Silicon carbide (SiC) is highly wear resistant with good mechanical properties, including high temperature strength, excellent chemical resistance, and high thermal conductivity and thermal shock resistance. SiC molds, which can be produced with diverse microstructural features, are now widely used in glass molding owing to their excellent characteristics, and also have potential applicability in IT industries. SiC molds are traditionally fabricated by silicon micromachining or dicing. The fabrication cost of silicon micromachining is very high, however, because several expensive masks are needed. Furthermore, the fabrication time is very long. Meanwhile, it is difficult to make micro-patterned molds with arbitrary shapes using dicing saws. Abrasive water jet (AWJ) is widely applied to cut and drill very brittle, soft and fibrous materials. It offers high energy density, the absence of a heat affected zone(HAZ), high performance, and an environment friendly process. In spite of these advantages, micro-hole drilling via conventional AWJ processing suffers from notable shortcomings. We proposed a new abrasive supplying method of AWJ. The proposed method reduces frosting phenomena, and provides micro-machining of AWJ. The characteristics of a hole machined was investigated by the proposed AWJ process according to the ratio of water and abrasives. With the optimal experimental conditions, 3×3 array SiC molds with the diameter of 700 μm and depth of 900 μm were successfully manufactured.

建立一种通过硝酸-微波消解-电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS)测定茶叶中硒含量的方法。通过对4种酸体系、4种消解方式比较样品前处理效果,确定消解方法为微波消解法,消解液为质量分数65%硝酸(7.0 mL)溶液。通过对仪器条件优化,确定测定模式为KED模式,在线加入内标溶液(^(73)Ge),分析同位素为^(78)se。结果表明:建立的方程在质量浓度0.5~50.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9995,方法的检出限为0.008 mg/kg,低、中、高3个加标水平的平均回收率分别为83.36%、83.43%、84.24%。对市售富硒茶叶样品进行分析,相对标准偏差(n=6)为3.6%。建立的方法准确度和灵敏度高、精密度好,适用于茶叶中微量硒的测定。

苍耳茎腐病病原菌鉴定及其杀真菌剂室内筛选

【目的】探究引起苍耳茎腐病的一种病原菌,并通过室内抑菌试验挖掘在多菌灵、抑霉唑、腐霉利、噻菌灵、甲基托布津、咯菌腈和咪鲜胺7种杀真菌剂中对病原菌抑制效果最佳的农药品种。【方法】采用菌丝尖端切割法从发病苍耳茎基部分离病原菌,通过科赫氏法则验证苍耳茎腐病病原菌。对病原菌的菌落、菌丝和菌核进行形态特征观察,通过分子生物学PCR技术扩增其ITS和TEF1⁃α序列并克隆测序,进一步分析鉴定病原菌种类,并对苍耳茎腐病病原菌进行室内杀真菌剂的筛选。【结果】分离到的6株病原菌与罗耳阿太菌(Athelia rolfsii)形态特征一致。将其菌丝和菌核分别接种于健康的苍耳茎基部,约1周后实验组出现与田间发病苍耳植株相同的茎腐病病症。NCXS⁃1克隆测序序列与数据库中的多个***菌株的相应序列一致性为100%;所筛选的7种农药杀菌剂中,NCXS⁃1对多菌灵、抑霉唑、腐霉利、噻菌灵和甲基托布津不敏感,而咯菌腈和咪鲜胺对***的菌落生长具有一定的抑制作用,其中以咯菌腈的抑制作用最强,EC_(50)为0.12 mg/L。【结论】明确引起苍耳茎腐病的病原菌为***。7种农药中咯菌腈是抑制苍耳茎腐病病菌生长效果最佳的杀真菌剂。研究结果可为苍耳茎腐病的有效防控提供科学依据。

Rechargeable solid-state batteries(SSBs)have emerged as the next-generation energy storage device based on lowered fire hazard and the potential of realizing advanced battery chemistries,such as alkali metal ***,ceramic solid electrolytes(ses)generally have limited capability in relieving mechanical stress and are not chemically stable against body-centered cubic alkali metals or their alloys with minor solute elements(β-phase).Swelling-then-retreating ofβ-phase often causes instabilities such as se fracture and corrosion as well as the loss of electronic/ionic contact,which leads to high charge-transfer resistance,short-circuiting,*** challenges have called for the cooperation from other classes of materials and novel nanocomposite architectures in relieving stress and preserving essential contacts while minimizing detrimental *** this review,we summarize recent progress in addressing these issues by incorporating other classes of materials such as mixed ion-electron conductor(MIEC)porous interlayers and ion-electron insulator(IEI)binders,in addition to se and metals(e.g.,β-phase and current collectors)that are the traditional SSB *** particular,we focus on providing theoretical interpretations on how open nanoporous MIEC interlayers manipulateβ-phase deposition and stripping behavior and thereby suppress such instabilities,referring to the fundamental thermodynamics and kinetics governing the nucleation and growth of theβ-*** review concludes by describing avenues for the future design of porous MIEC interlayers for SSBs.

Following the global COVID-19 pandemic,nanotechnology has been at the forefront of research efforts and enables the fast development of diagnostic tools,vaccines and antiviral treatment for this novel virus(SARS-CoV-2).In this review,we first summarize nanotechnology with regard to the detection of SARS-C oV-2,including nanoparticle-based techniques such as rapid antigen testing,and nanopore-based se quencing and sensing *** we investigate nanote chnology as it applies to the development of COVID-19 vaccines and anti-SARS-CoV-2 *** also highlight nanotechnology for the post-pandemic era,by providing tools for the battle with SARS-C oV-2 variants and for enhancing the global distribution of *** not only contributes to the management of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic but also provides platforms for the prevention,rapid diagnosis,vaccines and antiviral drugs of possible future virus outbreaks.

AIM:To evaluate the utility of assessing iodized oil uptake with cone-beam computed tomography(CT)in transarterial chemoembolization(TACE)for small he-patocellular carcinoma(HCC).METHODS:Cone-beam CT provided by a biplane flat-panel detector angiography suite was performed on eighteen patients(sixteen men and two women;41-76 years;mean age,58.9 years)directly after TACE for small HCC(26 nodules under 30 mm;mean diam-eter,11.9 mm;range,5-28 mm).The pre-procedural locations of the tumors were evaluated using tripha-sic multi-detector row helical computed tomography(MDCT).The tumor locations on MDCT and the iodized oil uptake by the tumors were analyzed on cone-beam CT and on spot image directly after the ***:All lesions on preprocedural MDCT were de-tected using iodized oil uptake in the lesions on cone-beam CT(sensitivity 100%,26/26).Spot image depictediodized oil uptake in 22 of the lesions(sensitivity 85%).The degree of iodized oil uptake was overestimated(9%,2/22)or underestimated(14%,3/22)on spot image in f ive nodules compared with that of cone-beam ***:Cone-beam CT is a useful and conve-nient tool for assessing the iodized oil uptake of small hepatic tumors(< 3 cm)directly after TACE.

BACKGROUND Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome(PRES)manifests many neurological symptoms with typical features on neuroimaging studies and has various risk *** is one of the therapeutic agents for antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)-associated *** as the sole cause of PRES has been reported in only a few ***,we report a unique case of early-onset oral cyclophosphamide-induced PRES in a patient with ANCA-associated *** SUMMARY A 73-year-old man was transferred to our hospital for sepsis due to acute *** had already received hemodialysis for two weeks due to septic acute kidney *** azotemia was not improved after sepsis resolved and perinuclear-ANCA was *** biopsy showed crescentic *** hemorrhage was observed on *** was initially treated with intravenous methylprednisolone and plasma exchange for one *** then,two days after adding oral cyclophosphamide,the patient developed generalized tonic-clonic *** diagnosed PRES by Brain magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and *** were controlled with fosphenytoin 750 *** was suspected to be the cause of PRES and *** mentality was recovered after seven days and brain MRI showed normal state after two *** The present case shows the possibility of PRES induction due to short-term use of oral cyclophosphamide *** should carefully monitor neurologic symptoms after oral cyclophosphamide administration in elderly patients with underlying diseases like sepsis,renal failure and ANCA-associated vasculitis.
