tasks namely reading,visualizing the timer clock,and watching *** analysis is performed for identifying the three different levels of stress and obtaining the threshold values as if the person GSR voltage i.e.,relaxed for1.44 *** addition,LabVIEW is used as a data acquisition system,and a Blueterm mobile application is also used to view the sensor reading received from the device through Bluetooth communication.
