The Painlevé property for a(2+1)-dimensional Korteweg–de Vries(KdV) extension, the combined KP3(Kadomtsev–Petviashvili) and KP4(cKP3-4), is proved by using Kruskal’s simplification. The truncated Painlevé expansion is used to find the Schwartz form, the Bäcklund/Levi transformations, and the residual nonlocal symmetry. The residual symmetry is localized to find its finite Bäcklund transformation. The local point symmetries of the model constitute a centerless Kac–Moody–Virasoro algebra. The local point symmetries are used to find the related group-invariant reductions including a new Lax integrable model with a fourth-order spectral problem. The finite transformation theorem or the Lie point symmetry group is obtained by using a direct method.

Dear Editor,Since the late 1980s, trauma in China has been identified as a major public health challenge, with trafic-related fatalities accounting for 80% of accidental deaths[1]. In 2019, Shenzhen had a total population of approximately 20 million, and from 2010 to 2017, both emergency medical services and the total number of trauma patients increased, with trauma accounting for 47.0% and 38.4% of all patients in 2010 and 2017, respectively[2,3]. This report describes the efforts to implement programs and establish a trauma system in Shenzhen, China.

In many cases, corrections to pronunciation mistakes come from language teachers who can typically give students only limited time and attention. With the rapid development of automatic speech recognition （ASR） technologies, computer can now accurately transcribe spoken words. Background Single incision laparoscopic colectomy has been performed in recent years, and has been shown to be feasible and safe. This study was to assess the feasibility of single incision laparoscopic right hemicolectomy and to compare the differences in different approaches. Methods This retrospective study included eighteen patients with carcinoma of caecum and ascending colon, undergoing single incision laparoscopic right hemicolectomy. This study also compared single incision laparoscopic right hemicolectomy using different approaches：（1） single incision multiport, （2） single access port and （3） glove port. Results There was no statistical difference in surgical outcomes. Concerning the surgeon＇s satisfaction toward three methods, overcrowding and durability were similar but the single incision multiport was associated with the highest gas-leak and the ＂glove＂ port was associated with poor durability. However, the method of single incision multiport has the lowest average cost of the special trocar or port in each operation. The operative time and blood loss of the operations in this study were comparable to previous publications. Conclusion There was no significant difference between different approaches of single incision laparoscopic right hemicolectomy for colonic cancer in right side colon.

BACKGROUND：In Shenzhen, the Emergency Medical Service （EMS） system has been in service since 1997. This study aims to examine the operation of Shenzhen 120 EMS center and to identify the reasons of calling ***：In this retrospective quantitative descriptive study, the data from the Shenzhen 120 EMS registry in 2011 were ***：Shenzhen 120 EMS center is a communication command center. When the number of 120 are dialed, it is forwarded to the closest appropriate hospital for ambulance dispatch. In 2011, the Shenzhen 120 EMS center received 153 160 ambulance calls, with an average of 420 calls per day. Calling emergency services was mainly due to traffic accidents. Trauma and other acute diseases constituted a majority of ambulance transports. The adult patients aged 15-60 years are the principal users of EMS. There are no recognized ＇paramedic＇ doctors and nurses. The pre-hospital emergency service is under the operation of emergency departments of hospitals. Shenzhen at present does not have specialized pre-hospital training for doctors and nurses in posttrauma management. Moreover, specialized pre-hospital training, financial support, and public health education on proper use of EMS should be ***：The Shenzhen 120 EMS center has its own epidemiology characteristics. Traumatic injury and traffic accident are the main reasons for calling ambulance service. In-depth study emphasizing the distribution and characteristics of trauma patients is crucial to the future development of EMS.

当代新儒家的牟宗三以"归显于密"衡定明儒刘宗周(1578-1645)的思想。这里检讨其说,认为第一步归显于密之"摄知归意"或可引生意知回环互说以致显密混淆的问题。吾人或可补充之以"从已发归于未发"之说,使其意义得以确定。至于第二步归显于密,牟宗三以"以心著性"来规定之。吾人则认为"以心著性"可有歧义。"以心著性"实可有"尽心成性"及"尽心即性"之二解。刘宗周之所谓心形著性,应该是在把性体之外在客观义和形式义简别开之前提下去理解,方得还原其心性论之真实。在此意义下,刘宗周的思想便应是一"尽心即性"而非"尽心成性"之系统,而可以归属广义的王学。

The study on the nonlocal systems is one of the hot topics in nonlinear science. In this paper, the well-known fifth-order integrable systems including the Sawada-Kotera(SK) equation, the Kaup-Kupershmidt(KK) equation and the fifth-order Koterweg-de Vrise(FOKd V) equation are extended to a generalized two-place nonlocal form, the generalised fifth-order Alice-Bob system. The Lax integrability of two sets of Alice-Bob systems for all the SK, KK and FOKd V type systems are explicitly given via matrix Lax pairs. The ■ symmetry breaking and symmetry invariant periodic and solitary waves for one set of nonlocal SK, KK and FOKd V system are investigated via a special travelling wave solution ansatz.
