Immunotherapy has been recently considered as a promising alternative for cancer ***,targeting of immune checkpoint(ICP)strategies have shown significant success in human ***,despite remarkable success of cancer immunotherapy in pancreatic cancer(PCa),many of the developed immunotherapy methods show poor therapeutic outcomes in PCa with no or few effective treatment options thus *** this process,immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment(TME)is found to be the main obstacle to the effectiveness of antitumor immune response induced by an immunotherapy *** this paper,the latest findings on the ICPs,which mediate immunosuppression in the TME have been *** addition,different approaches for targeting ICPs in the TME of PCa have been *** review has also synopsized the cutting-edge advances in the latest studies to clinical applications of ICP-targeted therapy in PCa.

Ocular higher-order aberrations and mesopic pupil size in individuals screened for refractive surgery

AIM: To study the distribution of ocular higher-order aberrations(HOAs) and mesopic pupil size in individuals screened for refractive surgery. · METHODS: Ocular HOAs and mesopic pupil size were studied in 2 458 eyes of 1 240 patients with myopia, myopic astigmatism and compound myopic astigmatism and 215 eyes of 110 patients with hyperopia, hyperopic astigmatism and compound hyperopic astigmatism using the Zywave aberrometer (Busch& Lomb). All patients had correctable refractive errors without a history of refractive surgery or underlying diseases. Root-mean-square values of HOAs, total spherical aberration, total coma and mesopic pupil size were analyzed. Ocular HOAs were measured across a ≥ 6.0 mm pupil, and pupil size measurements were performed under the mesopic condition. · RESULTS: The mean values of HOAs, total spherical aberration and total coma in the myopic group were 0.369 μm, ±0.233, 0.133±0.112μm and 0.330±0.188μm, respectively. In the hyperopic group the mean values of HOAs, total spherical aberration and total coma were 0.418μm±0.214, 0.202±0.209μm and 0.343±0.201μm, respectively. Hyperopes showed greater total HOAs (P <0.01) and total spherical aberration (P <0.01) compared to myopes. In age-matched analysis, only the amount of total spherical aberration was higher in the hyperopic group (P =0.05). Mesopic pupil size in the myopic group was larger (P ≤0.05). · CONCLUSION: The results suggested that significant levels of HOAs were found in both groups which are important for planning refractive surgeries on Iranians. There were significantly higher levels of total spherical aberration in hyperopes compared to myopes. Mesopic pupil size was larger in myopic group.

Evaluation of miR-21 and miR-150 expression in immune thrombocytopenic purpura pathogenesis： a case-control study

BACKGROUND： Immune thrombocytopenic purpnra （ITP） is a common autoimmune disorder diagnosed with thrombocytopenia and bleeding symptoms due to production of autoantibodies （Abs） against platelets. Nowadays, microRNAs are known as novel biomarkers for diagnosis of diseases. The aim of this study was to investigate the expression levels of miR-21 and miR-150 in ITP patients and determine the role of these miRNAs in ITP pathogenesis. MATERIALS and METHODS： Thirty newly diagnosed patients with acute ITP and 30 healthy subjects（ age and sex matched） as controls were enrolled in this study. The expression level ofmiR-21 and miR- 150 was investigated using Real-time-PCR. Comparison of demographic characteristics of the cases was done using independent t-test and chi-square test. Comparison of the expression level of miR-21 and miR-150 with the related parameters was done using independent t-test or Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis test, Spearman rho correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship between the expression of miR-21 and miR-150 with demographic characteristics. RESULTS： The expression of miR-21, 150 in the patients was not different compared with the control group in general. A significant relationship between the expression of miR-21 with hemoglobin, hematocrit and red blood cell hemoglobin concentration was observed. DISCUSSION： Expression of miR-21 and miR-150 is not associated with pathogenesis of acute ITP and can involve the synergistic role of other miRNAs. Investigation of miR-21 and miR-150 expression along with other miRNAs and cytokines can be helpful in diagnosis and pathogenesis of ITP.

Shape optimization of turbine blade to maximize the output power usually changes the power factor due to compensate Repower in a wind turbine. This article presents a multidisciplinary optimization technique to maximize the output power in Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) wind turbine. The most common parameters when operating the turbine, namely, active power, reactive power and power factor, are considered as the problem constraints and the pitch angle grid side variable frequency converter of the turbine blades are optimized to maximize the output power. Numerical simulation has been illustrated to present the performance of the proposed design approach.

近年来氧化锆一直被应用于医学领域,如何获得优化、低成本的氧化锆磨削条件引起了工业界的关注。本文使用金刚石砂轮磨削部分稳定氧化锆(PSZ),以提高和控制其表面完整性、弯曲强度和磨削成本,并研究PSZ的相变和可研磨性。通过表面分析发现,所有经过磨削的样品表面完整性都有所增加,表面下100μm的表面损伤从3.4%降到了0.9%。弯曲强度试验表明,弯曲强度提高了29%以上,这是由于磨削获得了较高的表面完整性。用进行X RD表面分析发现,T-M相变趋势与表面完整性一致,即T-M相变可以提高弯曲强度和表面完整性。而且在最佳条件下,磨削成本降低了72%。因此,控制磨削PSZ中的磨削条件可以改善表面完整性和弯曲强度。利用响应表面法(RSM)建立数学模型来获得最优条件,发现进给量对输出的影响大于切削深度。

Facies Analysis, Depositional Environment of the Lower Permian Deposits of Chili Formation in Kalmard Block, Eastern Central Iran (Darin Section)

Early Permian deposits in north of Kalmard region recognize with formal group of Khan;they have various features in the different place. This group includes four different formations from lower to the upper part: Chili, Sartakht and Hermez. These formations consist of carbonate rocks. Chili Formation has 104 m, thickness in Darin section and consists of limestone with intermediates of shale and marland sandstone. Lower boundary of this formation is disconformable with Gachal formation. The upper boundary is separated by unconformity from the upper part Sartakht formation according to the lithological characters and microscopic studies, cause identifications of beach, intertidal, open and semi-restricted lagoon, shoals and bar and open marine sub-environ- ments for the Chili Formation. Vertical changes of microfacies and depth changes curve show much more thickness of shoals and bar microfacies, and little thickness of open and semi-re- stricted lagoon and open marine microfacies. Deposits of Chili Formation in Darin section deposited in the gentle gradient Homoclinal ramp in the south of Paleotethys Ocean. Two depositional sequences have been identified in this formation, based on recognized Fusulinid, show age of Sakmarian, which has adaptation with Lower Absaroka III.

Facies Analysis, Sedimentary Environment and Sequence Stratigraphy of the Carboniferous Deposits of Gachal Formation, Eastern Central Iran (Rahdar Section)

Early carboniferous deposits of the Kalmard block, with various characteristics in different outcrops, are recognized by Gachal Formation. Generally speaking, this formation comprises of four different members (A, B, C and D), consisting of carbonate and evaporative rocks. Gachal Formation is composed chiefly of 55 meters sandstone and limestone interbedded with shale. According to the lithological and microscopic studies, Gachal Formation is deposited in beach, semi-restricted and open lagoon, shoal and open marine environments. Vertical changes of microfacies and the curve of its depth changes account for the high thickness of the facies of shoal and bar sub-environments and the low thickness of the facies of lagoon and open marine sub-environment as well. Gachal Formation rocks in Rahdar section are deposited in a low-angle?homoclinal ramp?located in southern Paleothysis Ocean. The carbonate-sandstone sequence in?Gachal Formation in Rahdar section is composed of a depositional sequence separated from each other by type 1 sequence boundaries. Deposits of this formation are separated from lower deposits by type 2 sequence boundary and from?Khan Group by unconformity. The sedimentary sequence identified in this formation points to the age of late Visean, conforming to Kaskaskia IV. The erosional boundary between Gachal and Khan Formations is relatively compatible with drop in sea level at Late Kaskaskia global scale.

A Novel Ultra Low Power High Performance Atto-Ampere CMOS Current Mirror with Enhanced Bandwidth

A novel CMOS atto-ampere current mirror （AACM） is proposed which reaches the minimum yet reported current range of 0.4 aA. Operation of this circuit is based on the source voltage modulation instead of the conventionally used gate voltage modulation which interestingly prevents usage of commonly required voltage shifting in those circuits. The proposed circuit has a simple structure prohibiting large chip area consumption which consumes extremely low power of 1.5 μW. It is thus the best choice for ultra low power low voltage （ULPLV） applications. By using a very simple frequency compensation technique, its bandwidth is widened to 15.8 kHz. Simulation results in SMIC （Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation） 0.18 μm CMOS technology with Hspice are presented to demonstrate the validation of the proposed current mirror.

Even though China extracts oil more than any other country in the Asia-Pacific region,the country is still extremely dependent on imports,and this dependence increases with each passing *** years,the need for import of oil in China had risen from 35% in 2000 to 70% in ***,the explored reserves of oil make up only 33.3 billion tons,which is about 1.5% of global oil ***,the People's Republic of China mainly buys crude oil in the Middle East and political change in the region directly influence on Chinese foreign *** this study,four important factors that influence on china oil diplomacy in the Middle east are ***,The Arab spring events,OPEC,overall China foreign policies and strategies,and influence of US in the region have direct or indirect effects on china Oil *** historical reaction to these factors is remarkable and made its energy security strategies in the Middle *** a result of the study,it was found that the events of the Arab Spring hurt the results of China's oil diplomacy with the middle East *** developments taking place in the Middle East from the beginning of the Arab Spring have led to an increase in world oil *** China,this meant higher import bills and a reduction in the trade surplus,as well as slower economic growth,as the contribution of net exports *** market controlling strategies lets China thinks to other Oil producers and oil exports from the Middle East reduced in front of increasing imports from other *** as hegemon of the region somehow made tight pressure on China alliance specially after making sanction on Iran due to its nuclear *** trade war between two countries,the influence of US on china oil diplomacy more appeared.
