Honey locust （Gleditsia triacanthos L.）, also called sweet-locust or thorny-locust, is a moderately fast growing tree. It is widely planted for windbreaks and soil erosion control and largely recommended like food of cattle since it can provide a source of fodder, protein and metabolic energy. Its flowers are incredibly attractive for pollinating insects and thus, form a source of pollen and nectar for honey. This tree was introduced in Europe in 1700 and was introduced by the colonists into Algeria in 1949. In order to valorize the natural substances of this species, the evaluation of the composition of its fruits （pods and seeds separately） in polyphenols, condensed tannins and hydrolysable tannins, which considered as anti-nutritional substances has been done. The obtained results showed that the fruits of Gleditsia triacanthos L. contain very low values in anti-nutritional factors with （0.13%-0.03%） of condensed tannins, （0.78%-0.45%） of hydrolysable tannins and （0.44%-0.16%） of total phenols for pods and seeds, respectively. It arises that these fruits can be of a great interest for many industries especially for feedstock.

摩洛哥是非洲沿海阿拉伯国家,经济总量在非洲国家排名靠前,农业在国民经济中具有重要地位,农产品种类丰富,农产品及其加工产品出口呈增长趋势,农产品出口占总出口收入的三分之一。自2016年中国和摩洛哥两国关系提升为战略伙伴关系以来,双边贸易稳定发展,中国是摩洛哥的第三大贸易伙伴,也是摩洛哥农产品出口的重要市场。摩洛哥农产品出口贸易公司须充分了解中国农产品营销环境、消费者需求和影响因素,制定行之有效的营销战略和营销策略,以进一步挖掘中国市场潜力,这对拓展摩洛哥农产品出口贸易公司发展空间具有重要的现实意义。本文立足中国的农产品需求和摩洛哥农产品的比较优势,运用PEST和SWOT两种分析工具对摩洛哥农产品开发中国市场的相关环境进行分析,了解其优劣及可能面临的市场竞争,在探究了摩洛哥农产品出口贸易公司对中国市场开发的现状基础上,研究了摩洛哥农产品出口中国所带来的经济影响,通过因子分析法对中国进口农产品消费市场进行进一步研究,并提出开发中国农产品市场的营销策略,分析在激烈的国际市场竞争中,摩洛哥如何走好国际化的农业贸易发展道路。

AIM： To study of the effect of caffeic acid phenethyl ester （CAPE） on the initiation period in a medium-term assay of hepatocarcinogenesis. METHODS： Male Wistar rats were subjected to a carcinogenic treatment （CT） and sacrificed at 25^th d; altered hepatic foci （AHF） were generated efficiently. To a second group of rats a single 20 mg/kg doses of CAPE was given 12 h before initiation with CT and were sacrificed at 25^th d. We evaluated the expression of preneoplastic markers as Y-glutamyltranspeptidase （GGT） and glutathione S-transferase type pi protein （GSTp） by histochemistry, RT-PCR and Western blot analyses, respectively. We measured thiobarbituric acid reactive substances （TBARS） in homogenates of liver and used Unscheduled DNA Synthesis （UDS） assay by incorporation of [^3H] thymidine （^3HdT） in primary hepatocyte cultures （PHC）. RESULTS： At 25^th d after CT CAPE reduced the observed increase of GGT^＋AHF by 84% and liver expression ofggt mRNA by 100%. In case of the GSTp protein, the level was reduced by 90%. As indicative of oxidative stress generated by diethylnitrosamine （DEN） 12 h after its administration, we detected a 68% increase of TBARS. When CAPE was administered before DEN, it completely protected from liver TBARS induction. To have an indication of the sole effect of CAPE on initiation, two carcinogens were tested in a UDS assay in PHC, we used methyl-n-nitrosoguanidine as a direct carcinogen and DEN, as indirect carcinogen. In this assay, genotoxic damage caused by carcinogens was abolished at 5μM CAPE concentration. CONCLUSION： Our results demonstrated that CAPE possesses anti-genotoxic and antineoplastic capabilities, by an anti-oxidative and free-radical scavenging mechanism.

Tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) are used in evaluating the prognosis and determining treatment of different types of cancer with variable degrees of success. The usage of checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapy as a treatment variety for cancer and Adoptive cell therapy is associated with many complications, severe side effects and high expenses. Recently, in a limited number of metastatic GIT and breast cancers, the identification of T-cell specific against so-called tumor neo-antigens and Adoptive transfer of those lymphocytes resulted in some improvement. In 2020, Detection of a T cell receptor (TCR) in a T cell clone that recognized and killed most human cancer cell lines in vitro via the monomorphic MHC class I-related protein MR1, offers an opportunity for pan-cancer therapy Twenty three years earlier, Moist Heat was used successfully to activate a whole different and new immune response that was able to detect genetic mutation in the affected cancer cells and cured many cases of squamous and basal cell carcinomas. In this commentary review, we aimed to revise the literature for updates of TILs usage in cancer prognosis and treatment.

The optimization of discrete problems is largely encountered in engineering and information domains. Solving these problems with continuous-variables approach then convert the continuous variables to discrete ones does not guarantee the optimal global solution. Evolutionary Algorithms (EAs) have been applied successfully in combinatorial discrete optimization. Here, the mathematical basics of real-coding Genetic Algorithm are presented in addition to three other Evolutionary Algorithms: Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO), Ant Colony Algorithms (ACOA) and Harmony Search (HS). The EAs are presented in as unifying notations as possible in order to facilitate understanding and comparison. Our combinatorial discrete problem example is the famous benchmark case of New-York Water Supply System WSS network. The mathematical construction in addition to the obtained results of Real-coding GA applied to this case study (authors), are compared with those of the three other algorithms available in literature. The real representation of GA, with its two operators: mutation and crossover, functions significantly faster than binary and other coding and illustrates its potential as a substitute to the traditional optimization methods for water systems design and planning. The real (actual) representation is very effective and provides two near-optimal feasible solutions to the New York tunnels problem. We found that the four EAs are capable to afford hydraulically-feasible solutions with reasonable cost but our real-coding GA takes more evaluations to reach the optimal or near-optimal solutions compared to other EAs namely the HS. HS approach discovers efficiently the research space because of the random generation of solutions in every iteration, and the ability of choosing neighbor values of solution elements “changing the diameter of the pipe to the next greater or smaller commercial diameter” beside keeping good current solutions. Understanding the dynamics that affect the spread of Covid-19 is critical for the development of government measures to stop and reverse this nowadays disease propagation. Like in any epidemiological study, it is essential to analyze the spatial data to account for the inherent spatial heterogeneity within the data (spatial autocorrelation). This paper uses Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) to identify the factors that influence the outbreak of Covid-19 in Western and Eastern countries of Africa. The analyses include traditional linear regression (including descriptive statistics, hierarchical clustering and correlations were not forgotten either) to reveal the importance of eight risk factors (population density, median age, aged over 65 years, GDP per capita, cardiovascular death rates, diabetes prevalence, female and male smokers) regarding Covid-19 dissemination. It is believed that this is the first attempt to explore possible causes associated with the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic in these disadvantage countries, where some intriguing clues are presented for further research such as the positive relationship between the financial purchase power of nations and the total number of infected people or the smoker’s gender impact on Covid-19.

AIM： To study the association between Interleukin-1 （IL-1） and tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-α polymorphisms, infection by Helicobacter pylori （H pylori） and the development of gastrointestinal diseases.METHODS： Genomic DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood of 177 patients with various gastrointestinal diseases and from 100 healthy volunteers. The polymorphisms in IL-1β and TNF-α genes were analyzed using the polymerase chain reactionrestriction fragment length polymorphism method （PCRRFLP） and those from IL-1RN with PCR. The presence of infection due to H pylori and the presence of the CagA toxin were detected by serology. The histopathological parameters in the gastric biopsies of the patients were according to the Sydney classification.RESULTS： A comparison of the frequencies of the different polymorphisms studied among the patients and the control group demonstrated that the allele IL- 1RN＊2 was more frequent among patients with gastric ulcers and adenocarcinoma. Carriers of the allele IL- RN＊2 and those with reactive serology for anti-CagA IgG had a greater risk of developing peptic ulcer and gastric adenocarcinoma, as well as a higher degree of inflammation and neutrophilic activity in the gastricCONCLUSION： Our results indicate a positive association between IL-1RN gene polymorphism and infection by positive H pylori CagA strains and the development of gastric ulcers and adenocarcinoma.

Breast cancer is the most frequently diagnosed cancer in women under 60, and the second most diagnosed cancer in women over 60. While significant progress has been made in developing targeted therapies for breast cancer, advanced breast cancer continues to have high mortality, with poor 5-year survival rates. Thus, current therapies are insufficient in treating advanced stages of breast cancer;new treatments are sorely needed to address the complexity of advanced-stage breast cancer. Oncolytic virotherapy has been explored as a therapeutic approach capable of systemic administration, targeting cancer cells, and sparing normal tissue. In particular, oncolytic adenoviruses have been exploited as viral vectors due to their ease of manipulation, production, and demonstrated clinical safety profile. In this study, we engineered an oncolytic adenovirus to target the chemokine receptors CXCR4 and CXCR7. The overexpression of CXCR4 and CXCR7 is implicated in the initiation, survival, progress, and metastasis of breast cancer. Both receptors bind to the ligand, CXCL12 (SDF-1), which has been identified to play a crucial role in the metastasis of breast cancer cells. This study incorporated a T4 fibritin protein fused to CXCL12 into the tail domain of an adenovirus fiber to retarget the vector to the CXCR4 and CXCR7 chemokine receptors. We showed that the modified virus targets and infects CXCR4- and CXCR7-overexpressing breast cancer cells more efficiently than a wild-type control vector.
