This research is devoted to diagnosing water-borne infectious diseases caused by floods employing a novel diagnosis approach,the Einstein hybrid structure of q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft *** approach integrates parts of fuzzy logic and soft set theory to develop a robust alternative for disease detection in stressful situations,especially in areas affected by *** to the traditional intuitionistic fuzzy soft set and Pythagorean fuzzy soft set,the q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft set(q-ROFSS)adequately incorporates unclear and indeterminate *** major objective of this investigation is to formulate the q-rung orthopair fuzzy soft Einstein hybrid weighted average(q-ROFSEHWA)operator and its specific ***,our stated operator is implementing intelligentmulti-criteria group decision-making(MCGDM)*** are severe natural catastrophes that raise the risk of diseases and epidemics,particularly those caused by contaminants in the water,such as gastrointestinal diseases,respiratory infections,vector-borne diseases,skin infections,and water-borne *** designed MCGDM strategy tackles the prevalence of certain conditions in flood-affected patients.A comparative investigation determined that the suggested method for detecting water-borne infectious disease due to floods is more effective and productive than conventional methods because of its logical structure.

在资本主义世界经济中,2008年的全球金融危机对全球经济产生了深远的影响,促使中国认识到迫切需要加强主权国家之间的合作和相互依存,以遏制和缓解当前和未来的金融危机。从2013年开始,中国政府决定启动“一带一路”倡议,即现在广为人知的“一带一路”倡议(The BRI Initiative)。基本上,除了中国的国内因素外,“一带一路”倡议旨在支持全球欠发达国家,特别关注跨区域基础设施发展和能源合作。截至2023年8月,根据《2023年中国“一带一路”倡议投资报告》,过去10年累计参与“一带一路”倡议达到1万亿美元大关(1.016万亿美元)的历史纪录。这主要由约5,960亿美元的基础设施建设合同和4,200亿美元的非金融投资组成。其中,自2013年宣布“一带一路”倡议以来,能源领域一直是“一带一路”跨区域合作计划中最重要的部分之一。在此背景下,在本IR硕士论文中,笔者计划研究中国与三个东道国在“一带一路”框架下的跨区域能源合作关系:(1)伊朗、(2)巴基斯坦和(3)安哥拉。具体而言,在研究设计方面,这是为了发现“一带一路”倡议对这些东道国绿色能源合作项目的积极影响。然后,我们考察了三个不同东道国在同一时期内如何体验“一带一路”跨区域绿色能源合作及发展情况。首先,本文概述了有关2008年全球金融危机的背景知识,进而概述了在所谓“(全球性的)地缘经济碎片化”的宏观背景下中国如何通过“一带一路”倡议做出新的应对方案。时至今日,根据“一带一路”总体规划,中国一直强调中国与“一带一路”成员国之间能源合作的重要性,以及基础设施合作作为支持互利发展的积极作用。本文的主要研究问题如下:“一带一路”倡议如何推进与其他发展中国家的绿色能源合作项目?为了回答这个问题,我们将对(1)伊朗、(2)巴基斯坦和(3)安哥拉进行较为深入的案例研究,特别关注它们在“一带一路”倡议下的跨区域绿色能源合作项目。在此背景下,我们分别分析了三个东道国的全球、区域和国内的不同情况。这与全球市场在宏观层面上的“地缘经济碎片化”以及它们在微观层面与中国的绿色能源合作项目密切相关。这将包括部分塑造“一带一路”结果的其他外部因素。譬如,从案例分析的视角看,这与它们的地缘政治现实密切相关:①对伊朗在中东地区形成的一种‘国际政治性的遏制’状态、②对巴基斯坦在南亚地区形成的一种‘地缘政治性的半遏制’状态以及 ③对安哥拉在非洲大陆形成的一种‘历史性的边缘化’状态。因此,这些案例研究的结果可以阐明中国与东道国之间相当复杂的地缘政治和地缘经济的互动关系,澄清“一带一路”的跨区域绿色能源合作项目所带来的新挑战和新机遇基于上述内容,这篇IR硕士论文由五章组成。在第一章中,它通过列出研究问题并简要概述‘债务陷阱外交’等争议及其在IR研究中的辩论作为引言。在这里,我们还通过关注中国与东道国之间的基础设施建设和(绿色)能源合作,探讨了“一带一路”不断增长的全球网络。更具体地说,这源于他们对绿色能源基础设施项目的迫切需求。有鉴于此,笔者试图深入研究“一带一路”的这些新绿色能源合作项目所带来的积极性经济影响然后,这部分将包括与中国“一带一路”相关的在全球经济方面‘地缘经济碎片化’的文献综述。因此,它为以下章节奠定了基础,并帮助我们建立一种分析框架。值得注意的是,在分析框架上,首先考察从“一带一路”到“能源带、绿色之路”范式的概念转变。通过这种方式,我们可以了解“一带一路”对能源合作及其绿色能源合作领域的积极影响。然后,在方法论上,笔者计划对三个“一带一路”东道国进行较为深入的案例研究:①中东的伊朗 ②南亚的巴基斯坦、③非洲的安哥拉。它可以为我们提供与“一带一路”倡议在不同区域和不同国家实施相关的具体挑战、机遇和结果之间的逻辑关系的见解。第二章重点研究伊朗与中国的绿色能源合作的第一个案例。为此,首先它提供了有关伊朗在21世纪资本主义世界经济中的‘不利’地缘政治地位的背景知识。这一部分对于理解伊朗在中国“一带一路”倡议背景下伊朗所面临的地缘政治挑战和经济机遇具有重要意义。然后,针对伊朗这个中东国家,我们深入探讨了伊朗在全球、区域和国内的现实情况,涉及国际社会宏观层面的‘地缘经济的碎片化’以及伊朗与中国在微观层面的全面能源合作关系。在此背景下,从双边全面能源合作关系的角度看,笔者继续分析“一带一路”倡议如何推动与伊朗的跨区域合作,如何促进伊朗的国内经济及其在中东地区的可持续性发展。具体而言,就伊朗与中国的全面能源合作而言,这可分为三个相互独立而又相互关联的领域:(1)“一带一路”倡议中以化石燃料为导向合作项目;(2)“一带一路”倡议中以绿色能源为导向的合作项目;(3)“一带一路”倡议中以可持续发展为导向的合作项目。基于这些,“一带一路”倡议显然可以改善伊朗以全面能源合作为中心的基础设施欠

A new auxiliary information based cumulative sum median control chart for location monitoring

Control charts are commonly used tools in statistical process control for the detection of shifts in process parameters. Shewhart-type charts are efficient for large shift values, whereas cumulative sum(CUSUM) charts are effective in detecting medium and small shifts. Control chart use commonly assumes that data are free of outliers and parameters are known or correctly estimated based on an in-control process. In practice, these assumptions are not often true because some processes occasionally have outliers. Monitoring the location parameter is usually based on mean charts, which are seriously affected by violations of these assumptions. In this paper we propose several CUSUM median control charts based on auxiliary variables, and offer comparisons with their corresponding mean control charts. To monitor the location parameter, we examined the performance of mean and median control charts in the presence and absence of outliers. Both symmetric and non-symmetric processes were studied to examine the properties of the proposed control charts to monitor the location parameter using CUSUM control charts. We used different run length measures to study in-control and out-of-control performances of CUSUM charts. Results revealed that our proposed control charts perform much better than the traditional charts in the presence of outliers. A real application of our study was provided using data on concrete compressive strength as it relates to the quality of cement manufacturing.

Bed planting of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.)improves nitrogen use efficiency and grain yield compared to flat planting

Conventional flat planting is commonly used for growing wheat in Pakistan and the crop is irrigated by flood irrigation, but it leads to ineffective use of applied nitrogen owing to poor aeration and leaching and volatilization losses. The practice also results in greater crop lodging, lower water use efficiency, and crusting of the soil surface. In contrast, bed planting of wheat not only saves water but improves fertilizer use efficiency and grain yield. Three years of pooled data from the present study showed that wheat planting on beds and nitrogen application at 120 kg ha-1produced 15.06% higher grain yield than flat planting at the same nitrogen rate. Similarly, 25.04%, 15.02%, 14.59%, and 29.83% higher nitrogen uptake, nitrogen use, and agronomic and recovery efficiencies, respectively, were recorded for bed compared to flat planting. Wheat planting on beds with a nitrogen application of80 kg ha-1gave a yield similar to that of flat planting with 120 kg ha-1nitrogen. However,the economic return was 29% higher in bed planting as compared to flat planting, when nitrogen was applied at 120 kg ha-1.

Parity-check and G-matrix based intelligent early stopping criterion for belief propagation decoder for polar codes

The error correction performance of Belief Propagation(BP)decoding for polar codes is satisfactory compared with the Successive Cancellation(SC)***,it has to complete a fixed number of iterations,which results in high computational *** necessitates an intelligent identification of successful BP decoding for early termination of the decoding process to avoid unnecessary iterations and minimize the computational complexity of BP *** paper proposes a hybrid technique that combines the“paritycheck”with the“G-matrix”to reduce the computational complexity of BP decoder for polar *** proposed hybrid technique takes advantage of the parity-check to intelligently identify the valid codeword at an early stage and terminate the BP decoding process,which minimizes the overhead of the G-matrix and reduces the computational complexity of BP *** explore a detailed mechanism incorporating the parity bits as outer code and prove that the proposed hybrid technique minimizes the computational complexity while preserving the BP error correction ***,mathematical formulation for the proposed hybrid technique that minimizes the computation cost of the G-matrix is *** performance of the proposed hybrid technique is validated by comparing it with the state-of-the-art early stopping criteria for BP *** results show that the proposed hybrid technique reduces the iterations by about 90%of BP decoding in a high Signal-to-Noise Ratio(SNR)(i.e.,3.5~4 dB),and approaches the error correction performance of G-matrix and conventional BP decoder for polar codes.
