The coupling of energy-saving small molecule conversion reactions and hydrogen evolution reaction(hER)in seawater electrolytes can reduce the energy consumption of seawater electrolysis and mitigate chlorine corrosion ***,the fabrication of efficient multifunctional catalysts for this promising technology is of great ***,a heterostructured catalyst comprising CoP and Ni_(2)P on nickel foam(CoP/Ni_(2)P@NF)is reported for hydrazine oxidation(hzOR)-assisted alkaline seawater *** coupling of CoP and Ni_(2)P optimizes the electronic structure of the active sites and endows excellent electrocatalytic performance for hzOR and ***,the two-electrode hzOR-assisted alkaline seawater splitting(OhzS)cell based on the CoP/Ni_(2)P@NF required only 0.108 V to deliver 100 mA·cm^(−2),much lower than 1.695 V for alkaline seawater electrolysis ***,the OhzS cell exhibits satisfactory stability over 48 h at a high current density of 500 mA·cm^(−2).Furthermore,the CoP/Ni_(2)P@NF heterostructured catalyst also efficiently catalyzed glucose oxidation,methanol oxidation,and urea oxidation in alkaline seawater *** work paves a path for high-performance heterostructured catalyst preparation for energy-saving seawater electrolysis for h_(2) production.

The use of transition metal-activated peroxymonosulfate（PMS） as an advanced oxidation technology has gained recognition. This study developed a catalyst using cobaltDlanthanum bimetallic oxide supported on layered molybdenum disulfide （Mo S2） as a carrier. The CoDLa/Mo S2catalyst was synthesised through coprecipitation, followed by calcination with an optimised metal ratio of Co:La=2:1 to activate PMS and degrade trace chloramphenicol（CAP） in water. The chemical composition of the catalyst was confirmed using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）. At catalyst and PMS dosages of 0.1 and 0.5 g·L-1, respectively, the degradation rate of CAP was 95% with in 30 min. The catalyst exhibitedstrong resistance to most interfering anions and maintained a high degradation rate at p h 3D11. Liquid chromatographyDmass spectrometry analysis revealed the potential degradation pathways of CAP in the CoDLa/Mo S2（2:1）/PMS system. For other pollutants, such as oxytetracycline,complete degradation was achieved within 20 min,demonstrating the broad applicability of the CoDLa/Mo S2（2:1）/PMS system for the degradation and removal of antibiotic organic contaminants. This study offers a feasible approach for the degradation of antibiotic organic pollutants, including CAP, in natural water bodies.

只有诉诸深入系统的文献脉络疏理,才能理解《齐物论》中的丧我、天籁、真君、是非、两行、物化等等创造性概念的丰富意义,进而阐发《齐物论》的核心思想。《齐物论》文本的开头与结尾,主要在于处理如何齐观“物我平等”,并迎向万物“自化互化”的无穷演化。而《齐物论》文本的中间部分,则主要处理如何齐观“是非平等”,并迎向观点脉络“因是因非”的无穷转化。然而整体言之,“齐物”的“物我两行”,与“物论”的“是非两行”,应该也可以在“吊诡两行”的思维方式中,再度构成诠释循环。如此一来,“吊诡两行”构成了理解《齐物论》的关键。

乾隆中期,出现了一本以天主教思想为主要诠释的著作,即吕立本(LyuLiben,生平未详)所撰《易经本旨》。《易经本旨》手稿收藏在上海徐家汇藏书楼,经钟鸣旦(Nicolas Standaert)、杜鼎克(AdrianDudink)、王仁芳(WangRenfang)编辑整理,后收录于台北“利氏学社”所出版《徐家汇明清天主教文献续编》第一、二册之中。《易经本旨》对《易经》的诠释结构,主要针对卦辞、爻辞、传文作出诠释,同时以天主教思想的前理解、天主教的教义与神话故事植入,因此充满着浓厚的天主教气息与神格化诠释趋势。本文主要以《易经本旨》与《圣经》作为对照,分别从《易经本旨》的主旨与风格、天人关系、巽女生离王,以及《圣经》与《易经》的天地观四个向度,探讨析论《易经本旨》受到天主教教义影响后生成的独特内涵。要之,吕立本运用天主教思想注解《易经》之举,含有捍卫天主教原典的宗教意义。此方法与佛教初传入中国时常使用的格义法有异曲同工之妙;然而,在转化的过程中,所欲传达的教义很有可能受到语境的限制,而使教义与原典产生偏差;此外,西方耶稣会索隐派(Figurism,SocietasIesu)传教士如白晋(JoachimBouvet,1656‒1730)等的《易经》研究,与吕立本作为天主教徒的诠释立场、脉络与内容之间的同异,以及其间可能存在的联系或区别等,仍具有后续深化研究的比较价值,值得观照与探索。

为了制备、筛选和评价治疗鸭坦布苏病毒(DTMUV)感染的中和抗体,本试验克隆DTMUV E基因,连接至原核表达载体pET-30a(+),转化至大肠杆菌(***)Dh5α感受态,提取质粒,鉴定重组质粒pET30-E,转化*** BL21感受态,经异丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷(IPTG)诱导后,通过十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)分析E蛋白表达,使用镍柱亲和层析纯化E蛋白,将E蛋白与弗氏佐剂混合、乳化,免疫6周龄雌性BALB/c小鼠3次后,取小鼠脾脏,分离脾细胞,在聚乙二醇(PEG)的作用下,将脾细胞与SP2/0细胞融合,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)筛选分泌抗E蛋白抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,通过Western blot进行单克隆抗体鉴定,通过间接免疫荧光技术检测DTMUV,病毒中和试验评价单克隆抗体中和DTMUV感染的能力,并评价单克隆抗体治疗DTMUV感染小鼠的能力。结果显示,含质粒pET30-E的*** BL21经诱导后可在裂解的沉淀物中表达E蛋白;制备的E蛋白单克隆抗体4A1可以与E蛋白发生免疫反应,不与鸭A型肝炎病毒、呼肠孤病毒、新城疫病毒、细小病毒和h9亚型禽流感病毒发生交叉反应;4A1株杂交瘤细胞株分泌的抗体对DTMUV具有中和活性,且能够很好地识别DTMUV并与之发生中和反应,可完全清除感染小鼠血液中的DTMUV。结果表明,本试验制备的单克隆抗体4A1在应对DTMUV感染方面具有潜在治疗价值。

采用蒸氨法将不同分子筛掺杂在CuSi催化剂中,考察了ZSM-5,MOR,4A,5A分子筛对Cu基催化剂顺酐(MA)选择性加氢反应性能的影响。相比于未经分子筛掺杂的CuSi催化剂,分子筛掺杂催化剂的活性明显提高。CuSi-4A催化剂中Cu粒子的分散较差,导致其比表面积小,h 2在催化剂上的吸附能力最弱,CuSi-4A活性明显低于CuSi-MOR,CuSi-ZSM-5,CuSi-5A催化剂。而CuSi-MOR催化剂有丰富的Cu+,Cu粒子更小,表现出最佳的催化性能,在反应温度为280℃、氢酐摩尔比为79、质量空速为0.12 h-1的反应条件下,MA转化率高达99.6%,γ-丁内酯选择性为47.9%。在蒸氨法制备CuSi催化剂过程中掺杂分子筛,可提高金属分散度,为催化剂设计提供一定的借鉴。
