直接肾素抑制剂能使已接受血管紧张素Ⅱ1型受体拮抗剂治疗的2型糖尿病患者尿白蛋白排出量减少,这表明阿利吉仑也许有区别于传统肾素血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system,RAS)拮抗剂的作用。最近发现了(前)肾素结合受体[(pro)reninreceptor,(P)RR],可以激活两条通路:血管紧张素肽生成和激活受体依赖的细胞外信号相关蛋白激酶(extracellular signal-related protein kinase,ERK)。由于(P)RR存在于人足细胞并且是肾小球滤过屏障的一个重要组成部分,所以假设阿利吉仑可以影响人足细胞(P)RR诱导的两条通路。[第一段]

Detrital apatite fission track constraints on Cenozoic tectonic evolution of the northeastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, China： Evidence from Cenozoic strata in Lulehe section, Northern Qaidam Basin

The Northern Qaidam Basin is located at the northeastern part of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. It contains very thick Cenozoic terrestrial clastic sediments, which records the formation of the northern Qaidam Basin due to compressional deformation during the Indo-Asian collision. In this paper, we used detrital apatite fission-track thermochronology, including 4 sandstones and 2 conglomerates samples from the Lulehe section, to reveal the Cenozoic evolution of the northern Qaidam Basin. Fission-track dating indicated the source region of the Lulehe section has experiencedimportant cooling and uplifting in the Late Cretaceous(at ~85.1 ma and ~65 ma) and the Eocene(~52 ma), respectively. The AFT age distribution on the section suggested that the provenance of Lulehe section sediments were mainly derived from the south Qilian Shan(Qilian Mountains) and Altun Shan(Altun Mountains), and two significantly provenance changes may occur at 43.4-46.1 ma and ~37.8 ma, respectively. The results may have strong constrains on the Cenozoic deformation and tectonic evolution of the northern Qaidam Basin and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

Proactive Security Mechanism and Design for Firewall

In this paper we have present the architecture and module for internet firewall. The central component is fuzzy controller while properties of packets are fuzzified as inputs. On the basis of proposed fuzzy security algorithm, we have figured out security level of each packet and adjust according to packets dynamic states. Internet firewall can respond to these dynamics and take respective actions accordingly. Therefore, proactive firewall solves the conflict between speed and security by providing high performance and high security. Simulation shows that if the response value is in between 0.7 and 1 it belongs to high security.

The study’s purpose was to examine the extent to which work-family and family-work conflicts could interconnectedly influence job stress and job *** independent variables,work-family and family-work conflict were measured by using eight items of the Pleck et al.(?)(1980) and the Nemeyer and Mcmrrian’s scale respectively- the dependent variables,job stress and job satisfaction were dealt by Peter and Decoder Scale,and William Anderson Job Performance scale,*** data collection was done by using convenient sampling technique and participants were from lower,middle,and upper level management of various bank branches in major cities of Pakistan were taken in account,where the banks were having Islamic banking procedures and the data was analyzed by employing regression *** performance and job stress were found to have an effect on families that are working.A more intense effect was prevailed in men as compared to women,of the internal dynamics of job description and both work-family and family-work conflict,where it was found that demands of organizational work and job stress,at some points has more influence on the person’s life and job performance.

Predatory Efficacy of Cotton Inhabiting Spiders on Bemisiatabaci, Amrascadevastans Thripstabaci and Helicoverpa armigera in Laboratory Conditions

Distinction of predator＇s diet and prey choice preference is a hot topic of current investigations. Spider being generalist predator and cosmopoliter in nature acts as biological control agent in many agro-ecosystems. In the current study, predatory efficacy of five spiders （Pardosa birmanica, Cyclosa insulana, Thomisus projectus, Plexippus paykulli and Lycosa terrestris） inhabiting the cotton fieldevaluated in the laboratory conditions maintained at （27＋2）℃ temperature, 65%-5% relative humidity and 12 ： 12 h of light and dark photoperiod. Four key cotton pests＇ viz. Bemisiatabaci, Amrascaderastans Thripstabaci and Helicoverpa armigera were utilized in the choice and no-choice predatory studies. The findings of current investigation revealed that each predatory spider utilized at least one pest species. Predation rate was found higher in the no-choice predation because of unavailability of substitutes feeding source. The investigation also indicated each predatory spider killed more pests than consumed. The findings of this study support the predatory role of spiders in controlling the cotton major pests.
