Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are nano-size vesicles secreted naturally by all cells into the extracellular space and have been recognized as important cell-cell mediators in multicel-lular *** contain nucleic acids,proteins,lipids,and other cellular components,regulating many basic biological processes and playing an important role in regenerative med-icine and *** can be traced to their cells of origin and exhibit a similar ***,EVs demonstrate low immunogenicity,good biocompatibility,and fewer side ef-fects,compared to their parent *** stem cells(MsCs)are one of the most important resource cells for EVs,with a great capacity for self-renewal and multipotent differ-entiation,and play an essential role in stem cell *** mechanism of MsC therapy was thought to be attributed to the differentiation of MsCs after targeted migration,as previously ***,emerging evidence shows the previously unknown role of MsC-derived para-crine factors in stem cell *** EVs derived from oral tissue MsCs(OMsC-EVs),show more advantages than those of all other MsCs in tissue repair and regeneration,due to their lower invasiveness and easier accessibility for sample ***,we systematically review the biogenesis and biological characteristics of OMsC-EVs,as well as the role of OMsC-EVs in intercellular ***,we discuss the potential therapeutic roles of OMsC-EVs in oral and systemic *** highlight the current challenges and future directions of OMsC-EVs to focus more attention on clinical *** aim to provide valuable insights for the explorative clinical application of OMsC-EVs.

Compared with electrical neural networks,optical neural networks(ONNs)have the potentials to break the limit of the bandwidth and reduce the consumption of energy,and therefore draw much attention in recent *** far,several types of ONNs have been ***,the current ONNs cannot realize the acceleration as powerful as that indicated by the models like quantum neural *** to construct and realize an ONN with the quantum speedup is a huge ***,we propose theoretically and demonstrate experimentally a new type of optical convolutional neural network by introducing the optical *** is called the correlated optical convolutional neural network(COCNN).We show that the COCNN can exhibit“quantum speedup”in the training *** character is verified from the two *** is the direct illustration of the faster convergence by comparing the loss function curves of the COCNN with that of the traditional convolutional neural network(CNN).such a result is compatible with the training performance of the recently proposed quantum convolutional neural network(QCNN).The other is the demonstration of the COCNN’s capability to perform the QCNN phase recognition circuit,validating the connection between the COCNN and the ***,we take the COCNN analog to the 3-qubit QCNN phase recognition circuit as an example and perform an experiment to show the soundness and the feasibility of *** results perfectly match the theoretical *** proposal opens up a new avenue for realizing the ONNs with the quantum speedup,which will benefit the information processing in the era of big data.

Recent years have witnessed numerous technical breakthroughs in connected and autonomous vehicles (CAVs). On the one hand, these breakthroughs have significantly advanced the development of intelligent transportation systems (ITss);on the other hand, these new traffic participants introduce more complex and uncertain elements to ITss from the social space. Digital twins (DTs) provide real-time, data-driven, precise modeling for constructing the digital mapping of physical-world ITss. Meanwhile, the metaverse integrates emerging technologies such as virtual reality/mixed reality, artificial intelligence, and DTs to model and explore how to realize improved sustainability, increased efficiency, and enhanced safety. More recently, as a leading effort toward general artificial intelligence, the concept of foundation model was proposed and has achieved significant success, showing great potential to lay the cornerstone for diverse artificial intelligence applications across different domains. In this article, we explore the big models embodied foundation intelligence for parallel driving in cyber-physical-social spaces, which integrate metaverse and DTs to construct a parallel training space for CAVs, and present a comprehensive elucidation of the crucial characteristics and operational mechanisms. Beyond providing the infrastructure and foundation intelligence of big models for parallel driving, this article also discusses future trends and potential research directions, and the ?s?goals of parallel driving.

soft carbons have attracted extensive interests as competitive anodes for fast-charging sodium-ion batteries(sIBs);however,the high-rate performance is still restricted by their large ion migration barriers and sluggish reaction ***,we show a molecular design approach toward the fabrication of nitrogen and phosphorus codoped mesoporous soft carbon(NPsC).The key to this strategy lies in the chemical cross-linking reaction between polyphosphoric acid and p-phenylenediamine,associated with pyrolysis induced in-situ self-activation that creates mesoporous structures and rich heteroatoms within the carbon *** to the enlarged interlayer spacing,reduced ion diffusion length,and plentiful active sites,the obtained NPsC delivers a superb rate capacity of 215 mAh g-1 at 10 A g-1 and an ultralong cycle life of 4,700 cycles at 5 A g^(-1).Remarkably,the full cell shows 99%capacity retention during 100 continuous cycles,and maximum energy and power densities of 191 Wh kg^(-1)and 9.2 kW kg^(-1),*** believe that such a synthetic protocol could pave a novel venue to develop soft carbons with unique properties for advanced sIBs.

According to the official website of China’s National Medicines and Pharmaceutical Administration(NMPA),a total of 87 novel drugs were approved in China in 2023,with targeted drugs accounting for 67.8%of the total,amounting to 59 drugs(Fig.1a;Table 1)[https://***/yaopin/ypjgdt/***].Notably,domestic innovation is flourishing,with five first-in-class drugs,including Glumetinib,a c-Met inhibitor from Haihe Biopharma;Leritrelvir,a 3CL protease inhibitor from Raynovent;Anaprazole,a proton pump inhibitor from Xuanzhu Biopharm;Pegol-sihematide,an EPO drug from Hansoh Pharma;and Zuberitamab from BioRay Biopharmaceutical Co.,***,the world’s first allosteric inhibitor targeting TYK2,sotyktu(deucravacitinib),has been approved for the treatment of psoriasis and selumetinib,a MEK inhibitor co-developed by AstraZeneca and Merck sharp&Dohme(MsD),became the first approved drug in China for the treatment of neurofibromatosis type I(NF1).Beyond these drugs,the approval of novel drug types such as CAR-T cell products,siRNA,monoclonal antibodies,dual antibodies,and ADCs in China is a significant development in the country’s pharmaceutical industry(Fig.1a).
