Insulation systems in high-voltage electric machines play a pivotal role in the reliable operation and longevity of the ***-based insulation materials have proven to possess and maintain excellent dielectric properties in the long run and prevent premature insulation *** qualifications tests,such as voltage endurance,are outlined in IEC and IEEE *** authors,however,take a different parametric approach,opting for reliability assessment of insulation systems using derived three-parameter Weibull ***,instead of simple pass–fail criteria,empirical data is employed to determine failure rate probabilities quantitatively and *** data,including breakdown,dissipation factor,and partial discharge mea-surements,are used to construct the Weibull distribution model to predict fault and failure rates and calculate hazard *** rigorous examinations interpreted through the analytical model help assess insulation system resilience and particularly the impact of electrical field stress and mica *** of electrical stress from 66.75 to 71.20 V/mil demonstrated how the mean time to failure of the system changed from 146.4 to 85.1 at 3 Un,hence identifying opportunities for design improvement and uncovering performance ***,the developed framework enhances comprehension of insulation system failure probabilities,guiding design decisions and ensuring a secure and reliable operation of electrical machines across applications.

Objective:To identify the pathogenic gene of Panton-Valentine leukocidin in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus strain isolated from clinical specimens of burn patients in Shaheed Zare Burn ***:A total of 104 samples of Staphylococcus were collected and 78 aureus samples were isolated from Zare Hospital patients from November 2016 to July *** isolates were identified using a standard biochemical and laboratory methodology in accordance with CLSI principles,and disk agar diffusion antibiogram were performed to identify methicillin resistant *** the presence of the Panton-Valentine leukocidin gene was tested by ***:Of the methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus samples,80%were negative for the Panton-Valentine leukocidin gene,and only 20%of the samples had Panton-Valentine leukocidin *** and female patients showed no significant difference in the positivity rate of Panton-Valentine leukocidin gene(16.12%vs.33.33%)(P=0.25).Besides,there was no significant difference in bacterial resistance or susceptibility to antibiotics between samples with or without the Panton-Valentine leukocidin ***:In recent years,increased resistance has been a serious *** resistance or susceptibility of Staphylococcus aureus strains to different antibiotics is different in different geographical locations.

This study aimed to investigate the osteo-inductive capacity of a fucoidan polysaccharide network derived from brown algae on human adipose-derived stem cells(HA-MSCs)for bone *** physiochemical properties of the scaffold including surface morphology,surface chemistry,hydrophilicity,mechanical stiffness,and porosity were thoroughly *** in vitro and in vivo measurements implied a superior cell viability,proliferation,adhesion,and osteo-inductive performance of obtained scaffolds compared to using specific osteogenic induction medium with increased irregular growth of calcium crystallites,which mimic the structure of natural *** scaffold was highly biocompatible and suitable for cell *** examinations,such as quantification of mineralization,alkaline phosphatase,gene expression,and immunocytochemical staining of pre-osteocyte and bone markers confirmed that HAD-MSCs differentiate into osteoblasts,even without an osteogenic induction *** study provides evidence for the positive relationship and synergistic effects between the physical properties of the decellularized seaweed scaffold and the chemical composition of fucoidan in promoting the osteogenic differentiation of ***,the natural matrices derived from brown seaweed offers a sustainable,cost-effective,non-toxic bioinspired scaffold and holds promise for future clinical applications in orthopedics.

This paper presents a game theory-based method for predicting the outcomes of negotiation and group decision-making problems. We propose an extension to the BDM model to address problems where actors’ positions are distributed over a position spectrum. We generalize the concept of position in the model to incorporate continuous positions for the actors, enabling them to have more flexibility in defining their targets. We explore different possible functions to study the role of the position function and discuss appropriate distance measures for computing the distance between the positions of actors. To validate the proposed extension, we demonstrate the trustworthiness of our model’s performance and interpretation by replicating the results based on data used in earlier studies.

Considerable research has been conducted into the efficacy of individual probiotics in broiler production, however information on the most effective combinations of synergistic Bacillus probiotic is lacking. This study investigated the impact of different Bacillus strain combinations in broiler chickens, as well as in vitro enzyme production. In experiment one, a total of 576 Ross 308 broilers at 1 d old were grown for 21 d across 6 treatments of maize-soybean diets (n = 12 pens per treatment) to compare three different strain combinations (formulation 1 [F1]: 3 strains Bacillus amyloliquefaciens; F2: Bacillus coagulans and 2 strains B. amyloliquefaciens; F3: B. coagulans, Bacillus licheniformis and 2 strains B. amyloliquefaciens; F5: Bacillus subtilis, B. licheniformis and 2 strains B. amyloliquefaciens), positive control (PC), and a negative control antibiotic treatment group (NC). In Exp. 2, a total of 360 one-day-old ROSS308 broilers were used to test five treatments (n = 9) including PC, NC, F1 and F5 (selected from Exp. 1), and F4 (Bacillus pumilis and 2 strains B. amyloliquefaciens) in a maize-soybean diet. B. amyloliquefaciens F1 demonstrated a significant improvement in feed conversion ratio (FCR) compared to F2 at d 14 (1.49 vs 2.10; P = 0.038) and the body weight (BW) at d 21 (847.0 g vs 787.4 g) compared to other combinations (P = 0.027). The FCR at d 21 tended to be lower in birds fed F1 (1.46 vs 1.66) compared to the control (P = 0.068). Probiotic treatments had significantly improved nutrient digestibility compared to the PC and NC. Also, probiotic treatments supported the growth of Streptococcus, a common commensal genus and reduced the abundance of genera that correlated with low weight gain such as Akkermansia. Experiment two revealed that F4 improved FCR (P < 0.001) and BW at 28 d (P = 0.014). In vitro testing showed a high production of protease and amylase by Bacillus. A partial shading condition can adversely affect the energy conversion efficiency of domestic photovoltaic(PV) systems. Connecting each PV module to a microinverter and performing module-level maximum power point tracking(MPPT)are proposed as promising solutions. In this paper, a feedback linearization-based control strategy is designed for the nonlinear system by a novel straightforward approach. The obtained nonlinear control law can independently govern each microinverter, providing module-level MPPT for PV modules without DC optimizer. Moreover, PV modules can be easily connected or disconnected due to the lug-and-play ability of the proposed controller. As a result, the proposed PV system can be easily maintained and extended even by non-expert users. Moreover,any module failure in the proposed PV system can be tolerated without impacts on the normal operation of other PV *** advantages of the proposed control strategy are verified by the simulation of a test PV system in MATLAB/Simulink under various partial shading conditions as well as adding or removing PV modules.

Enhancing distribution system resilience is a new challenge for *** distribution loads,especially the residential customers and high-priority loads after disasters,is vital for this *** this paper,the internal combustion engine(ICE)vehicles are firstly introduced as valuable backup energy sources in the aftermath of disasters and the use of this technology is ***,the improvement of distribution system resilience is investigated through supplying smart residential customers and injecting extra power to the main *** this method,it is assumed that the infrastructure of distribution system is partially damaged(common cases)and it can be restored in less than one *** extra power of residential customer can be delivered to other loads.A novel formulation for increasing the injected power of the smart home to the main grid using ICE vehicles is ***,the maximum backup duration in case of extensive damages in the distribution system is calculated for some commercial ICE *** this case,the smart home cannot deliver extra energy to the main grid because of its *** results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method for increasing backup power during power *** is also shown that ICE vehicles can supply residential customers for a reasonable amount of time during a power outage.

An important problem in demand planning for energy consumption is developing an accurate energy forecasting model. In fact, it is not possible to allocate the energy resources in an optimal manner without having accurate demand value. A new energy forecasting model was proposed based on the back-propagation(BP) type neural network and imperialist competitive algorithm. The proposed method offers the advantage of local search ability of BP technique and global search ability of imperialist competitive algorithm. Two types of empirical data regarding the energy demand(gross domestic product(GDP), population, import, export and energy demand) in Turkey from 1979 to 2005 and electricity demand(population, GDP, total revenue from exporting industrial products and electricity consumption) in Thailand from 1986 to 2010 were investigated to demonstrate the applicability and merits of the present method. The performance of the proposed model is found to be better than that of conventional back-propagation neural network with low mean absolute error.
