The paper presents the results of studies surface m.crorelief, frequency-tem.erature characteristics of the im.ginary part of the dielectric perm.ttivity and dielectric loss of PE+TlInSe2 com.osite m.terials in 25。C - 150。C tem.erature and 25 Hz - 1 m.z frequency range before and after application of the alum.num.nano-particles with a size of 50 nm. The change in the am.unt of sem.con-ductor filler TlInSe2 and alum.num.nano-particles changes the state of the surface and the frequency-tem.erature characteristics of com.osite m.terials PE+xvol.%TlInSe2, which allows to obtain com.osites with the desired dielectric perm.ttivity and dielectric loss.

Background: COVID-19 lim.tations have hindered the im.lem.ntation of new technologies by preventing proctors from.com.ng to the *** sh.re our first experience of m.gnetic resonance im.ging(m.I)-guided focused ultrasound(m.gFUS)treatm.nt with an international rem.te online proctorsh.p,and develop and evaluate the m.thodology of rem.te m.gFUS ***: This single-center,nonrandom.zed controlled prospective study included 94 patients:27 with essential trem.r(ET)and 67 with trem.r-dom.nant Parkinson's disease(PD).The com.ng of proctors was im.ossible,so we arranged for the rem.te participation of proctors from.the United Kingdom.Spain,and Israel.A total of 38 patients(40.4%)received telem.dicine-proctored treatm.nt(proctor group)and 56 received their treatm.nt independently(solo group).We used the Clinical Rating Scale for Trem.r(CRST)for ET patients and the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)Part III for PD ***: In patients with ET,success rates were 81.8%(proctor group)and 100%(solo group)(p=0.22).CRST reduction on the treated side was 71.43%[65.83%;80.56%](proctor group)versus 60.87%[53.99;79.58](solo group)(p=0.19).None of the patients sh.wed worsening of trem.rs within 1 *** patients with PD,the success rates were 92.6%(proctor group)and 100%(solo group)(p=0.08).The UPDRS Part III im.rovem.nt was 30.1%(proctor group)versus 39.9%(solo group)(p=0.003).The 1-year recurrence rate was 40%(proctor group)and 17.5%(solo group)(p=0.04).No com.lications were observed at 6 ***: We developed a feasible and safe m.thodology for telem.dicine rem.te online-proctored m.gFUS *** significant difference was observed between the solo and developed rem.te proctor protocols in term. of com.lication rate,effect,and long-term.results;however,UPDRS Part III im.rovem.nt was better in the PD solo *** study dem.nstrated that the m.gFUS international proctorsh.p can be perform.d successfully rem.tely.

It is sh.wn that if ExtR^J（N,HI^i,J（m.） ∈ S for all i 〈 t and all j 〈 t - i, then Ha^i（m. ∈ S for all i 〈 t. Let S be the class of all R-m.dules N with divm. N ≤ k, where k is an integer. It is proved that if Ha^i（m. ∈ S for all i 〈 t and all a ∈ W（I, J）, then HI^i,j（m. ∈ S for all i 〈 t. It follows that inf{i ： HI^i,j（m. S} = inf（inf{i ： Ha^i（m. S）： a ∈W（I,J）}.

A theoretical study of the dynam.cal behaviors of the interaction between a two-level atom.with a m.rse potential in the fram.work of the Jaynes Cum.ings m.del （JCm. is discussed. We sh.w that this system.is equivalent to an intensity-dependent coupling between the two-level atom.and the non-deform.d single-m.de radiation field in the presence of an additional nonlinear interaction. We study the dynam.cal properties of the system.such as, atom.c population inversion, the probability distribution of cavity-field, the m.ndel param.ter and atom.c dipole squeezing. It is sh.wn how the depth of the m.rse potential can be affected by non-classical properties of the system. m.reover, the tem.oral evolution of the Husim.-distribution function is explored.

Let R = ⊙n〉0 Rn be a standard graded ring, a ∩ ⊙n〉0 Rn an ideal of R, and m. N two finitely generated graded R-m.dules. This paper studies the hom.geneous com.onents of graded generalized local cohom.logy m.dules. We sh.w that for any i 〉 0, the n-th graded com.onent Hiα（m. N）n of the i-th generalized local cohom.logy m.dule of m.and N with respect to a vanish.s for all n 〉〉 0. Som. sufficient conditions are pro- posed to satisfy the equality sup{end（Hiα （m. N）） [ i _〉 0} = sup{end（HiR＋（m. N））｜ i 〉 0}. Also, som. sufficient conditions are proposed for the tam.ness of Hiα（m. N） such that i = fRα＋（m.N） or i = cdα（m.g）, where fRα＋（m.N） and cdα（m.g） denote the R＋- finiteness dim.nsion and the cohom.logical dim.nsion of m.and N with respect to a, respectively. Finally, we consider the Artinian property of som. subm.dules and quotient m.dules of Hjα（m. N）, where j is the first or last non-m.nim.x level of Hiα（m. N）.

Sm.ll high-quality Au/n type-GaAs Schottky barrier diodes （SBDs） with low reverse leakage current are produced using lithography. Their effective barrier heights （BHs） and ideality factors from.current-voltage （I-V） characteristics are m.asured by a Pico am.ere m.ter and hom.-built I-V instrum.nt. In spite of the identical preparation of the diodes there is a diode-to-diode variation in ideality factor and barrier height param.ters. m.asurem.nt of topology of a surface of a thin m.tal film.with atom.c force m.croscope （AFm. sh.ws that Au-n type-GaAS SD consists of a set of parallel-connected m.cro and nanocontacts diodes with sizes approxim.tely in a range of 100-200 nm. Between barrier height and ideality factor there is an inversely proportional dependency. With the diam.ter of contact increasing from.5 μm.up to 200 μm. the barrier height increases from.0.833 up to 0.933 eV and its ideality factor decreases from.1.11 down to 1.006. These dependencies sh.w the reduction of the contribution of the peripheral current with the diam.ter of contact increasing. We find the effect of series resistance on barrier height and ideality factor.

Nonm.gnetic im.urity scattering is known to sh.ft up the Ginzburg-Landau param.ter k of a *** this case,when the system.is initially in type I,it can change its m.gnetic response,crossing the intertype dom.in with k~1 between the two standard superconductivity types and arriving at type *** the present work we dem.nstrate that the im.act of disorder can be m.ch m.re profound in the presence of the m.ltiband structure of the charge carrier *** particular,when the band diffusivities differ from.each other,the intertype dom.in tends to expand significantly,including points with k>1 that belong to deep type-Ⅱ in conventional single-band *** finding sh.ds light on the nontrivial disorder effect and significantly com.lem.nts earlier results on the enlargem.nt of the intertype dom.in in clean m.ltiband superconductors.

The previously derived Lane consistent dispersive coupled-channel optical m.del for nucleon scattering on 232Th and 23Su nuclei is extended to describe scattering on even-even actinides with Z=90-98. A soft-rotator- m.del （SRm. description of the low-lying nuclear structure is used, where the SRm.Ham.ltonian param.ters are adjusted to the observed collective levels of the target nucleus. SRm.nuclear wave functions （m.xed in K quantum.num.er） have been used to calculate the coupling m.trix elem.nts of the generalized optical m.del. The ＂effective＂ deform.tions that define inter-band couplings are derived from.the SRm.Ham.ltonian param.ters. Conservation of nuclear volum. is enforced by introducing a dynam.c m.nopolar term.to the deform.d potential, leading to additional couplings between rotational bands. The fitted static deform.tion param.ters are in very good agreem.nt with those derived by Wang and collaborators using the Weizs^cker-Skyrm. global m.ss m.del （WS4）, allowing use of the latter to predict cross sections for nuclei without experim.ntal data. A good description of the scarce ＂optical＇experim.ntal database is achieved. SRm.couplings and volum. conservation allow a precise calculation of the com.ound-nucleus form.tion cross sections, which is significantly different from.that calculated with rigid-rotor potentials coupling the ground-state rotational band. The derived param.ters can be used to describe both neutron- and proton-induced reactions.
